Background Taurine performs multiple physiological functions,and the maintenance of taurine level for most mammals relies on active uptake from diet and endogenous taurine synthesis through its synthesis enzymes,including cysteine dioxygenase(CDO).In addition,uterus tissue and uterus fluid are rich in to urine,and to urine synthesis is regulated by estrogen(E2)and progesterone(P_(4)),the key hormones priming embryo-uterine crosstalk during embryo implantation,but the functional interactions and mechanisms among which are largely unknown.The present study was thus proposed to identify the effects of CDO and taurine on embryo implantation and related mechanisms by using Cdo knockout(KO)and ovariectomy(OVX)mouse models.Results The uterine CDO expression was assayed from the first day of plugging(d 1)to d 8 and the results showed that CDO expression level increased from d 1 to d 4,followed by a significant decline on d 5 and persisted to d 8,which was highly correlated with serum and uterine taurine levels,and serum P_(4) concentration.Next,Cdo KO mouse was established by CRISPER/Cas9.It was showed that Cdo deletion sharply decreased the taurine levels both in serum and uterus tissue,causing implantation defects and severe subfertility.However,the implantation defects in Cdo KO mice were partly rescued by the taurine supplementation.In addition,Cdo deletion led to a sharp decrease in the expressions of P_(4)receptor(PR)and its responsive genes Ihh,Hoxa10 and Hand2.Although the expression of uterine estrogen receptor(ERa)had no significant change,the levels of ERa induced genes(Muc1,Ltf)during the implantation window were upregulated after Cdo deletion.These accompanied by the suppression of stroma cell proliferation.Meanwhile,E2inhibited CDO expression through ERa and P_(4)upregulated CDO expression through PR.Conclusion The present study firstly demonstrates that taurine and CDO play prominent roles in uterine receptivity and embryo implantation by involving in E2-ERa and P_(4)-PR signaling.These are crucial for our

Due to the high reactivity between the lithium metal and traditional organic liquid electrolyte,the reaction of lithium metal electrode is usually uneven and there are also unexpected side reactions.Therefore,construction of a stable solid electrolyte interface(SEI)is highly essential to improve the performance of lithium metal anode.Herein,a sandwich-like gel polymer electrolyte(GPE)is accurately prepared by in-situ polymerization of Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofiber membrane with trihydroxymethylpropyl trimethylacrylate(TMPTMA)and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate(HDDA).The resulting GPE with a tightly cross-linked gel skeleton exhibits high ionic conductivity and electrochemical window of 5.6 V versus Li/Li^(+).In particular,the pretreatment of Li metal anode can improve the interfacial wettability,and the synergy of the chemically pretreated Li metal anode surface and the GPE can electrochemically in situ generate SEI with compositionally stable and fluorine-rich inorganic components.Owing to these unique advantages,the interfacial compatibility between the GPE and lithium metal is greatly improved.Meanwhile,the formed SEI can inhibit the formation of lithium dendrites,and decomposition of GPE would be alleviated.The assembled Li-FEC|GPE|LiFePO_(4) full cell shows a high initial discharge capacity of 157.1 mA h g^(-1),and maintains a capacity retention of 92.3%after 100 cycles at 0.2C.

Potassium-ion batteries(KIBs)are regarded as one of the most promising replacements for lithium-ion batteries because of their low cost and high performance.Exploring suitable anode materials to stably and effectively store potassium is critical for the development of KIBs.Given their high theoretical specific capacity,cobalt-based compounds have been extensively investigated as an anode material in recent years;however,specific reviews summarizing the research progress in the application of cobaltbased compounds as anode materials for high-performance KIBs are lacking.Consequently,this review systematically summarizes the recent states of cobalt-based anode materials in KIBs starting at the potassium storage mechanism,followed by strategies and applications to improve the electrochemical performance.The current challenges are also discussed,and corresponding prospects are proposed.This work may facilitate the realization of various applications of cobalt-based compound anodes for highperformance rechargeable batteries and is expected to provide some guidance for developing other metal-based compounds for KIBs anodes.

BACKGROUND Bicuspid aortic valve(BAV)is the most common congenital heart disease.However,the prevalence,clinical characteristics,and current management of BAV associated with inherited cardiomyopathy,including hypertrophic cardiomy-opathy(HCM),dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),and left ventricular noncompaction(LVNC)have not been well described.METHODS Consecutive patients diagnosed with BAV at a large tertiary cardiovascular referral center between 2009 and 2018 were retrospectively assessed for HCM,DCM,and LVNC based on clinical and echocardiographic criteria.Patients with coexist-ent conditions were investigated further.RESULTS Of 3533 patients with BAV screened,57(1.6%)had concomitant cardiomyopathy.BAV was combined with HCM in 30 of these patients,with DCM in 19,and with LVNC in eight.Forty-six patients(80.7%)were male,and the mean age at first dia-gnosis was 47 years for BAV with HCM,49 years for BAV with DCM,and 35 years for BAV with LVNC.Heart failure and aortic valve dysfunction were common in these patients,and the prevalence of coexisting aortopathy was 43.3%,26.3%and 25.0%,re-spectively,for BAV with HCM,DCM and LVNC.During the index hospitalization,24 of the 57 patients(42.1%)underwent sur-gery,16(28%)underwent aortic valve and/or aortic surgery,and 16 of the 30 patients with HCM had a Morrow procedure.There were no deaths or other major adverse cardiovascular events.CONCLUSIONS The prevalence of inherited cardiomyopathy was higher in our patients with BAV than in the general popula-tion.Aortopathy and heart failure were common,with almost half of patients requiring surgery at diagnosis.

