Bone health management for breast cancer spans the entire cycle of patient care,including the prevention and treatment of bone loss caused by early breast cancer treatment,the adjuvant application of bone-modifying agents to improve prognosis,and the diagnosis and treatment of advanced bone *** good bone health management means formulating appropriate treatment strategies and dealing with adverse drug reactions,and will help to improve patients'quality of life and survival *** Breast Cancer Expert Committee of the National Cancer Center for Quality Control organized relevant experts to conduct an in-depth discussion on the full-cycle management of breast cancer bone health based on evidence-based medicine,and put forward reasonable suggestions to guide clinicians to better deal with health issues in bone health clinics.

the aim of this paper is to develop an ordered weighted distance(OWD) measure,which is the generalization of some widely used distance measures,including the normalized Hamming distance, the normalized Euclidean distance,the normalized geometric distance,the max distance,the median distance and the min distance,***,the ordered weighted averaging operator,the generalized ordered weighted aggregation operator,the ordered weighted geometric operator,the averaging operator,the geometric mean operator,the ordered weighted square root operator,the square root operator,the max operator,the median operator and the min operator are also the special cases of the OWD *** methods depending on the input arguments are given to determine the weights associated with the OWD *** prominent characteristic of the OWD measure is that it can relieve(or intensify) the influence of unduly large or unduly small deviations on the aggregation results by assigning them low(or high) *** desirable characteristic makes the OWD measure very suitable to be used in many actual fields,including group decision making,medical diagnosis, data mining,and pattern recognition,***,based on the OWD measure,we develop a group decision making approach,and illustrate it with a numerical example.

In this paper, we consider a newsvendor model in which a risk-averse manager faces a stochastic price-dependent demand in either an additive or a multiplicative form. An emergency purchase option is allowed after the realization of demand to satisfy the units that are short. By adopting Conditional value-at-risk （CVaR） as the decision criterion, we aim to investigate the optimal pricing and ordering decisions, and the effects of parameter changes in such a setting. We provide sufficient conditions for the uniqueness of the optimal policy for both demand models. We perforl~, comparative statics analysis to show how the optimal pricing and ordering decision behaves when changing parameters. We also compare our results with those of the newsvendor with a general utility function and with CVaR criterion under lost sales assumption. Our key results include：（i） For both demand models, the optimal selling price is decreasing in risk aversion. Hence, the optimal price of a risk-averse newsvendor is not greater than the optimal price of a risk-neutral newsvendor. （it） In contrary to the lost sales case, for the multiplicative demand model, the optimal order quantity may not be monotonic in risk aversion. Consequently, the optimal risk-averse order quantity may be lower or higher than the optimal risk- neutral counterpart. （iii） For the additive model, the optimal order quantity is strictly increasing in the emergency purchase price, while for the multiplicative model the optimal order quantity has no such a monotonic property. Some numerical examples are conducted to verify our claims and gain more insights about the risk-averse decision-making behaviors.

In order to seek the co-adaptability solution to conflict events in construction engineering projects, a new method referred to as segmented hierarchical algorithm is proposed in this paper by means of comparing co-adaptability evolution process of conflict events to the stackelberg model. By this new algorithm, local solutions to the first-order transformation of co-adaptability for conflict events can be obtained, based upon which, a global solution to the second-order transformation of co-adaptability for conflict events can also be decided by judging satisfaction degree of local solutions. the research results show that this algorithm can be used not only for obtaining co-adaptability solution to conflict events efficiently, but also for other general decision-making problems with multi-layers and multi-subsidi-aries in project management field.

Assessment of acid sulfate soil risk is an important step for acid sulfate soil management and its reliability depends very much on the suitability and accuracy of various analytical methods for estimating sulfide-derived potential acidity, actual acidity and acid-neutralizing capacity in acid sulfate soils. this paper critically reviews various analytical methods that are currently used for determination of the above parameters, as well as their implications for environmental risk assessment of acid sulfate soi1s.

the co-adaptability theoretical solution to conflicting events in construction engineering projects has three problems. First, the transformation of constraint conditions of theoretical solution is very difficult in practical engineering applications; second, some coefficients are difficult to be determined; third, there are overfull circular arithmetic operations involved in it. to resolve these problems, a new method to reduce the theoretical solution complications is proposed. By analyzing the operating mechanism of theoretical solution model, redundancies in the theoretical solution can be eliminated, and the ISM mapping with the co-adaptability solution can be set up. Based on this approach, a procedure to solve practical conflicting events in construction projects is established by replacing characteristic variables with mathematic variables. the research results show that the procedure can replace the co-adaptability theoretical solution effectively and solve practical conflicting events in construction projects.

An algorithm, Clustering Algorithm Based On Sparse Feature Vector (CABOSFV),was proposed for the high dimensional clustering of binary sparse data. this algorithm compressesthe data effectively by using a tool 'Sparse Feature Vector', thus reduces the data scaleenormously, and can get the clustering result with only one data scan. Both theoretical analysis andempirical tests showed that CABOSFV is of low computational complexity. the algorithm findsclusters in high dimensional large datasets efficiently and handles noise effectively.

the stationary Gamma-OU processes are recommended to be the volatility of the financial assets. A parametric estimation for the Gamma-OU processes based on the discrete observations is considered in this paper. the estimator of an intensity parameter A and its convergence result are given, and the simulations show that the estimation is quite accurate. Assuming that the parameter A is estimated, the maximum likelihood estimation of shape parameter c and scale parameter a, whose likelihood function is not explicitly computable, is considered. By means of the Gaver-Stehfest algorithm, we construct an explicit sequence of approximations to the likelihood function and show that it converges the true (but unkown) one. Maximizing the sequence results in an estimator that converges to the true maximum likelihood estimator and the approximation shares the asymptotic properties of the true maximum likelihood estimator. Some simulation experiments reveal that this method is still quite accurate in most of rational situations for the background of volatility.
