One-step post-treatment boosts thermoelectric properties of PEDOT:PSS flexible thin films

Developing high-performance poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)sig-nificantly widens the practical applications of flexible organic thermoelectric devices,while the water-based co-solvent dopants and/or post-treatments are still rarely studied so ***,we develop a one-step post-treatment to improve the power factor of PEDOT:PSS films by using a water-based solution,which is composed of co-solvent(polar solvent dimethylacetamide(DMAC)and deionized water)and organic reducing agent L-ascorbic acid(LAA).The 80 vol.%DMAC solution significantly boosts the room-temperature electrical conductivity of the films from 5 to 964 S cm^(−1),while the Seebeck coefficient can be further enhanced from 18.7 to 25μV K−1 by treating with 0.5 mol L−1 LAA,contributing to a sig-nificantly improved power factor of 55.3μW m^(−1)K^(−2).The boosted electrical conductivity is ascribed to the separated PEDOT and PSS phases triggered by the high dielectric constant and polarity of DMAC;while the improved Seebeck coefficient is attributed to the reduced oxidation degree of PEDOT from the reducing agent LAA,both confirmed by the comprehensive structural and morphological ***,a maximum power factor of 64.4μW m^(−1)K^(−2)can be achieved at 360 K and the observed temperature-dependent electrical transport behavior can be well explained by the Mott variable range hopping ***,a flexible thermoelectric device,assembled by the as-fabricated PEDOT:PSS films,exhibits a maximum output power of∼23 nW at a temperature difference of 25 K,indicating the potential for applying to low-grade wearable electronics.

【目的】探究组蛋白乙酰化修饰在杨树茎生长发育中的分子机制。【方法】利用组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂曲古抑菌素A(trichostatin A, TSA)对84K杨树(Populus alba×P. glandulosa)进行不同时间处理,采用Western blot检测杨树茎中组蛋白乙酰化水平变化情况,然后用RNA-Seq技术对其茎中基因表达谱进行转录组分析,最后利用石蜡切片和扫描电镜观察木质部的表型变化。【结果】Western Blot结果表明2μmol/L TSA处理2 h能明显提高茎中组蛋白H3的乙酰化水平,随着TSA处理时间延长,组蛋白H3的乙酰化水平进一步升高。转录组结果显示,TSA处理2 h、12 h共得到5 625个差异基因表达,其中2 h上调基因2 158个,下调基因1 556个;12 h上调基因905个、下调基因1 006个。GO功能分析发现,差异上调基因主要富集在细胞壁组分,DNA结合转录因子活性;差异下调基因主要富集在光合作用、响应非生物刺激等词条;KEGG通路分析发现差异上调基因显著富集到木质素合成等通路。表型分析结果显示,相较于未处理组,TSA处理导致植株高度下降9.03%,但是茎直径和木质部厚度未见显著性差异。【结论】组蛋白H3乙酰化水平上升通过促进转录活性或细胞壁相关基因的表达来参与杨树茎的发育,从而影响植株的高度。

Increasing the Content of β Phase of Poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene) by Synergistically Controlling Solution Aggregation and Extending Film-forming Time

For poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene)(PFO),β phase (coplanar conformation with the intra-chain torsion angle of 165°) has a greater conjugation length and higher degree of order compared to those of α phase, which favors charge carrier transport. However, the highest content of β phase obtained so far is 45%. We propose to increase the content of β phase by promoting the solution aggregation of PFO molecules and extending film-forming time. For this purpose, 1,8-diiodooctane (diO) is added to PFO o-xylene solution, which enhances the interaction of PFO chains and improves the planarity of PFO backbone, resulting in the formation of ordered aggregation. The aggregates act as nucleation centers to promote the formation of β phase. The content of β phase increases with increasing diO concentration and reaches a platform of 39% as diO is more than 4 vol%. Furthermore, the film is kept in a sealed environment with oxylene atmosphere for 3 h, thus the PFO molecules have enough time to diffuse to the crystallization front and achieve disorder-order transition. As a result, the crystallinity of PFO is improved significantly and the content of β phase increases to 52%, reaching the highest value reported so far.

A more efficient model of the quantum Stackelberg duopoly is proposed by using the asymmetric quantization scheme of Qin et *** this model,two entanglement factorsα(α=√γ1/γ2)andγ(γ=√γ1γ2)are introduced,which greatly expands the functions of the previously reported symmetric *** choosing proper values ofαandγ,one can better manage the market,such as suppressing the first-mover advantage and enhancing the second-mover profit to avoid abuse of oligopolistic competition,and optimizing the total quantity of the products,so to overcome the deficiencies of"first mover always wins"and"positive quantum entanglement always reduces the total quantity"in the symmetric *** proposed model here is believed to be a good tool for the government and the department to improve the economic efficiency and develop the market.

A Key Management Scheme Based on Hypergraph for Fog Computing

Fog computing is a new paradigm supporting the stringent requirements of mobility applications by bridging cloud computing and smart devices. Since the smart devices may be deployed in dynamic areas where are out of strict monitoring and protection, fog computing requires security protections to ensure confidentiality and integrity. In this article, to deal with security requirements and considering the distinctive features, a key management based on hypergraph schemed is designed. Firstly, based on the key hypergraph, the three hierarchy architecture of fog computing is divided into two subnetworks. Furthermore, each key management process of both two subnetworks is designed to satisfy the operational and security requirements of fog computing. Finally, the performance evaluation and numerical simulation have been provided to validate the proposed scheme.
