BACKGROUND Studies have suggested that atrial fibrillation(AF)in patients with rheumatic diseases(RD)may be due to *** morbidity and mortality associated with AF in hospitalized patients with *** The National inpatient sample database from October 2015 to December 2017 was analyzed to identify hospitalized patients with RD with and without AF.A subgroup analysis was performed comparing outcomes of AF among different *** The prevalence of AF was 23.9%among all patients with RD(n=3949203).Among the RD subgroup,the prevalence of AF was highest in polymyalgia rheumatica(33.2%),gout(30.2%),and pseudogout(27.1%).After adjusting for comorbidities,the odds of having AF were increased with gout(1.25),vasculitis(1.19),polymyalgia rheumatica(1.15),dermatopolymyositis(1.14),psoriatic arthropathy(1.12),lupus(1.09),rheumatoid arthritis(1.05)and pseudogout(1.04).In contrast,enteropathic arthropathy(0.44),scleroderma(0.96),ankylosing spondylitis(0.96),and Sjorgen’s syndrome(0.94)had a decreased association of *** mortality,length of stay,and hospitalization costs were higher in patients with RD having AF vs without *** the RD subgroup,the highest mortality was found with scleroderma(4.8%),followed by vasculitis(4%)and dermatopolymyositis(3.5%).CONCLUSION A highest association of AF was found with gout followed by vasculitis,and polymyalgia rheumatica when compared to other *** was two-fold higher in patients with RD with AF.

Objective: To investigate the incidence of etiological causes and clinical course of secondary thrombocytosis in pediatric patients, and to estimate the number of platelet count and the other components of blood routine test in the secondary thrombocytosis patients. Methods: All secondary thrombocytosis patients those admitted at Children Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from March 2001 to March 2010 were included in the study. The result categorized by the gender, age, length of hospitalization, clinical symptoms, and laboratory examination result. The results were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 statistical software by using Pearson Chi-Square test, and multivariate statistic. Finding was considered statistically significant if the P value ＜ 0.05. Results: A total of 158 hospitalized patients with secondary thrombocytosis as a main diagnosis （defined as PLT count≥400×109/L） admitted from many departments in Children Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, from March 2001 to March 2010, a total of nine years study. There was a predominant of male group towards female group （sex ratio M:F = 1.3:1）. Infants and young children （＜ 2 years old） were most common group, contributing 81% of total cases. Infections were the most common cause contributing 77.8%, especially from respiratory infections （upper and lower, bacterial and viral）. There were 5 patients with Kawasaki disease diagnosis, contributing 3.2% of total cases. Meanwhile, malignancy and post-chemotherapy patients were contributing 3.8% of this study. Most of the patient had good prognosis, without any of these patients developed into thrombotic complication. Conclusions: This study showed infection as the main cause of the thrombocytosis in pediatric patients. Especially, pneumonia from respiratory tract infection was evaluating 25% of all cases. Primary thrombocytosis is rare in pediatric patients. Secondary thrombocytosis is a benign disease and more common in pediatric patients. Patients with

这项研究旨在研究产品质量对皮带和道路倡议下客户对电子商务平台的满意度的影响因素,其中基于性能,功能,可靠性,一致性,耐用性,可维修性,美观性,感知质量的维度。本研究中使用的方法是观察,问卷和文献。而用于数据分析的技术是多元线性回归分析。作者将研究对象设为2021年,样本总数为358名。所采用的数据收集技术是便利采样方法。作者使用尺寸性能,特征,可靠性,一致性,耐用性,可维修性,美学和感知质量向问卷分发了39个问题。通过印尼电子商务平台Tokopedia的``一带一路’’倡议（BRI）,绩效（X1）,可靠性（X2）,功能（X3）,合格（X4）,耐久性（X5）,可维修性（X6）,美学（X7）,感知质量（X8）同时影响因变量客户满意度（Y）。独立变量对因变量的影响百分比由同时确定系数（R2）表示。在这项研究中,R平方的大小为0.979。这意味着因变量（性能（Y））的上升和下降受以下独立变量影响:性能（X1）,可靠性（X2）,特征（X3）,一致性（X4）,耐久性（X5）,可服务性（X6）,美学（X7）,感知质量（X8）降低了97.9%,而其余2.1%受此研究之外的其他变量的影响。“一带一路”倡议（BRI）通过产品质量对Tokopedia Indonesia的客户满意度产生积极影响。
