In the present study,we applied Tsallis non-extensive statistics to investigate the thermodynamic properties and phase diagram of quark matter in the Polyakov chiral SU(3)quark mean field *** this model,the properties of the quark matter were modified through the scalar fieldsσ,ζ,δ,χ,vector fieldsω,ρ,ϕ,and Polyakov fieldsΦandΦ¯at finite temperature and chemical ***-extensive effects were introduced through a dimensionless parameter q,and the results were compared to those of the extensive case(q→1).In the non-extensive case,the exponential in the Fermi-Dirac(FD)function was modified to a q-exponential *** influence of the q parameter on the thermodynamic properties,pressure,energy,and entropy density,as well as trace anomaly,was *** speed of sound and specific heat with non-extensive effects were also ***,the effect of non-extensivity on the deconfinement phase transition as well as the chiral phase transition of u,d,and s quarks was *** found that the critical end point(CEP),which defines the point in the(T−μ)phase diagram where the order of the phase transition changes,shifts to a lower value of temperature,TCEP,and a higher value of chemical potential,μCEP,as the non-extensivity is increased,that is,q>1.

Somatic Embryogenesis Receptor Kinase (SERK) family of receptor kinases is functionally diverse, involved in cell-to-embryo transition and controlling a number of other fundamental aspects of plant development. The morphological transformation of somatic to embryonic cells has drawn scientific attention utmost due to remarkable genetic-switch system evolved across species. Receptor kinases having direct role in somatic embryogenesis (SE) and involved in other functions are designated as “SERK” and “SERK-like” genes, respectively. We aim for phylogenetic reconstruction to reveal major SERK groups across plant species (angiosperm to gymnosperm) for their functional diversification. Data indicate that the development of SERK proteins occurred prior to the divergence of monocots and eudicots. Also, the SERK orthology is not directly proportional to their functions. Structure prediction results identified novel transmembrane topologies, short linear motifs and O-glycosylation sites exclusively in SERK proteins than SERK-like proteins. Comparative temporal expression analyses of SERK and SERK-like genes provided significant accordance with their physiological function. The identification of intrinsic disordered regions (IDRs) exclusively in SERK proteins was assumed to perceive external stress-induced signals that may lead to rapid protein folding. In a result it switches-on the precise cellular signals essential for the acquisition of SE. Moreover, the regulatory sequences of SERK genes are evolved with unique cellular fate deciding AP2-like ethylene responsive transcription factor AINTEGUMENTA binding sites for their spatial expression in SE. Based on these analyses we suggest future avenues of research that may be imperative for elucidating the importance of SERK gene evolution in SE.

On grounds of the advent of real-time applications,like autonomous driving,visual surveillance,and sports analysis,there is an augmenting focus of attention towards Multiple-Object Tracking(MOT).The tracking-by-detection paradigm,a commonly utilized approach,connects the existing recognition hypotheses to the formerly assessed object trajectories by comparing the simila-rities of the appearance or the motion between *** an efﬁcient detection and tracking of the numerous objects in a complex environment,a Pearson Simi-larity-centred Kuhn-Munkres(PS-KM)algorithm was proposed in the present *** this light,the input videos were,initially,gathered from the MOT dataset and converted into *** background subtraction occurred whichﬁltered the inappropriate data concerning the frames after the frame conversion ***,the extraction of features from the frames was ***,the higher dimensional features were transformed into lower-dimensional features,and feature reduction process was performed with the aid of Information Gain-centred Singular Value Decomposition(IG-SVD).Next,using the Modiﬁed Recurrent Neural Network(MRNN)method,classiﬁcation was executed which identiﬁed the categories of the objects *** PS-KM algorithm identi-ﬁed that the recognized objects were ***,the experimental outcomes exhibited that numerous targets were precisely tracked by the proposed system with 97%accuracy with a low false positive rate(FPR)of 2.3%.It was also proved that the present techniques ***,CNN,and KNN,were effective with regard to the existing models.

