Radial head and neck fractures represent up to 14%of all pediatric elbow fractures and can be a difficult challenge in the pediatric *** up to 39%of proximal radius fractures,there is a concomitant fracture,which can easily be overlooked on the initial standard *** treatment options for proximal radius fractures in children range from non-surgical treatment,such as immobilization alone and closed reduction followed by immobilization,to more invasive options,including closed reduction with percutaneous pinning and open reduction with internal *** choice of treatment depends on the degree of angulation and displacement of the fracture and the age of the patient;an angulation of less than 30 degrees and translation of less than 50%is generally accepted,whereas a higher degree of displacement is considered an indication for surgical *** with limited displacement and non-surgical treatment generally result in superior outcomes in terms of patient-reported outcome measures,range of motion and complications compared to severely displaced fractures requiring surgical *** proper management,good to excellent results are achieved in most cases,and long-term sequelae are ***,severe complications do occur,including radio-ulnar synostosis,osteonecrosis,rotational impairment,and premature physeal closure with a malformation of the radial head as a result,especially after more invasive *** follow-up is therefore warranted.

This study assessed the adsorption process and the reaction kinetics involved in the selective recovery of vanadium from an acid solution containing iron as an *** commercial resins were studied:Lewatit^(®)Monoplus Tp 209 XL,Lewatit^(®) Tp 207,Dowex^(TM)M4195(chelating resin)and Lewatit^(®) Monoplus S 200 H(strong cationic exchange resin).To investigate the effect of time on the adsorption process,batch experiments were carried out using the following initial conditions:pH 2.0,298 K,and a proportion of 1 g of resin to 50 mL of *** variation of pH over time was *** resin released less H+ions as the adsorption occurred,resulting in a lower drop of pH when compared to S 200 H *** adsorption by the resins was also evaluated through FT-IR and SEM−EDS before and after the *** the evaluated kinetic models(pseudo-first order,pseudo-second order,Elovich and intraparticle diffusion models),the pseudo-second order model best fits the experimental data of the adsorption of vanadium and iron by all of the four resins.M4195 resin showed the highest recovery of vanadium and the lowest adsorption of *** data,which are fundamental to industrial processes applications,are provided.

目的:分析竞技健美操运动员落地动作的生物力学特征,比较优势侧和非优势侧生物力学指标的偏侧性,探究影响落地稳定性的关键偏侧性因素。方法:以26名高校女性健美操运动员为研究对象,同步采集40 cm高台垂直双脚落地动作中的下肢运动学和动力学数据,比较优势侧和非优势侧的触地时刻关节角度、关节活动度(ROM)、地面反作用力(GRF)、负载率、压力中心(COp)位移和包络面积的差异,计算对称指数(代表偏侧性),并采用多元逐步回归方法分析指标偏侧性和COp包络面积的关系。结果:与非优势侧相比,优势侧在触地时刻具有更大的膝外旋和髋外展角(pppp包络面积呈显著正相关(pp包络面积差异的83.6%。结论:竞技健美操运动员落地动作存在肢体间的偏侧性,垂直方向负载率和伸膝力矩峰值的偏侧性越大,则落地稳定性越差。此外,垂直方向负载率、伸膝力矩峰值和膝关节旋转角度的对称指数可以作为落地稳定性的预测因子。

Seed dispersal and subsequent recruitment is the template on which forest regeneration takes ***,considering the scale over which ecological processes occur is key for understanding the overall impact of various dispersal *** explore leafcutter ant(Atta colombica)dispersal effectiveness in space and time,seed movement and subsequent recruitment of a large-seeded predominately vertebrate-dispersed tree,Simarouba amara(***),was investigated on Barro Colorado Island,*** each of 218 reproductive-sized adults(>20 cm diameter at breast height),presence or absence of a leafcutter ant colony was noted,with extensive checks for Atta activity taking place at or in close proximity to seed and seedling transects,which extended 4 cardinal directions for 30 m from each reproductive female tree(n=74).Only at 2 *** trees were nests observed,and in these areas a dense *** seedling carpet was *** nearby nest and dump sites might increase local *** recruitment in the short term,mortality at these sites is complete or nearly ***,the seed dispersal effectiveness by leafcutter ants appears to be ephemeral and likely contributes inconsequentially to the long-term recruitment and distribution patterns of the *** finding highlights the importance of evaluating disperser effectiveness at ecologically relevant spatiotemporal scales.
