Dynamic and Static Analysis for a Bicycle Model

Cardiomyopathies are diseases of heart muscle that are associated with cardiac dysfunction. Molecular ge- netic studies performed to date have demonstrated that the damage or mutations in several sarcomeric contractile protein genes are associated with the development of the diseases. In this review, cardiac troponin I, one of the sarcomeric thin filament protein, will be discussed regarding its role in cardiac function, its deficiency-related diastolic dysfunction, and the mutation of this protein-mediated restrictive cardiomyopathy.

In this study,model tests were conducted to investigate the bearing capacities of tripod caisson foundations subjected to eccentric lateral loads in silty *** load–rotation curves of five eccentric-shaped tripod suction foundations were plotted to analyze the bearing capacities at different loading *** was observed that the loading angle significantly influenced the bearing capacity of the foundations,particularly for eccentric tripod caisson *** with eccentric tripod caisson foundations,the traditional tripod foundation has a relatively high ultimate lateral capacity at the omnidirectional loading *** analyzing the displacement of the caissons,a formula for the rotational center of the tripod caisson foundation subjected to an eccentric lateral load was *** depth of the rotation center was 0.68–0.92 times the height of the caisson when the bearing capacity reached the *** the undrained condition,suction was generated under the lid of the“up-lift”caisson,which helps resist lateral forces from the wind and waves.

Recently more and more innovations enter the manufacture of food products and one of them is food hydrocolloids. Food colloids open a lot of different possibilities in dessert production, which are used to perform certain functions. Pectin is a traditional agent for jams and jellies, but its application extends to fruit products for the food industry. In food product technology pectin is added as gelling agent and stabilizer. The three apple varieties ＂Antonovka＂, ＂Baltais Dzidrais＂ and ＂Zarja Alatau＂ harvested in Latvia State Institute of Fruit Growing were used for the experiment. Photometric measurement was used to determine the composition of pectin. Pectin was isolated from the apple mass by leaching with ethanol, and from the residues by extracting with diluted sodium hydroxide solution. By adding carbasol and sulphuric acid to the extract, through different intermediate stages carroty condensation product formed, which was photometrically measured at 525 nm. Pectin, pH and soluble dry matter were determined in fresh and frozen apple mass from apples of three ripeness stages. On the basis of worked out functional analysis of colloids, it is possible to optimize regulation of heat processes for different ripeness stages of apples. It is established that ripeness stage influences pectin quantity in fruits, but there are no data about pectin quantity changes in frozen fruits. By fruit ripening under the impact of enzyme protopectinase, protopectin hydrolyzes and transforms into pectin, which flows from the intercellular spaces into protoplasm of cells. Therefore ripe as well as heat treated fruits are soft and loose. It is important to measure pectin in frozen apple mass, in order to determine its potential jellying power. For each kind of product appropriate conditions have to be chosen for freezing, as well as the condition of products before freezing has to be taken into consideration in order to reduce the harmful influence on their quality to the minimum. A transonic turbulent separation flow in a converging-diverging transonic diffuser was studied,when there existed a separation bubble on the top wall of the diffuser triggered by strong shock-wave-boundary-layer-interaction(SWBLI).To capture the essential behavior of this complex flow,the current study utilized an anisotropic turbulence model developed on the basis of a statistical partial average *** first order moment of turbulent fluctuations,retained by a novel average scheme,and the turbulent length scale,can be determined from the momentum equations and mechanical energy equation of the fluctuation flow,*** two physical quantities were readily used to construct the nonlinear anisotropic eddy viscosity tensor and to significantly improve the computational *** between the computational results and experimental data were carried out for velocity profiles,pressure distribution,skin friction coefficient,Reynolds stress as well as streamline vectors *** using any empirical coefficients and wall functions,the numerical results were in good agreement with the available experimental data,further confirming that the nonlinear anisotropic eddy viscosity tensor is the decisive factor for the success of the computational results.
