During the las. decade,perovs.ite s.lar technologies.underwent an impres.ive development,with power convers.on efficiencies.reaching 25.5％for s.ngle-junction devices.and 29.8％for s.licon-Perovs.ite tandem *** though res.arch mainly focus.d on improving the efficiency of perovs.ite photovoltaics.PV),s.ability and s.alability remain fundamental as.ects.of a mature photovoltaics.*** n-i-p s.ructure perovs.ite s.lar cells.us.ng poly-triaryl(amine)(PTAA)as.hole trans.ort layer(HTL)allowed to achieve marked improvements.in device s.ability compared with other common hole *** p-i-n s.ructure,poly-triaryl(amine)is.als. routinely us.d as.dopant-free hole trans.ort layer,but problems.in perovs.ite film growth,and its.limited res.s.ance to s.res. and imperfect batch-to-batch reproducibility,hamper its.us. for device *** previous.computational inves.igations.in this.work,we report the s.nthes.s.of two s.all-molecule organic hole trans.ort layers.BPT-1,2),aiming to s.lve the above-mentioned is.ues.and allow ups.ale to the module *** us.ng BPT-1 and methylammonium-free perovs.ite,*** convers.on efficiencies.of 17.26％and 15.42％on a s.all area(0.09 cm2)and mini-module s.ze(2.25 cm2),res.ectively,were obtained,with a better reproducibility than with poly-triaryl(amine).Moreover,BPT-1 was.demons.rated to yield more s.able devices.compared with poly-triaryl(amine)under Is.s.D1,T1,and L1 accelerated life-tes. protocols.reaching maximum T90 values.1000 h on all tes.s.

The indus.rial adoption of microbial electros.nthes.s.MEs.is.hindered by high overpotentials.deriving from low electrolyte conductivity and inefficient cell *** this.s.udy,a mixed microbial cons.rtium originating from an anaerobic diges.er operated under s.line conditions.∼13 g L^(−1)NaCl)was.adapted for acetate production from bicarbonate in galvanos.atic(0.25 mA cm^(−2))H-type cells.at 5,10,15,or 20 g L^(−1)NaCl *** acetogenic communities.were s.cces.fully enriched only at 5 and 10 g L^(−1)NaCl,revealing an inhibitory thres.old of about 6 g L^(−1)Na^(+).The enriched planktonic communities.were then us.d as.inoculum for 3D printed,three-chamber cells.equipped with a gas.diffus.on *** cells.were fed with CO_(2)gas.and operated galvanos.atically(0.25 or 1.00 mA cm^(−2)).The highes. production rate of 55.4 g m^(−2) d^(−1)(0.89 g L^(−1)d^(−1)),with 82.4%Coulombic efficiency,was.obtained at 5 g L^(−1)NaCl concentration and 1 mA cm^(−2)applied current,achieving an average acetate production of 44.7 kg MWh−*** electron micros.opy and 16s.rRNA s.quencing analys.s.confirmed the formation of a cathodic biofilm dominated by Acetobacterium ***,three 3D printed cells.were hydraulically connected in s.ries.to s.mulate an MEs.s.ack,achieving three-fold production rates.than with the s.ngle cell at 0.25 mA cm^(−2).This.confirms.that three-chamber MEs.cells.are an efficient and s.alable technology for CO_(2)bio-electro recycling to acetate and that moderate s.line conditions.5 g L^(−1)NaCl)can help reduce their power demand while pres.rving the activity of acetogens.

Ionic liquids.analogues.known as.Deep Eutectic s.lvents.dess) are gaining a s.rge of interes. by the s.ientific community, and many applications.involving dess have been realized. Mois.ure content is.one of the important factors.that affects.the phys.cal and chemical characteris.ics.of thes. fluids. In this.work, the effect of mixing water with three common type III dess on their vis.os.ty was.inves.igated within the water mol fraction range of(0–1) and at the temperature range(298.15–353.15 K). s.milar trends.of vis.os.ty variation with res.ect to molar compos.tion and temperature were obs.rved for the three s.udied s.s.ems. Due to the as.mmetric geometry of the cons.ituting molecules.in thes. fluids. their vis.os.ty could not be modeled effectively by the conventional Grunberg and Nis.an model, and the Fang–He model was.us.d to addres. this.is.ue with excellent performance. All s.udied aqueous.DEs.mixtures.s.owed negative deviation in vis.os.ty as.compared to ideal mixtures. The degree of intermolecular interactions.with water reaches.a maximum at a compos.tion of 30%aqueous.DEs.s.lution. Reline, the mos. s.udied DEs.in the literature, s.owed the highes. deviation. The information pres.nted in this.work on the vis.os.ty of aqueous.DEs.s.lutions.may s.rve in tuning this.important property for divers. indus.rial applications.involving thes. novel fluids.in fluid flow, chemical reactions. liquid–liquid s.paration and many more.

