The electrocatalysis of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)plays a key role in clean energy storage and ***,the sluggish kinetics and poor durability under acidic and neutral conditions severely hinder practical applications such as electrolyzer compatible with the powerful proton exchange membrane and biohybrid fuel ***,we report a borondoped ruthenium dioxide electrocatalyst(B-RuO_(2))fabricated by a facile boric acid assisted strategy which demonstrates excellent acidic and neutral OER *** functional theory calculations and advanced characterizations reveal that the boron species form an anomalous B–O covalent bonding with the oxygen atoms of RuO_(2)and expose the fully coordinately bridge ruthenium site(Ru-bri site),which seems like a switch that turns on the inactive Ru-bri site into OER-active,resulting in more exposed active sites,modified electronic structure,and optimized binding energy of ***,the B-RuO_(2)exhibits an ultralow overpotential of 200 mV at 10 mA/cm^(2)and maintains excellent stability compared to commercial RuO_(2)in 0.5 M sulfuric ***,the superior performance is as well displayed in neutral electrolyte,surpassing most previously reported catalysts.

The phase transformation of catalysts has been extensively observed in heterogeneous catalytic reactions that hinder the long cycling catalysis,and it remains a big challenge to precisely control the active phase during the complex conditions in electrochemical ***,we theoretically predict that carbon-based support could achieve the phase engineering regulation of catalysts by suppressing specific phase *** single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)as typical support,combined with calculated E-pH(Pourbaix)diagram and advanced synchrotron-based characterizations technologies prove there are two different active phases source from cobalt selenide which demonstrate that the feasibility of using support effect regulating the potential advantageous ***,it is worth noting that the phase engineering derived Co_(3)O_(4)-SWCNT exhibits a low overpotential of 201 mV for delivering the current density of 10 mA/cm^(2)in electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Also,it reaches a record current density of 529 mA/cm^(2)at 1.63 V(***)in the electrocatalytic urea oxidation reaction(UOR),overwhelming most previously reported catalysts.

Despite acknowledgment of structural reconstruction of materials following oxygen evolution reaction (OER) reaction, the role of support during the reconstruction process has been ignored. Given this, we directly in situ transform the residual iron present in raw single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) into Fe_(2)O_(3) and thus build Fe_(2)O_(3)-CNT as the model system. Intriguingly, an anomalous self-optimization occurred on SWCNT and the derived components show satisfactory electrochemical performance. Soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy (sXAS) analysis and theory calculation correspondingly indicate that self-optimization yields stronger interaction between SWCNT and Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles, where the electrons migrate from Fe_(2)O_(3) to optimized SWCNT. Such polarization will generate a positive charge center and thus boost the OER activity. This finding directly observes the self-optimization of support effect, providing a new perspective for OER and related electrochemical reactions.

水中运行设备共振幅频特性研究

在水力机械等淹没水中设备的运行中,常遇到剧烈振动造成设备损坏等故障,多认为由共振引起。本文首先对单自由度简谐振动系统自由振动、强迫振动方程的稳态振动解进行无量纲化处理,计算出不同阻尼比条件下的共振频率比、共振幅值比,发现阻尼比、共振频率比、共振幅值比三者之间存在一一对应的单调变化关系,并据此提出了分别测量设备在水中及空气中的自由振动频率,假定空气中自由振动频率为设备固有频率,再依次确定水中阻尼比和共振幅值比的反求式估算方法。本研究采用敲击法进行了混流式水轮机模型转轮水中及空气中自由振动频率测试,发现其水中自由振动频率比空气中低,其水中一阶自由振动频率与空气中一阶自由振动频率之比约为0.758~0.872;如假定该值为水中自由振动频率比,可计算出相应的水中阻尼比为0.652~0.490,共振幅值比约为1.01~1.17。本研究还进行了中间固定两侧悬臂梁在空气及水中的真实共振试验,在两侧悬臂梁计算固有频率附近均发生明显共振,发现水中共振频率比空气中明显降低,用反求法获得的水中共振幅值比小于2,水中共振幅值对空气中初始振动幅值放大倍数也非常小,进一步说明水中共振时对激振幅值的放大作用非常有限。