学校教学空间是正规教育教学活动的依存载体,能够对学生的身心发展产生重要影响。身体和空间具有丰富的意蕴。身体具有生理身体、社会身体和意识身体三种形态,空间具有物理空间、社会空间和精神空间三个层次。身体与空间之间存在一定的耦合关系,具有教育的意义,指向人的基本属性,推动着人的整全发展。审视学校教学空间中的学生身体境况,可以发现其在一定程度上呈现出被束缚、被规训、被压抑的样态。从空间逻辑上解放学生身体,学校教学空间可从以下几个方面进行优化:创建舒适的物理空间,关怀生理身体;塑造人性化的社会空间,珍视社会身体;构筑体验的精神空间,重视意识身体。

教育数字化转型为推动数字技术与学校教育的深度融合提供了全方位、全业务、全流程的引领。智慧学校作为学校层面教育数字化转型的着力点,被赋予新的内涵与使命。对智慧学校的建设与应用水平进行合理评估是数字化转型背景下学校教育高质量发展的关键抓手,应注重以技术要素支持的智慧环境、数据要素赋能的智慧应用、组织要素重构的智慧管理和文化要素渗透的智慧生活为切入点。综合运用文献法、德尔菲法和层次分析法构建的智慧学校评估指标体系包括4个一级指标、11个二级指标和34个三级指标。将该评估指标体系用于W市421所中小学智慧学校的建设和应用评估中发现,该指标体系能够较好地区分中小学智慧学校的建设与应用水平,且有助于发现智慧学校实践中存在的不足。未来,智慧学校应通过不断提升技术要素支撑的环境畅度,挖掘学校教育数据要素的增值效度,增强组织要素的变革力度,加大数字生态的开放程度等措施来推进其转型发展。唯有把握好技术、数据、组织、文化等要素的协同驱动关系,才能构建人机和谐共生的生态环境,更好地服务于学校立德树人的根本任务。

[目的/意义]在“云物区大智移”等数智技术与信息系统的深度融合下,数智化改变了传统信息流通交互方式,信息生态系统随着数智技术发生了转型,形成了更加智能、互联、安全和可持续的数智信息生态系统。因此,深刻理解和把握数智信息生态系统对于信息数智化发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于信息生态理论,解码数智信息生态系统的基本概念,进而指出其内涵与概念框架,分析数智信息生态系统的构成要素,并剖析其运行机制,从而提供关于数智信息生态系统的系统性解释。[结果/结论]数智信息生态系统是信息生态系统演进的时代产物,其由数智信息、数智平台、数智主体、数智信息环境四要素构成。综合信息生态理论,剖析了支撑四要素有效运转的运行机制。

Hierarchically designed MoWSe_(2)/WO_(3)/C anode for fast and efficient Na+storage

Exploring anode materials with high energy and power density is one of the critical milestones in developing sodium-ion batteries/capacitors(SIBs/SICs).Here,the Mo and W-based bimetallic organic framework(Mo-W-MOF)with core-shell structure is first formed by a facile strategy,followed by a selenization and carbonization strategy to finally prepare multileveled Mo WSe_(2)/WO_(3)/C anode materials with core-shell petal like curled nanosheet structure.Between the petal(MoSe_(2))-core(WO_(3))structure,the formation of WSe_(2)flakes by partial selenization on the surface of WO_(3)serves as a heterogeneous connection between MoSe_(2)and WO_(3).The enlarged layer distance(0.677 nm)between MoSe_(2)and WSe_(2)can facilitate the rapid transfer of Na+and electrons.The density functional theory(DFT)calculations verify that the Mo WSe_(2)/WO_(3)/C heterostructure performs excellent metallic properties.Ex-situ X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)confirm the activation process from the initial insertion reaction to the later conversion reaction.Resultantly,when employed as the anode of SIBs,a remarkable capacity of 384.3 mA h g-1after 950 cycles at 10 A g^(-1)is performed.Furthermore,the SICs assembled with commercial activated carbon(AC)as the cathode exhibits a remarkable energy density of 81.86 W h kg^(-1)(at 190 W kg^(-1))and 72.83 W h kg^(-1)(at 3800 W kg^(-1)).The unique structural design and the reaction investigation of the electrode process can provide a reference for the development of transition metal chalcogenides anodes.
