Extraction of tectonic imprints using geospatial techniques:Evidence from Mandakini River basin,uttarakhand,India

The existing literature discussed only the aerial aspect and provided a brief description of tectonic-geomorphic correlation with field *** present study we applied power law equations to estimate basin asymmetry factor(AF),Transverse topographic asymmetric factor(T),Hypsometric Integral(HI),longitudinal profile,stream length gradient index(SL),steepness index(Ksn),chi(χ),and knick point(Kp)analysis to examine the response of tectono-climatic fluctuations in the Mandakini River basin,central uttarakhand *** decouple the causative tectono-climatic factors,we employed geospatial and Stream Power Incision Modeling(SPIM)*** is a globally accepted tool to predict an equilibrium state between fluvial erosion rates and the escalating function of stream *** is actively applied in modeling the transformation of river systems especially in rugged topographic *** present study covers SPIM-based morphometric assessment of the tectonically sensitive Mandakini River basin between Ramgarh Thrust(RT)and Vaikrita Thrust(VT)in the central region of uttarakhand *** the upper reaches of the basin,u-shaped glaciated valleys dominate the landscape,while a rolling topography and deeply incised narrow valleys are depicted towards the ***,to understand the response of active tectonic over geomorphology,the drainage basin has been divided into two separate zones from the confluence point near the Rampur *** modeling outcomes indicate that the Mandakini drainage basin is in a disequilibrium state where channels are actively incising to ***,AF of 32 and 70 indicate leftward tilting in the upper reaches and rightward tilting in the lower reaches of the basin,*** HI value of 0.38 indicates a stage of maturity,characterized by a concave shape *** on the analysis it may be concluded that the fragile lithology and tectono-climatic fluctuations are dominantly controlling the topography and valle

Deep learning for visualization and novelty detection in large X-ray diffraction datasets

We apply variational autoencoders(VAE)to X-ray diffraction(XRD)data analysis on both simulated and experimental thin-film *** show that crystal structure representations learned by a VAE reveal latent information,such as the structural similarity of textured diffraction *** other artificial intelligence(AI)agents are effective at classifying XRD data into known phases,a similarly conditioned VAE is uniquely effective at knowing what it doesn’t know:it can rapidly identify data outside the distribution it was trained on,such as novel phases and *** capabilities demonstrate that a VAE is a valuable AI agent for aiding materials discovery and understanding XRD measurements both‘on-the-fly’and during post hoc analysis.

The Bohr Hamiltonian with axially deformed shape confined in a quasi-exactly solvable decatic β-part potential is *** is shown that the decatic model can well reproduce the X(5)model results as far as the energy ratios in the ground and beta band and related B(E2)values are *** results to the low-lying energy ratios and relevant B(E2)values of even-even X(5)candidates ^(150)Nd,^(156)Dy,^(164)Yb,^(168)Hf,^(174)Yb,^(176,178,180)Os,and ^(188,190)Os show that the decatic model provides the best fitting results for the energy ratios,while the X(5)model is the best at reproducing the B(E2)values of these nuclei,in which the beta-bandhead energy is lower than that of the gamma *** for even-even nuclei,such as ^(154,156,158)Gd,with bandhead energies of the beta and gamma bands more or less equal within the X(5)critical point to the axially deformed region,our numerical analysis indicates that the decatic model is better than the X(5)model in describing both the low-lying level energies and related B(E2)values.

全球范围内大量布设的GNSS（Global Navigation Satellite System）参考网为精密定位、导航和授时等应用提供了丰富的数据资源.基于局域参考网,先后发展了若干侧重实现双频精密定位的技术,如NRTK（Network Real Time Kinematic）,PPP（Precise Point Positioning）和PPP-RTK等.其中,PPP-RTK融合了NRTK和PPP的技术优势,是目前相关研究的热点.本文改进了利用局域参考网提取各类改正信息的算法,以便于实现单频PPP-RTK,具体步骤包括：1）逐参考站实施非组合PPP,并固定已知站星距和卫星钟差,预估电离层延迟、浮点模糊度等参数;2）联合所有参考站的PPP模糊度预估值,通过重新参数化,形成一组双差整周模糊度和接收机、卫星相位偏差;3）固定双差整周模糊度,精化求解卫星相位偏差和各参考站PPP电离层延迟.基于网解中用到的卫星轨道和钟差,以及网解所提供的卫星相位偏差和（内插的）电离层延迟,参考网内的单频流动站即可实施PPP-RTK.基于澳大利亚某连续运行参考站网和流动站的实测数据,考察了：1）参考网数据处理中,双差模糊度的固定成功率（98.89%）和卫星相位偏差估值的时间稳定性（各连续弧段优于0.2周）;2）流动站处电离层延迟的内插精度（优于10cm）;3）单天内任一历元起算,固定静态（动态）单频PPP整周模糊度所需时长（均不超过10min）;4）模糊度固定前后,单频动态PPP的定位精度（模糊度固定后,平面和天顶RMS分别优于5cm和10cm;模糊度固定前,相应RMS仅为28～53cm）.

