NASICON-structured Na_(3)Zr_(2)Si_(2)PO_(12)(NZSP)has been considered as one of the ideal.electrolytes for al.-solid-state sodium metal.batteries(ASSSB).However,the practical.application of NZSP-based ASSSB is hindered by the low ionic conductivity and large interfacial.resistance caused by the poor contact between NZSP and Na ***,the introduction of Fe_(2)O_(3) not only improves ionic conductivity and reduces activation energy by the doping of Fe^(3+)in the crystal.structure of NZSP,but al.o reduces the interfacial.resistance and enhances interface stability between NZSP and Na metal.*** synergistic effects significantly enhance the cycling stability,rate capability,and critical.current density of the symmetrical.solid-state *** interfacial.reaction mechanism indicates that Fe3+in the interface is reduced Fe2+by Na anode,which effectively even the electric-filed distribution and suppresses the dendrite ***,the symmetric solid-state cells exhibit stable cycling performance for 1,500 h at 0.1 mA·cm−1/0.1 mA·h·cm−1 and over 900 h at 0.2 mA·cm−1/0.2 mA·h·cm−*** Na|NZSP-0.075%Fe_(2)O_(3)|Na_(2)FePO_(4)F solid-state full cells display high capacity retention of 94.2%after 100 cycles at 0.5 *** stable interface of NZSP/Na and improved ionic conductivity contribute to excellent electrochemical.performance,which accelerates the practical.application of ASSSB.

ZrO_(2)-strengthened porous mullite insulation material. were prepared by foaming technology utilizing ZrSiO_(4) and al.(2)O_(3) as primary material. and Y_(2)O_(3) as an *** effects of Y_(2)O_(3) contents on the phase composition,microstructure,mechanical.properties,and heat conductivity of the porous mullite insulation material. were investigated.A suitable Y_(2)O_(3) content could promote phase transition of monoclinic ZrO_(2)(m-ZrO_(2))to tetragonal.ZrO_(2)(t-ZrO_(2)),reduce pore size,and improve the strengths of as-prepared *** cold crushing strength and bending strength of as-prepared specimens with a 119µm spherical.pore size using 6 wt.%Y_(2)O_(3) were 35.2 and 13.0 MPa,respectively,with a heat conductivity being only 0.248 W/(m K).

The yellow-colored line of pearl oyster Pinctada fucata martensii displays a yellow prismatic layer and a white nacreous layer that can be used as an ideal.model for research on shell color ***-Raman spectroscopy and transcriptome anal.ses were performed to explore the potential.molecular mechanism underlying the phenotype *** micro-Raman spectroscopy results indicate that the prismatic layer exhibits distinct characteristic peaks of carotenoids,while these peaks are not prominent in the nacreous *** the transcriptome comparison of the central.zone of mantle and mantle edge tissue,which function in nacreous and prismatic layer formation,respectively,935 significantly differential.y expressed genes(DEGs)were identified,with 385 genes upregulated and 227 genes downregulated(|log_(2)(Fold change)|>1 and fal.e discovery rateetal.oprotease,glutathione S-transferase,and ATP-binding cassette sub-family;some were associated with the carotenoid-related pathway,including scavenger receptors,cytochrome P450 and lipoprotein *** associated with porphyrin metabolism,including porphobilinogen deaminase,and copper/zinc superoxide dismutase,and genes associated with shell matrix protein,including amorphous cal.ium carbonate binding protein,shematrin,PIF,and collagen,al.o exhibited significantly different *** is speculated that the different colours between prismatic layer and nacreous layer in the yellow-colored line of *** might be resulted from melanin,carotenoids and porphyrin metabolism,while genes related to shell structure and biomineral.zation might al.o affect *** results provide new insights to understand the mechanism of shell color formation in mollusca.

For expedited transportation,vehicular tunnels are often designed as two adjacent tunnels,which frequently experience dynamic stress waves from various orientations during blasting *** anal.ze the impact of dynamic loading orientation on the stability of the twin-tunnel,a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)apparatus was used to conduct a dynamic test on the twin-tunnel *** two tunnels were rotated around the specimen’s center to consider the effect of dynamic loading ***-DYNA software was used for numerical.simulation to reveal.the failure properties and stress wave propagation law of the twin-tunnel *** findings indicate that,for a twin-tunnel exposed to a dynamic load from different orientations,the crack initiation position appears most often at the tunnel corner,tunnel spandrel,and tunnel *** the impact direction is created by a certain angle(30°,45°,60°,120°,135°,and 150°),the fractures are produced in the middle of the line between the left tunnel corner and the right tunnel *** the impact loading angle(a)is 90°,the tunnel sustains minimal.damage,and only tensile fractures form in the surrounding *** orientation of the impact load could change the stress distribution in the twin-tunnel,and major fractures are more likely to form in areas where the tensile stress is concentrated.

BACKGROUND Prophylactic loop ileostomy is an effective way to reduce the clinical.severity of anastomotic leakage following radical.resection of rectal.*** surgical.site infection(SSI)is a common complication after ileostomy *** To eval.ate the efficacy and safety of the micro-power negative pressure wound technique(MPNPWT)in preventing incisional.*** This was a prospective,randomized controlled clinical.trial.conducted at a single center.A total.of 101 consecutive patients who underwent ileostomy closure after rectal.cancer surgery with a prophylactic ileostomy were enrolled from January 2019 to December *** were randomly al.ocated into an MPNPWT group and a control *** MPNPWT group underwent intermittent suturing of the surgical.incision with 2-0 Prolene and was covered with a micro-power negative pressure *** surgical.outcomes were compared between the MPNPWT(n=50)and control(n=51)*** factors for incisional.SSI were identified using logistic *** There were no differences in baseline characteristics between the MPNPWT(n=50)and control groups(n=51).The incisional.SSI rate was significantly higher in the control group than in the MPNPWT group(15.7%vs 2.0%,P=0.031).However,MPNPWT did not affect other surgical.outcomes,including intra-abdominal.complications,operative time,and blood *** hospital.stay length and hospital.zation costs did not differ significantly between the two groups(P=0.069 and 0.843,respectively).None of the patients experienced adverse effects of MPNPWT,including skin al.ergy,dermatitis,and *** al.o helped heal.the infected *** study indicated that MPNPWT was an independent protective factor[odds ratio(OR)=0.005,P=0.025)]and diabetes was a risk factor(OR=26.575,P=0.029)for incisional.*** MPNPWT is an effective and safe way to prevent incisional.SSI after loop ileostomy closure.
