This report describes triethylammonium acetate （TEAA） ionic liquid catalyzed one pot synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-3- methyl-1-phenyl-1,4-dihydropyrano [2,3-c]pyrazoles by the reaction of aromatic aldehyde, malononitrile and 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2- pyrazolin-5-one at room temperature. TEAA plays dual role as reaction media and catalyst. It can also be easily recovered and reused in several runs. TEAA provides greener reaction protocol to present methodology which obviates the need of organic solvents, expensive and toxic catalyst.

The regiospecific oxidation of alkyl group of both sterically hindered and unhindered aromatic amine to corresponding carbonyl compound was done in aq. medium by using DDQ. The optimized reaction protocol was found to be most simple, high yielding and novel method for oxidation of alkyl group of aromatic amine in to its carbonyl compound.

On grounds of the advent of real-time applications,like autonomous driving,visual surveillance,and sports analysis,there is an augmenting focus of attention towards Multiple-Object Tracking(MOT).The tracking-by-detection paradigm,a commonly utilized approach,connects the existing recognition hypotheses to the formerly assessed object trajectories by comparing the simila-rities of the appearance or the motion between *** an efﬁcient detection and tracking of the numerous objects in a complex environment,a Pearson Simi-larity-centred Kuhn-Munkres(PS-KM)algorithm was proposed in the present *** this light,the input videos were,initially,gathered from the MOT dataset and converted into *** background subtraction occurred whichﬁltered the inappropriate data concerning the frames after the frame conversion ***,the extraction of features from the frames was ***,the higher dimensional features were transformed into lower-dimensional features,and feature reduction process was performed with the aid of Information Gain-centred Singular value Decomposition(IG-SvD).Next,using the Modiﬁed Recurrent Neural Network(MRNN)method,classiﬁcation was executed which identiﬁed the categories of the objects *** PS-KM algorithm identi-ﬁed that the recognized objects were ***,the experimental outcomes exhibited that numerous targets were precisely tracked by the proposed system with 97%accuracy with a low false positive rate(FPR)of 2.3%.It was also proved that the present techniques ***,CNN,and KNN,were effective with regard to the existing models.

This review focuses on research findings in the area of diagnosis and pathogenesis of hepatitis C virus(HCv)infection over the last few *** information based on published literature provides an update on these two aspects of *** infection,previously called blood transmitted non-A,non-B infection,is prevalent globally and poses a serious public health problem *** diagnosis of HCv infection has evolved from serodetection of non-specific and low avidity anti-HCv antibodies to detection of viral nucleic acid in serum using the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)*** PCR assays detect viral nucleic acid with high accuracy and the exact copy number of viral ***,multiplex assays using real-time PCR are available for identification of HCv-genotypes and their *** contrast to previous methods,the newly developed assays are not only fast and eco-nomic,but also resolve the problem of the window period as well as differentiate present from past *** is a non-cytopathic virus,thus,its pathogenesis is regulated by host immunity and metabolic changes including oxidative stress,insulin resistance and hepatic *** innate and adaptive immunity play an important role in HCv *** lymphocytes demonstrate crucial activity during viral eradication or viral persistence and are influenced by viral proteins,HCv-quasispecies and several metabolic factors regulating liver *** pathogenesis is a very complex phenomenon and requires further study to determine the other factors involved.
