Pattern recognition and neural network methods have been used to investigate the formability of metastable alloy phases, It has been found that some chemi cal bond parameters Such as valence electron number, electronegativity and metallic radii of cor-nponent elements are the dominating fac tors affecting metastable alloy phase formation. Some semi-empirical rules found in this way may be useful for the construction of expert system for materials design.

Soft robots have unique advantages over traditional rigid robots and have broad application prospects in many *** expand their bioinspired applications,we propose a novel Soft Pneumatic Actuator(SPA)associated with spiral configuration inspired by the structure and unwinding motion of the seahorse *** erent from bending motion of common soft actuators,the spiral SPA can generate unwinding motion as input air pressure ***,to explore the eff ect of diff erent initial spiral types on unwinding performance,three typical spiral SPAs are designed and simulated while keeping the outside arc of actuator body ***,a static model of the spiral SPA is established by combining the hyperelastic material model,geometric relationships,and virtual work *** improve model accuracy,two geometric correction parameters are employed and their physical significance is analyzed by finite element ***,a prototype of the logarithmic spiral SPA(Log_spiral SPA)is fabricated and a Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensor array is designed to detect and reconstruct unwinding shapes of the ***,the unwinding performance,static model and output force capability of the prototype are tested and ***,we discuss prospects for this novel spiral SPA and test its practical applications in inchworm-like motion,assisting finger rehabilitation and object capture.

便秘是糖尿病患者临床常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者生存质量,增加血糖和血压的控制难度,易诱发心肌梗死、脑梗死等急性并发症。李东垣创立的“阴火理论”以脾胃虚损为主要病因病机,这与糖尿病便秘的核心病机一致,故以此为出发点探讨阴火产生的病因,并分析阴火与糖尿病便秘病因病机、病位、临床症状等相关性,从而明确“阴火”是该病发生发展的中心环节,提出糖尿病便秘可从健脾升清阳、滋肾泻阴火两方面并依据病情进展分四期论治,以期为临床治疗糖尿病便秘提供新的诊疗思路。

股市波动日益成为社会的焦点话题,如何高效且准确地预测股票价格成为当前热门研究课题。为减少计算量并提高工作效率,在预测前对股票数据采用降维技术,同时考虑股票波动情况,结合主成分分析(PCA)、广义自回归条件异方差(GARCH)和长短期记忆网络(LSTM)3种模型,构建组合模型进行股价预测。为检验模型预测效果,以上证指数和中证500指数为例,对收盘价进行预测。对比实验结果表明,该PCA-GARCH-LSTM组合模型的RMSE、MAE、MAPE值均小于其他对照模型,证明了该模型预测的有效性。

Flexible appendages, such as solar panels, communication antennas and other large structures, are mounted on the base of a space robot and target satellite. The vibration of the flexible structure is excited by operations of a space manipulator. It is very challenging to control the vibration of large flexible appendages for on-orbit operation and, especially when the manipulator operates a non-cooperative target with unknown structural parameters and vibration information. In this study, a hybrid control method is proposed based on wave-based control and PD control methods to control the motion of a manipulator while suppressing the vibration of appendages. First, the rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of a compounded system is *** is followed by designing a hybrid control strategy combining wave-based control and PD control for restto-rest maneuvers based on the characteristics of the compounded system. Finally, the simulation of a 3D compounded system is provided to verify the effectiveness of the presented approach. The simulation results indicate that the space robot can successfully berth the target while suppressing the vibrations of the structure.

Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease characterized by the loss of tolerance to self-nuclear antigens,in which altered B-cell signaling shows an essential role.1 The clonal expansion and antigen-based affinity maturation of B cells primarily occurs at germinal centers(GCs).2 Significantly,recent studies have demonstrated that the robust activity of GCs and the breach of tolerance to self-nuclear antigens are associated with the pathogenesis of SLE.