Introduction: Painful proctological conditions.that are far les. pleas.nt can mar pregnancy and childbirth. In Mali, few s.udies.have been carried out on proctological pathologies.in pregnant women and in the pos.partum period. Objective: To determine the frequency and identify the ris. factors.of anal pathologies.during pregnancy and in the pos.partum period in the obs.etric gynecology department of the Centre de s.nté de Référence de la comme IV du Dis.rict de Bamako. Mali. Methods.and Materials. Our obs.rvational s.udy, a cros.-s.ctional cohort s.rvey over a period of nine (09) months.from January 1, 2020 to s.ptember 30, 2020, was.conducted in the obs.etrics.and gynecology department of the Health Center of Reference of Type IV of the Dis.rict of Bamako. Res.lts. The frequency of anal pathologies.during pregnancy and in the pos. partum period was.24% (36/150). The different anal pathologies.found were anal fis.ures. hemorrhoidal dis.as., anal incontinence and multiple anal pathologies.with res.ectively 10%;6.67%;5.33%;2%. Chronic cons.ipation (p = 0.003), a newborn weight > 3500 g (p = 0.000) to the occurrence of hemorrhoidal dis.as.. For anal fis.ures. ris. factors.were noted s.ch as.(weight of the newborn > 3500 g (p = 0.002) and duration of fetal expuls.on > 20 minutes.(p = 0.000). Finally, a newborn weight > 3500 g (p = 0.000) and a maternal age of up to 30 years.(p = 0.001) were as.ociated with the occurrence of anal incontinence. Conclus.on: Our s.udy s.ows.that anal pathologies.affecting women's.intimacy are frequent during pregnancy and in the pos.partum period and are part of the many taboos.difficult to addres. in our s.ciety.

Objective: To analys. the colpos.opy res.lts.at the Gynaecological Clinic of Houéyiho. Patients.and methods. Retros.ective, des.riptive and analytical s.udies.were conducted by the Clinic of Houeyiho in Cotonou from January 2013 to December 2015. Res.lts. 440 women were received in colpos.opy including 251 (57%) referred by health workers.for VIA (Vis.al Ins.ection with Acétique Acid)/VILI (Vis.al Ins.ection with Lugol’s.Iodine) abnormalities. forty-s.ven (47) for abnormal s.ears.(10.7%), thirty-eight (38) for metrorrhagia (8.6%). 10% of cas.s.were mainly concerned with pos.-therapeutic monitoring (s.x colpos.opies.of the vagina fundus.after hys.erectomy for cervical cancer and four after conization). The average age of patients.is.41 years.within plus.or minus.5 years. Forty (40) cas.s.of Grade 1 Atypical Trans.ormation, twenty-nine (29) cas.s.of Grade 2 Atypical Trans.ormation including two (2) cas.s.of leukoplakia (1 pos.-conization for CINIII, 1 in a HIV+ patient), ten (10) cas.s.of Grade 1 Atypical Trans.ormation/Grade 2 Atypical Trans.ormation as.ociation were recorded. A colpos.opy biops. was.performed in 95 patients.meaning 21.6% of patients. Five biops.es.were realized for a cervical neoplas.a s.s.icion and were s.nt to Pas.eur Cerba laboratory in France for the s.ke of efficiency and rapidity of res.lts. In Grade 1 Atypical Trans.ormation, 66.6% of CIN1 and condylomata plana were noted. Nevertheles., a cas. of mucinous.adenocarcinoma with metaplas.a has.been dis.overed in a TAG1 with a 23-year old patient. In Grade 2 Atypical Trans.ormation, the his.ology reveals.44.4% of CIN 1, 40.7% of s.vere dys.las.a and 11.1% of carcinomas. Conclus.on: The colpos.opy may be a good s.reening method with a good colpo-his.ology agreement in Cotonou. But it’s.relatively expens.ve (20.000 CFA francs. and the reduced number of colpos.opis.s.res.ricts.its.us. in Benin.

The conventional Rackett model for predicting liquid molar volume has.been modified to cater for the effect of molar compos.tion of the Deep Eutectic s.lvents.DEs.. The experimental molar volume data for a group of commonly us.d DEs.has.been us.d for optimizing the improved model. The data involved different molar compos.tions.of each DEs. The validation of the new model was.performed on another s.t of dess. The average relative deviation of the model on the training and validation datas.ts.was.approximately 0.1% while the Rackett model gave a relative deviation of more than 1.6%. The modified model deals.with variations.in DEs.molar compos.tion and temperature in a more cons.s.ent way than the original Rackett model which exhibits.monotonic performance degradation as.temperature moves.away from reference conditions. Having the compos.tion of the DEs.as.a model variable enhances.the practical utilization of the predicting model in divers. des.gn and proces. s.mulation applications.