To cope up with the sustainable energy storage goals for supercapacitors(SCs),the self-discharge in SC electrodes is a significant hurdle,and thereby,nickel sulfide(NS)with high conductivity is adopted as a test vehicle for understanding the morphological evolution effects for long-life ***,honeycomb-like NS is hierarchically formed over hydrothermally grown nickel oxide(NO)via successive ionic layer adsorption reaction(SILAR)*** heterostructure shows a fivefold improvement in specific capacitance from 348 F g^(−1) to 2077 F g^(−1)at 1 mV s^(−1) over bare ***,the remarkable upliftment of capacitance retention is achieved from 60.7%to 92.3%even after 3000 cycles via morphological control of NS/NO hetero-structure with the help of highly conductive *** importantly,the self-discharge behaviors and synergistic role of leakage current associated with morphological evolution via NS overcoating are studied in *** particular,the self-discharge mitigation from 45%(NO)to 35%(NS20/NO)due to the NS/NO heterostructure and the behind mechanism are ascribed to the activated-controlled Faradaic reaction coupled with a charge *** study emphasizes the potential importance of composite heterostructure by tuning the electrical conductivity and morphological adjustment NO via consecutive overcoating of NS through SILAR as a novel *** enhances charge storage,redox kinetics,and the mitigation of self-discharge properties of the active electrode *** practical validation on sustainable energy storage,NS20/NO supercapacitors illuminate the LED for 35%longer than NO after one-time charging,potentially beneficial for the next generation SCs.

The current research focuses the light on the characterization of buoyancy-driven non-linear mixed convection and non-linear radiation in a Newtonian flow over a nonlinearly stretching vertical sheet,and this type of flow has useful applications in many industrial processes,such as the paper and pulp industry,polymer industry,electronic device cooling,solar collectors,gas turbine plants,and nuclear *** appropriate transformations,governing PDEs for non-linear mixed convection are reduced to higher-order non-linear ODEs and those are numerically *** with tabular presentations of computed results,the graphical representations are generated to elucidate the effects of involved parameters on convection transport properties and their *** demonstrates that flow velocity increases near the surface and decreases away from the surface as the non-linear convection parameter ***,increments in the thermal buoyancy,temperature ratio and non-linear radiation parameters result in the boost of *** temperature decreases as linear and non-linear buoyancy-related parameters(non-linear convection and thermal buoyancy parameters)are of higher *** contrast,the temperature rises with two non-linear thermal radiation-related parameters(thermal ratio and non-linear radiation parameters).For greater values of the non-linear stretching related parameter,a lower velocity and a higher temperature are *** non-linear convection,thermal buoyancy,thermal ratio and non-linear radiation parameters contribute toward the reduction of the magnitude of surface-drag force and growth of the surface cooling ***,with the non-linearity in surface stretching there are significant percentage hikes of surface-drag force magnitude and surface cooling rate.

With the surge of demand for instant high power in miniaturized electronic and mechanical systems,supercapacitors(SCs)are considered as one of the viable candidates to fulfill the ***,long-term resilience and superior energy density associated with self-discharge in SCs are obviously critical,but securing electrode materials,which can meet both benefits of SCs and persist charged potential for a comparatively prolonged duration,are still ***,hierarchically refined nickel-sulfide heterostructure(CuO-NS)on CuO(CO)scaffold is achieved through optimized film formation,exhibiting a threefold improvement in the essential electrochemical characteristics and outstanding capacitance retention(∼5%loss).Self-discharge behavior and its mechanism are systematically investigated via morphological control and nanostructural ***,significant mitigation of self-discharge owing to an increase in surface area and refined nanostructure is ***,CuO-NS2(20 cycle overcoating)based SC can retain over 60%of the charged potential for a complete voltage holding and a self-discharge test for 16 *** appealing demonstration of wireless power transmission in burst mode is demonstrated for secure digital(SD)card data writing,powered by SCs,which substantiates that it can be readily leveraged in power management *** enables us to realize one of the envisioned applications soon.
