The swimmin. en.uran.e of whiteleg shrimp （Litopen.eus van.amei, 87.66 mm±0.25 mm, 7.73 g±0.06 g） was exam-in.d at various con.en.ration. of dissolved oxygen.（DO, 1.9, 3.8, 6.8 an. 13.6mgL-1） in.a swimmin. chan.el again.t on. of the fiveflow velocities （vb v2, v3, v4 an. vs）. Metabolite con.en.s in.the plasma, hepatopan.reas an. pleopods muscle of the shrimp werequan.ified before an. after swimmin. fatigue. The results revealed that the swimmin. speed an. DO con.en.ration.were sign.fican.factors that affected the swimmin. en.uran.e ofL. van.amei. The relation.hip between.swimmin. en.uran.e an. swimmin. speedat various DO con.en.ration. can.be described by the power model （vtb= a）. The relation.hip between.DO con.en.ration.（mgL-l） e 9000an. the swimmin. ability in.ex （SAI）, defin.d as SAI= ∫9000vdt （cm）, can.be described as SAI=27.947DO0.137 （R2=0.9312）. Thelevel of DO con.en.ration.directly affected the physiology of shrimp, an. exposure to low con.en.ration. of DO led to the in.reasesin.lactate an. en.rgetic substrate con.en. in.the shrimp. In.respon.in. to the low DO con.en.ration.at 1.9 mg L-1 an. the swimmin.stress, L. van.amei exhibited a mix of aerobic an. an.erobic metabolism to satisfy the en.rgetic deman., main.y characterized by theutilization.of total protein.an. glycogen.an. the production.of lactate an. glucose. Fatigue from swimmin. led to severe loss ofplasma triglyceride at Vl, v2, an. v3 with 1.9mgL-1DO, an. at V1 with 3.8, 6.8 an. 13.6mgL-1 DO, whereas the plasma glucose con.ten. in.reased sign.fican.ly at v3, v4 an. v5 with 3.8 an. 6.8mgL-1 DO, an. at v5 with 13.6mgL-1 DO. The plasma total protein.an.hepatopan.reas glycogen.were highly depleted in.shrimp by swimmin. fatigue at various DO con.en.ration., whereas the plasmalactate accumulated at high levels after swimmin. fatigue at differen. velocities. These results were of particular value to un.er-stan.in. the locomotory ability of whiteleg shrimp an. its physiological chan.es, further con.ribut

The effect of Li an. Mn.substitution.on.the dielectric, ferroelectric an. piezoelectric properties of lead free K0.5n.0.5n.O3 （Kn.） was in.estigated. Samples were prepared usin. a con.en.ion.l solid state reaction.method. The sin.efin. temperature for all the samples was 1050℃. The optimum dopin. con.en.ration.for the en.an.emen. of differen. properties without the in.roduction.of an. other co-dopan.s such as Ti, Sb, an. La was in.estigated. X-ray diffraction.an.lysis con.irmed that all the samples crystallize in.a sin.le phase perovskite structure. The dielectric properties were in.estigated as a fun.tion.of temperature an. applied electric field frequen.y. Compared with Li-substituted Kn. （KLn.）, Mn.substituted Kn. （KMn.） exhibited a higher dielectric con.tan. εmax （i.e., 4840） at its critical tran.ition.temperature Tc （i.e., 421℃） alon. with a lower value of tan.en. loss at 10 kHz an. greater values of saturation.polarisation.Ps （i.e., 20.14 μC/cm^2） an. remn.n. polarisation.Pr （i.e., 15.48 μC/cm^2）. The piezoelectric con.tan. （d33） of KMn. was 178 pC/n. which is comparable to that of lead-based hard ceramics. The results presen.ed herein.suggest that B-site or Mn.substitution.at the optimum con.en.ration.results in.good en.an.emen. of differen. properties required for materials used in.memory devices an. other application..
