The Stokes production coefficient(E_(6))constitutes a critical parameter within the Mellor-Yamada type(MY-type)langmuir turbulence(lT)parameterization schemes,significantly affecting the simulation of turbulent kinetic energy,turbulent length scale,and vertical diffusivity coefficient for turbulent kinetic energy in the upper ***,the accurate determination of its value remains a pressing scientific *** study adopted an innovative approach by leveraging deep learning technology to address this challenge of inferring the E_(6).Through the integration of the information of the turbulent length scale equation into a physical-informed neural network(PINN),we achieved an accurate and physically meaningful inference of E_(6).Multiple cases were examined to assess the feasibility of PINN in this task,revealing that under optimal settings,the average mean squared error of the E_(6) inference was only 0.01,attesting to the effectiveness of *** optimal hyperparameter combination was identified using the Tanh activation function,along with a spatiotemporal sampling interval of 1 s and 0.1 *** resulted in a substantial reduction in the average bias of the E_(6) inference,ranging from O(10^(1))to O(10^(2))times compared with other *** study underscores the potential application of PINN in intricate marine environments,offering a novel and efficient method for optimizing MY-type lT parameterization schemes.

The reliability of quasi integrable and non-resonant Hamiltonian system under fractional Gaussian noise(fGn)excitation is *** rather flat fGn power spectral density(PSD)in most part of frequency band,the fGn is innovatively regarded as a wide-band ***,the stochastic averaging method for quasi integrable Hamiltonian systems under wide-band noise excitation is applied to reduce 2n-dimensional original system into n-dimensional averaged ltd stochastic differential equations(SDEs).Reliability function and mean first passage time are obtained by solving the associated backward Kolmogorov equation and Pontryagin *** validity of the proposed procedure is tested by applying it to an example and comparing the numerical results with those from Monte Carlo simulation.

To improve the surface quality for aluminum alloy 6061(Al6061) in ultra-precision machining, we investigated the factors affecting the surface finish in single point diamond turning(SPDT)by studying influence of the precipitates generation of Al6061 on surface integrity and surface *** on the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami solid phase transformation kinetics equation, theoretical and experimental studies were conducted to build the relationship between the aging condition and the type, size and number of the precipitates for Al6061. Diamond cutting experiments were conducted to machine Al6061 samples under different aging conditions. The experimental results show that, the protruding on the chip surface is mainly Mg_(2)Si and the scratches on the machined surface mostly come from the iron-containing phase(α-, β-AlFeSi).Moreover, the generated Mg_(2)Si and α-, β-AlFeSi affect the surface integrity and the diamond turned surface roughness. Especially, the achieved surface roughness in SPDT is consistent with the variation of the number of AlFeSi and Mg_(2)Si with the medium size(more than 1 μm and less than 2 μm) in Al6061.

Recent studies indicate that some Galactic open clusters(OCs)exhibit extended main-sequence turnoff(eMSTO)in their color–magnitude diagrams(CMDs).However,the number of Galactic OCs with eMSTO structures detected so far is limited,and the reasons for their formation are still *** work identifies 26 Galactic OCs with undiscovered eMSTOs and investigates the causes of these *** population types and fundamental parameters of cluster samples are acquired using CMD fitting *** them,the results of 11 OCs are reliable as the observed CMDs are *** propose the crucial role of stellar binarity and confirm the importance of stellar rotation in reproducing eMSTO *** results also show that the impact of age spread is important,as it can adequately explain the structure of young OCs and fit the observed CMDs of intermediate-age OCs better.

In this work,a new method to solve the Reynolds equation including mass-conserving cavitation by using the physics informed neural networks(PINNs)is *** complementarity relationship between the pressure and the void fraction is *** are several difficulties in problem solving,and the solutions are ***,the difficulty for considering the pressure inequality constraint by PINNs is solved by transferring it into one equality constraint without introducing *** the void fraction inequality constraint is considered by using the hard constraint with the max-min ***,to avoid the fluctuation of the boundary value problems,the hard constraint method is also utilized to apply the boundary pressure values and the corresponding functions are ***,for avoiding the trivial solution the limitation for the mean value of the void fraction is *** results are validated against existing data,and both the incompressible and compressible lubricant are *** agreement can be found for both the domain and domain boundaries.

To achieve stability optimization in low-frequency vibration control for precision instruments, this paper presents a quasi-zero stiffness(QZS) vibration isolator with adjustable nonlinear stiffness. Additionally, the stress-magnetism coupling model is established through meticulous theoretical derivation. The controllable QZS interval is constructed via parameter design and magnetic control, effectively segregating the high static stiffness bearing section from the QZS vibration isolation section. Furthermore, a displacement control scheme utilizing a magnetic force is proposed to regulate entry into the QZS working range for the vibration isolation platform. Experimental results demonstrate that the operation within this QZS region reduces the peak-to-peak acceleration signal by approximately 66.7% compared with the operation outside this region, thereby significantly improving the low frequency performance of the QZS vibration isolator.

To simplify the composite propellant formulation and address the current issue of the single-functionality present in existing additives,the multi-cyano,amine-based polybutadiene(AEHTPB-CN)was prepared based on AEHTPB by adopting appropriate synthesis *** replacing 10% of HTPB binder in the propellant formulation,it can effectively enhance the interfacial bond strength between the propellant binder matrix and solid fillers(AP(ammonium perchlorate)and RDX(cyclotrimethylene-trinitramine)),the mechanical properties of the HTPB/AP/RDX/Al propellant were superior to blank control propellant with an improvement of 35.4% in tensile strength,62.0% enhancement in elongation at break,and reduce the propellant burn rate by 10.7% with any energy *** function mechanism of AEHTPB-CN was systematically elucidated through experiments and computer simulation *** results show that the tertiary amine group in AEHTPB-CN can react with AP to form ammonium ionic bonds,and the hydroxyl and cyano groups can form hydrogen bonding interactions with AP,which enables AEHTPB-CN to be firmly adsorbed on the AP surface through chemical and physical *** RDX,the interfacial bonding effect of AEHTPB-CN is attributed to their ability to form C-H···N≡C weak hydrogen bonding interaction between the cyano group and RDX methylene group.