With the increasing proportion of renewable energy sources(RESs)in power grid,the reserve resource(RR)scarcity for correcting power deviation of RESs has become a potential ***,the power curve of RES needs to be more rigorously *** RR scarcity varies during different time periods,so the values of assessment indicators should be dynamically *** assessment indicators in this paper include two aspects,i.e.,deviation exemption ratio and penalty ***,this paper proposes a method for dynamically calculating the supply capacity and RR cost,primarily taking into account the operating status of thermal units,forecast information of RES,and load ***,after clarifying the logical relationship between the degree of RR scarcity and the values of assessment indicators,this paper establishes a mapping function between *** on this mapping function,a dynamic setting method for assessment indicators is *** the future,RES will generally be equipped with battery energy storage systems(BESSs).Reasonably utilizing BESSs to reduce the power deviation of RESs can increase the expected income of ***,this paper proposes a power curve optimization strategy for RESs considering self-owned *** case study demonstrates that the dynamic setting method of assessment indicators can increase the revenue of RESs while ensuring that the penalty fees paid by RESs to the grid are sufficient to cover the RR ***,the power curve optimization strategy can help RESs further increase income and fully utilize BESSs to reduce power deviation.

Fish in nature exhibit a variety of swimming modes such as forward swimming,backward swimming,turning,pitching,etc.,enabling them to swim in complex scenes such as coral *** is still difficult for a robotic fish to swim autonomously in a confined area as a real ***,we develop an untethered robotic manta as an experimental platform,which consists of two flexible pectoral fins and a tail fin,with three infrared sensors installed on the front,left,and right sides of the head to sense the surrounding *** generate multiple swimming modes of the robotic manta and online switching of different modes,we design a closed-loop Central Pattern Generator(CPG)controller based on distance information and use a combination of phase difference and amplitude of the CPG model to achieve stable and rapid adjustment of yaw *** verify the autonomous swimming ability of the robotic manta in complex scenes,we design an experimental scenario with a concave *** experimental results show that the robotic manta can achieve forward swimming,backward swimming,in situ turning within the concave obstacle,and finally exit from the area safely while relying on the perception of external obstacles,which can provide insight into the autonomous exploration of complex scenes by the biomimetic robotic ***,the swimming ability of the robotic manta is verified by field tests.

Multi-scenario land use prediction and layout optimization in Nanjing Metropolitan Area based on the PLUS model

The metropolitan area is a crucial spatial element in promoting new urbanization in *** possesses theoretical and empirical value in the determination of the evolutionary patterns and development trends necessary for regional integration and high-quality *** study focused on Nanjing Metropolitan Area,the first national metropolitan area in China,and established three development scenarios by combining ecological–economic spatial conflict(EESC)zones and national key ecological functional *** scenarios simulate the spatial distribution of future land use and land cover change(LUCC)using the development zone planning function of the patch generation land use simulation(PLUS)*** results show that:(1)Between 2000 and 2020,the most prominent characteristics of land use change were largely the massive expansion of built-up land and the significant decline of farmland,while changes in the area of ecological land were less evident.(2)EESC areas experienced significant changes over the past 20 years,but the overall level of conflict was *** land was the main land use type in the lowest-conflict area,while built-up land was the main land use type in the highest-conflict area.(3)From 2030 to 2050,further expansion of built-up areas is expected,with continued decrease of *** regulation of these land use changes can be achieved through different development zone *** economic development scenario had the largest built-up land area,while the ecological protection scenario had the largest farmland *** study simulates the spatial pattern changes in the metropolitan area based on spatial conflict patterns and national main functional area planning process,providing a scientific reference for future spatial planning and management.
