This paper deals with analytic and numerical dissipativity and exponential stability of singularly perturbed delay differential equations with any bounded state-independent lag. Sufficient conditions will be presented to ensure that any solution of the singularly perturbed delay differential equations (DDEs) with a bounded lag is dissipative and exponentially stable uniformly for sufficiently small ε > 0. We will study the numerical solution defined by the linear θ-method and one-leg method and show that they are dissipative and exponentially stable uniformly for sufficiently small ε > 0 if and only if θ = 1.

A phenomenological momentum-independent(MID) model is constructed to describe the equation of state(EOS) for isospin asymmetric nuclear matter,especially the density dependence of the nuclear symmetry energy Esym(ρ).This model can reasonably describe the general properties of the EOS for symmetric nuclear matter and the symmetry energy predicted by both the sophisticated isospin and momentum dependent MDI model and the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock *** find that there exists a nicely linear correlation between Ksym and L as well as between J0/K0 and K0,where L and Ksym represent,respectively,the slope and curvature parameters of the symmetry energy at the normal nuclear density ρ0,while K0 and J0 are,respectively,the incompressibility and the third-order derivative parameter of symmetric nuclear matter at ρ*** correlations together with the empirical constraints on K0,L and Esym(ρ0) lead to an estimation of -477 MeV Ksat,2 -241 MeV for the second-order isospin asymmetry expansion coefficient for the incompressibility of asymmetric nuclear matter at the saturation point.

A monotone compact implicit finite difference scheme with fourth-order accuracy in space and second-order in time is proposed for solving nonlinear reaction-diffusion equations. An accelerated monotone iterative method for the resulting discrete problem is presented. The sequence of iteration converges monotonically to the unique solution of the discrete problem, and the convergence rate is either quadratic or nearly quadratic, depending on the property of the nonlinear reaction. The numerical results illustrate the high accuracy of the proposed scheme and the rapid convergence rate *** iteration.

Two terms, solid-liquid extraction and molten liquid-liquid extraction, are often used in many papers,meaning that an organic compound with higher melting point has acted as a diluent in extraction, forexample, paraffin wax, naphthalene, biphenyl, benzophenone. The ertraction process was carried out at50-100℃, which was beyond the temperature in ordinarily common liquid-liquid extraction. The entireprocess involves two steps, that is, first the extraction was performed at higher temperature, calledmolten liquid-liquid extraction, secondary, the phase separation was made at room temperature. In otherwords, the full name should be "solid-liquid separation at room temperature after a liquid-liquid extraction

The homoclinic bifurcations in four dimensional vector fields are investigated by setting up a local coordinates near the homoclinic orbit. This homoclinic orbit is nonprincipal in the meanings that its positive semi-orbit takes orbit flip and its unstable foliation takes inclination flip. The existence, nonexistence, uniqueness and coexistence of the 1-homoclinic orbit and the 1-periodic orbit are studied. The existence of the twofold periodic orbit and three-fold periodic orbit are also obtained.
