孔隙网络模型是研究多孔介质和其中颗粒的关键。现有的构建孔隙网络模型的算法有许多,但人们开始越来越多地研究基于图像的算法。将讨论一种基于中轴线的孔隙网络构建算法,并且对原有算法中孔隙中心表示方法不合理及缺少中轴线上各点坐标的问题提出改进,改进后的算法提出了孔隙中心的另一种表示方法,并且中轴线上任一点的坐标都被标出。在构建孔隙网络模型后利用该模型计算孔隙体积和喉径,并且针对过度分割的问题提出基于欧氏距离及基于分水岭算法的两种融合算法对孔隙和孔喉进行融合。

While common in biological systems,building blocks with low symmetry and flexibility pose numerous problems for synthetic self-assembly,such as the formation of isomers of assemblies that are difficult to distinguish and *** this work,three aromatic amide-based ligands(L1–L3)with a central 1,8-diazatriptycene core were designed and used for selfassembly with Pd^(2+).While hundreds of stereoisomers based on the conformational flexibility around the amides and the unsymmetrical nonplanar structure of the core are possible upon coordination with the metal,the constraints designed into the ligands direct the self-assembly toward only a single Pd_(2)L_(4)cage(L1)or Pd_(4)L_(8)double-walled metallomacrocycle(L2)structure,even in mixtures of the *** structural approach and the modularity of the ligand synthesis affords ready access to deep cavitands with endohedral functionalization(L3).These results highlight the potential of this new design strategy and open the door to selectively functionalized cavity-based architectures for numerous applications.

Over 2 billion people worldwide are estimated to have nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),defined by excess hepatic ***,progression into nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)is characterized by the onset of liver inflammation following exacerbated steatosis.1 This suggests that reducing liver inflammation(*** lifestyle interventions involving exercise training)may come secondary to a reduction of ***,both the metabolic and inflammatory processes involved in NAFLD are under circadian control and could respond differently to exercise at different times of day.2 To investigate the time-of-day–dependent effect of exercise training on NAFLD amelioration in the early disease stages we trained high-fat high-cholesterol(HFHC)-fed APOE*3-Leiden cholesteryl ester transfer protein(CETP)mice during their early or late active *** mouse model was chosen because of its humanized lipid metabolism and its ability to develop all hallmarks of human NAFLD upon HFHC feeding.

Polycystic liver disease (PLD) is characterized by the presence of multiple bile duct-derived epithelial cysts scattered in the liver parenchyma. PLD can manifest itself in patients with severe autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Isolated autosomal dominant polycystic liver disease (ADPLD) is genetically distinct from PLD associated with ADPKD, although it may have similar pathogenesis and clinical ***, mutations in two causative genes for ADPLD,independently from ADPKD, have been identified. We report here a family (a mother and her daughter) with a severe form of ADPLD not associated with ADPKD produced by a novel missense protein kinase C substrate 80K-H (PRKCSH) mutation (R281W). This mutation causes a severe phenotype, since the two affected subjects manifested signs of portal hypertension. Doppler sonography, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging are effective in documenting the underlying lesions in a non-invasive way.

蛋白质吸附、钙磷离子释放和表面生物矿化是钙磷材料诱导异位骨生成的可能材料机制。对比了非表面微孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷(HA-S)、表面微孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷(HA-R)和表面微孔生物惰性非钙磷陶瓷(TiO_2陶瓷;Al_2O_3陶瓷;两者无钙磷释放,无表面生物矿化能力)的异位骨诱导能力。研究发现,不同化学成分的陶瓷材料对蛋白质有选择性吸附。即使不吸附骨形态发生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2),具有表面微孔的非钙磷陶瓷也能诱导异位骨组织生成。结果表明,钙磷离子释放和表面生物矿化在磷酸钙生物材料骨诱导中不起关键作用,表面微孔也不一定通过蛋白质吸附而在异位骨诱导中起作用。
