We propose a virtual boundary condition forecast algorithm for multi grid parallel competing, and derive a forecast function formula in this paper. Numerical results of one and two-dimension boundary condition problems obtained with the algorithm in a PVM network competing environment show that the algorithm has high parallel efficiency.

　应用多重网格区域分裂并行计算方法研究具有壁面Weis Fogh机构绕流,将二维物理平面流动区域变换为矩形区域,推导出流函数的多重网格差分计算格式,编制出并行计算程序。全部计算在英国London大学ITL并行计算中心完成。结果表明,多重网格并行计算具有较高的加速比,绕机翼的环量计算值与理论吻合。

Objective Mutations in the glucocerebrosidase(GBA) gene are associated with Gaucher’s *** studies indicate that pathological variants in GBA have increased the risk for patients with parkinson’s disease(PD).To characterize the mutations of the GBA gene and compare the GBA mutation rates in PD patients and control individuals from Canadian and Chinese populations,we performed a complete sequencing analysis of the 11 exons of the GBA gene in 401 familial and sporadic PD patients and 178 normal control individuals from Canada and *** Genomic DNA was isolated from the whole bloods of 401 PD patients and 178 control individuals and was amplified by PCR to cover all 11 exons of the GBA *** DNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were performed to detect the GBA variants in each patient and control *** analysis was performed to compare the mutation frequencies of PD patients and control individuals of Canadian and Han-Chinese *** Totally 18 different GBA mutations including 10 novel mutations were identified in 40 of 401 PD patients of Canadian and Han-Chinese *** GBA mutation rates in Canadian and Han-Chinese PD cohorts are 12.77%and 8.62%respectively,but there is no significant difference of the GBA mutation frequencies between the Canadian and Han-Chinese PD cohorts(X=1.74,P=0.201).The GBA mutation rate in Han-Chinese PD patients is significantly higher that that in Han-Chinese Control individuals(X=4.21,P=0.045).The frequency of the E326K and T369M mutations(6.61%) in Canadian population of PD patients is significantly higher than that(0.57%) in Han-Chinese population of PD patients(X=9.359,P=0.002),suggesting the E326K and T369M mutation rate might be affected by different ethnic *** is no significant difference of the non-pathological E326K and T369M mutation rates between the PD patients and control individuals of Canadian Origin(X=0.073,P=0.819).Interestingly,the GBA mutation rate(
