Objective:The study was conducted to ascertain the effect of tuber sections,heat treatment,and rehydration with process chemicals of varying concentrations on the physicochemical properties of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas L.(Lam))*** and Methods:The flour samples were generated as raw,boiled,and steamed from the head,middle,and tail sections of the *** were compared with their whole tuber *** magnitude and extent of the factorial influence were measured us.ng the effects on swelling index(sI),water absorption capacity(WAc),oil absorption capacity,total soluble solids(Tss),blue value index(BVI),gelling point temperature(GPT),boiling point temperature(BPT),and ***:The results obtained showed that the proximate composition from the tuber sections and the whole did not differ significantly(Pcessing method(TPM)and tuber processing duration(TPD)effected significant differences(Pn all the test parameter except for pH ***:From the investigation,it was observed that the test variables have significant effects on the physicochemical properties of the sweet potato flour.

crystal structure of the title mesocyclic diamine has been determinedby X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P1,with crystallographic parameters c6H14n2O2. 2HBr. EtOH, Mr= 354. 08, a= 7. 813(4), b=8. 109(5), c=11. 153(5) ,a=82. 50(7),β=81. 60(4),γ=75. 53(8)°, V= 673. 5 (7) , Z= 2, Dc= 1. 519g. cm-3,μ= 59. 364 cm-1 (MoKa), F(000) =356, R=0. 082,R.= 0. 095 for 2550 observed reflections with I≥3σ(I). The determination suggests that the molecular ring is folded to make the conformation look like acrown.

A graph Г is said to be G-locally primitive, where G is a subgroup of automorphisms of Г, if the stabiliser Ga of a vertex α acts primitively on the set Г( α ) of vertices of Г adjacent to α. For a finite non-abelian simple group L and a cayley subset s of L, suppose that L ? G ? Aut( L), and the cayley graph Г = cay ( L, s) is G-locally primitive. In this paper we prove that L is a simple group of Lie type, and either the valency of Г is an add prine divisor of |Out(L)|, orL =PΩ 8 + (q) and Г has valency 4. In either cases, it is proved that the full automorphism group of Г is also almost simple with the same socle L.

The aim of this work was to study the influence of effluent organic matter （EfOM） on micropollutants removal by ozone and UV/H2O2. To perform the experiments, deionized water and municipal secondary effluents （sE） were artificially contaminated with atrazine （ATZ） and treated by the two proposed methods. ATZ concentration, cOD and TOc were recorded along the reaction time and us.d to evaluate EfOM effect on the system efficiency. Results demonstrate that the presence of EfOM can significantly reduce the micropollutant removal rate due to competition of EfOM components to react with radicals and/or molecular ozone. The hydroxyl radical scavenging caus.d by EfOM was quantified as well as the contribution of molecular ozone and .OH radicals during the ozonation of sE. EfOM components promoted higher inhibition of ATZ oxidation by hydroxyl radicals than by molecular ozone.

为了探讨亚毒性剂量有机磷酸酯杀虫剂毒死蜱对高脂饮食诱导的动脉粥样硬化的影响及其机制,32只健康雄性新西兰兔随机分为对照组、毒死蜱组、高脂组、高脂+毒死蜱组.每天以20 mg/kg亚毒性剂量的毒死蜱灌胃处理6个月.动物处死后检测血脂水平和血清胆碱酯酶活性.收集腹腔巨噬细胞,测定其胆固醇流出率.苏丹Ⅳ染色观察胸主动脉粥样硬化斑块,定量分析动脉粥样硬化斑块占血管内表面积的百分比.颈总动脉石蜡切片,观察动脉粥样硬化斑块.采用实时定量PcR和蛋白质印迹检测,分别检测肝脏、血管和腹腔巨噬细胞中三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体A1(ATP-binding cassette transporter A1,ABcA1)mRnA和蛋白质的表达.结果显示:与对照组相比,高脂饮食升高了血清总胆固醇和脂蛋白水平,主动脉和颈总动脉出现明显的动脉粥样硬化斑块,其肝脏、主动脉和腹腔巨噬细胞ABcA1的表达升高,腹腔巨噬细胞中胆固醇流出增加;与对照组相比,毒死蜱组血清胆碱酯酶活性降低,但没有出现明显的中毒症状和肝肾功能损伤,血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平降低,ABcA1的表达降低,腹腔巨噬细胞中胆固醇流出减少;高脂+毒死蜱组与高脂组相比,血清胆碱酯酶活性降低,也没有出现明显的中毒症状和肝肾功能损伤,ABcA1的表达降低,腹腔巨噬细胞中胆固醇流出减少,主动脉和颈总动脉粥样硬化斑块更加明显.结果提示长期暴露于亚毒性剂量的毒死蜱可加速高脂饮食的致动脉粥样硬化作用,其机制可能与毒死蜱降低体内ABcA1的表达和胆固醇流出有关.