The kinetics of Criegee intermediates are important for atmospheric ***,the quantitative kinetics of Criegee intermediates are still very limited,especially for those with hydroxy ***,we calculate rate constants for the unimolecular reaction of E-glycolaldehyde oxide[E-hydroxyethanal oxide,E-(ch_(2)OH)chOO],for its reactions with H_(2)O and(H_(2)O)_(2),and for the reaction of the E-(ch_(2)OH)chOO…H_(2)O complex with H_(2)*** the highest level of electronic structure,we use W3X-L//CCSD(T)-F12a/cc-pVDZ-F12 for the unimolecular reaction and the reaction with water and W3X-L//DF-CCSD(T)-F12b/jun-cc-pVDZ for the reaction with 2 water *** the dynamics,we use a dual-level strategy that combines conventional transition state theory with the highest level of electronic structure and multistructural canonical variational transition state theory with small-curvature tunneling with a validated density functional for the electronic structure.

Evaluation of ligninolytic activity in spent mushroom substrate from four cultivated mushrooms

Spent mushroom substrate(SMS)is an abundant residue generated by the mushroom industry,which is mostly *** this study,the SMS of four cultivated mushrooms were evaluated as potential sources of ligninolytic *** ostreatus,***,*** and Ganoderma lucidum were cultivated in two different substrates to determine growth,mushroom yields and ligninolytic activity of laccase(Lac)and manganese peroxidase(MnP).Maximum activities in the SMS were 3.731 u/g Lac and 0.191 u/g MnP,both for *** mushroom substrates were also analyzed,and higher activities were found in almost all samples.A correlation test between mushroom yields and ligninolytic activities of each culture was made,and we found that high enzymatic activity in the substrate did not result in high mushroom productivity or vice *** SMS was a good source of ligninolytic *** activity depended on the mushroom species and its affinity to the substrate,and it was not influenced by the mushroom *** of mushrooms in diverse lignocellulosic substrates is gaining interest,and ob-taining ligninolytic enzymes from residual SMS is an excellent alternative in the circular economy concept.

Black phosphorus nanoflakes as morphology modifier for efficient fullerene-free organic solar cells with high fill-factor and better morphological stability

Morphology of the donor:acceptor blend plays a critical role in the photovoltaic performance of the organic solar cells (OSCs).Herein,liquid-phase-exfoliated black phosphorus nanoflakes (BPNFs),for their outstanding electronic property and good compatibility to solution process,were applied to fullerene-free OSCs as morphology *** by X-ray scattering measurements,the PTB7-Th:IEICO-4F blends incorporated with BPNFs exhibit more ordered π-π stacking and promoted domain purity,contributing to lower charge transport resistance and suppressed charge recombination within the bulk heterojunction (BHJ).As a result,a high fill factor (FF) of 0.73 and a best power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 12.2% were obtained for fullerene-free OSCs based on PTB7-Th:IEICO-4F blends incorporating with BPNFs,which is among the highest FF of the as-cast fullerene-free OSCs with PCE over 12%.More importantly,the embedded BPNFs help to improve the morphological stability of the devices probably by retarding the phase mixing in the BHJ during the aging ***,analogous enhancements were observed in another fullerene-free OSCs based on PBDB-T:*** a word,this work provides a new strategy of using two-dimentional nanoflakes as facile and universal morphology modifier for efficient fullerene-free OSCs.

Silicon nanowire formed via shallow anisotropic etching Si-ash-trimming for specific DNA and electrochemical detection

A functionalized silicon nanowire field-effect transistor （SiNW FET） was fabricated to detect single molecules in the pM range to detect disease at the early stage with a sensitive, robust, and inexpensive method with the ability to provide specific and reliable data. The device was designed and fabricated by indented ash trimming via shallow anisotropic etching. The approach is a simple and low-cost technique that is compatible with the current commercial semiconductor standard CMOS process without an expensive deep reactive ion etcher. Specific electric changes were observed for DNA sensing when the nanowire surface was modified with a complementary captured DNA probe and target DNA through an organic linker （--Och2ch3） using organofunctional alkoxysilanes （3-aminopropyl） triethoxysilane （APTES）. With this surface modification, a single specific target molecule can be detected. The simplicity of the sensing domain makes it feasible to miniaturize it for the development of a cancer detection kit, facilitating its use in both clinical and non-clinical environments to allow non-expert interpretation. With its novel electric response and potential for mass commercial fabrication, this biosensor can be developed to become a portable/point of care biosensor for both field and diagnostic applications.
