基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,旨在构建以培养科技创新型、实践应用型人才为目标的生物工程综合实验教学体系。教学内容源自授课老师科研课题,汇聚生物工程上、中、下游关键环节。课程设计采用教师课题背景介绍、学生自主实验设计、师生讨论细化步骤、实验实践验证结果、结果分析总结5个步骤,以此锻炼学生的创新思维及实践能力。采用多元化评价考核体系界定学生实验成绩,用以涵盖学生获得的综合研究能力和理工科创新能力。此实验课程激活学生自主创新和解决复杂生物工程问题的能力,并获得一系列科研成果。本课程培养目标及执行效果与国家“创新驱动”发展战略契合,相关经验可为其他理工科专业教学改革提供参考。

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） were measured in precipitation from March to August 2005 in Guangzhou, South China. Fourteen PAHs were studied, and their total concentrations varied from 616.6 to 3486.7 ng/L in dissolved phase and from 403.8 to 3125.5 ng/L in particulate phase. The estimated deposition loading of PAHs was 3568 ug/m^2 during the monitoring period. The deposition of PAHs was a potential source for Pearl River comparing with the contents of surface water. In addition, the high concentration in precipitation here implied that PAHs pollution was a potential environmental problem in Guangzhou. Most precipitation concentrations of PAHs in March （the last month in winter in Guangzhou） were higher than in the other months （in rainy season）. PAHs inclined to be adsorbed to particulate phase with the increase of molecular weight in rainwater. Combustion of fossil fuel and biomass might be the major source of PAHs, while the direct leakage or volatilization from petroleum products might be insignificant.

A method of direct contact membrane distillation （DCMD） with a self-made hollow polyvinylidene fluoride membrane was applied to prepare high concentration polyaluminum chloride （PACl） with high Alb content based on chemical synthesis. The permeate flux and Al species distribution were investigated. The experimental results showed that the permeate flux decreased from 14 to 6 kg/（m2·hr） at the end of the DCMD process, which can be mainly attributed to the formation of NaCl deposits on the membrane surface. The Alb content decreased slightly, only from 86.3% to 84.4%, when the DCMD experiment finished, correspondingly the Alc content increased slightly from 7.2% to 8.5%, and the Ala content remained at 7% during the whole DCMD process. A PACl with Alb content of 84% at total aluminum concentration 2.2 mol/L was successfully prepared by the chemical synthesis-DCMD method.

The photoluminescence quenching behaviors of 5D3-7FJ and 5D4-7FJ (J = 0―6) transitions of Tb3+ in YBO3:Tb under 130―290 nm excitation were systematically investigated. The results revealed that the quenching concentrations of both 5D3-7FJ and 5D4-7FJ transitions of Tb3+ in YBO3:Tb were mainly de-pendent on excitation wavelength. Particularly,the quenching concentrations of 5D4-7FJ transitions of Tb3+ under 130―290 nm excitation were correlated with excitation bands of YBO3:Tb. The quenching concentrations of 5D3-7FJ transitions remained at low concentration (2%) under 186―290 nm excitation and then increased gradually with energy of incoming excitation photon when excited at 130―186 nm. This dependence should be involved in their excitation mechanisms and quenching pathway in particular excitation region.

Many mechanical parts of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(MUAV)can easily produce non-smooth phenomenon and the external disturbance that affects the stability of MUAV.For multi-MUAV attitude systems that experience output dead-zone,external disturbance and actuator fault,a leader-following consensus anti-disturbance and fault-tolerant control(FTC)scheme is proposed in this paper.In the design process,the effect of unknown nonlinearity in multi-MUAV systems is addressed using neural networks(NNs).In order to balance out the effects of external disturbance and actuator fault,a disturbance observer is designed to compensate for the aforementioned negative impacts.The Nussbaum function is used to address the problem of output dead-zone.The designed fault-tolerant controller guarantees that the output signals of all followers and leader are synchronized by the backstepping technique.Finally,the effectiveness of the control scheme is verified by simulation experiments.

This paper studies the switching topologies and tracking agent replacements for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems with external disturbances.In particular,it is assumed that a number of monitoring agents are randomly deployed in a two-dimensional space.The agents are committed to tracking any intrusion targets in this area.When one of the following agents exits tracking for some reasons,the agent closer to the target joins the tracking team to ensure the number of tracking agents does not change.In order to achieve the successful tracking of the target,this paper designs a sliding mode controller for the relay multi-agent system with tracking agent replacements.Furthermore,an adaptive law is proposed to estimate the upper bound of disturbance in the relay tracking process.Next,the stability of the overall system will be analysed by applying the multiple Lyapunov function method based on the average dwell time.Finally,the effectiveness of the tracking strategy is verified by numerical simulations.
