Howe.e., whe.he. alte.native.y activate. macrophage. produce.cate.holamine.and substantially promote.adaptive.the.moge.e.is in adipose.tissue.re.ains controve.sial. He.e. we.show that tyrosine.hydroxylase.CryrH）, a rate.limiting e.zyme.of cate.holamine.biosynthe.is, was e.pre.se. and phosphorylate. in adipose.re.ide.t macrophage.. In addition, the.plasma le.e. of adre.aline.was incre.se. by cold stre.s in mice. and tre.tme.t of macrophage. with adre.aline.stimulate. phosphorylation of CaZ＋/calmodulin-de.e.de.t prote.n kinase.II （CaMKII） and TyrH. Ge.e.ic and pharmacological inhibition of CaMKII or PKA signaling diminishe. adre.aline. induce. phosphorylation of TyrH in primary macrophage.. Re.ults show that mollusk spe.ie. are.abundant in the.QA-I se.tion be.we.n 22 and 6.2 Ma, and both loe.s laye.s and soil laye.s yie.d mollusk fossil individuals. All mollusk spe.ie. are.te.re.trial and we.l pre.e.ve. in the.se.tion. Most spe.ie. are.ide.tical to those.ide.tifie. in the.Quate.nary loe.s-soil se.ue.ce.of the.Loe.s Plate.u. The.the.mo-humidiphilous group ge.e.ally is distribute. in soil laye.s, whe.e.s cold-aridiphilous group can be.obse.ve. in loe.s laye.s. From the.Mioce.e.to Quate.nary, the.occurre.ce.and dive.ge.ce.of ne. spe.ie. of Me.odontia and Cathaica corre.pond to the.crucial pe.iods of re.ional and global e.vironme.tal change., indicating that mol-lusk spe.ie. are.se.sitive.to e.vironme.tal variations.
