The aim of this study was to investigate proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy metabolite values in the medial prefrontal cortex of individuals with euthymic bipolar disorder. The subjects consisted of 15 patients with euthymic bipolar disorder type I and 15 healthy controls. We performed proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy of the bilateral medial prefrontal cortex and measured levels of N-acetyl aspartate, choline and creatine. Levels of these three metabolites in the medial prefrontal cortex were found to be lower in patients with bipolar disorder compared with healthy controls. A positive correlation was found between illness duration and choline levels in the right medial prefrontal cortex. Our study suggests that during the euthymic period, there are abnormalities in cellular energy and membrane phospholipid metabolism in the medial prefrontal cortex, and that this may impair neuronal activity and integrity.

Tetrapod, one of the well-known artificial concrete units, is frequently used as an armor unit on breakwaters. Two layers of tetrapod units are normmaly placed on the breakwaters with different placement methods. In this study, the stability of tetrapod units with two different regularly placement methods are investigated experimentally in irregular waves. Stability coefficients of tetrapod units for both placement methods are obtained. The important characteristic wave parameters of irregular waves causing the same damage ratio as those of the regular waves are also determined. It reveals that the average of one-tenth highest wave heights within the wave train （H1/lo） causes the similar damage as regular waves.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate school success in pediatric patients undergoing acupuncture treatment for ***: The grades achieved during both school terms by children undergoing acupuncture treatment for various indications at the pediatric out patient clinic of Ulus State Hospital were analyzed. Exam grades in mathematics, social studies,and Turkish was compared between the first and the second terms. Forty children were included in thestudy,with 22 male and 18 female,and their average age was 11.1 years. These patients were undergoing acupuncture treatment for attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder(ADHD), enuresis nocturna, migraine, obesity, atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata, and Tourette's syndrome. Treatments were done at the beginning of the second term. Four of the 25 patients with ADHD had borderline intelligence *** report cards of all 40 patients were examined, and their grades in the first and these condschool term were ***: There was a statistically significant increase in the grades obtained in mathematics, social studies, and Turkish(P<0.005) by the students from the first to the second school term. When 4 ADHD patients with borderline deficiency in intelligence were excluded, and the grades among the 21 patients with ADHD were compared for both terms, there was also a statistically significant increase in mathematics, social studies, and Turkish grades(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Acupuncture contributed to the academic success of the children who under went acupuncture treatment for their primary symptoms.

笔者沿着“丝绸之路”来到中国学习深造,期间一直关注丝绸之路经济带建设与土中贸易发展问题,深感土耳其作为“新丝绸之路经济带”的重要节点,在“新丝绸之路经济带”建设的带动下可以更好地与中国开展贸易合作,促进双方的互利共赢。丝绸之路经济带建设给土中贸易发展既创造了新机遇,又带来了新挑战。故此,本研究以丝绸之路经济带建设对土中贸易发展影响为学位论文选题。本文采用文献研究、定性研究、实证研究等方法,运用比较优势理论、产业内贸易理论等理论,阐述了丝绸之路经济带中土耳其的地位和作用,以及丝绸之路经济带建设对土中贸易发展的影响机制,分析了土耳其参与丝绸之路经济带建设情况及对土中贸易发展影响的现状和特征,并在此基础上实证分析丝绸之路经济带对土中贸易发展影响,提出研究结论和对策建议。研究表明,土耳其在丝绸之路经济带中具有特殊地位,可以发挥重要作用;丝绸之路经济带建设可以通过消除运输障碍、增进相互投资两方面进行对土中贸易发展产生影响;土耳其参与丝绸之路经济带建设,与中国在政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通等方面取得了相应的进展;近20年来土中贸易发展较快,除了几个年份进出贸易总额比上年下降外,其余各年均比上年增长,2013年以来,土中进出口贸易总额每年均超过200亿美元,中国成为土耳其第3大贸易伙伴和第2大进口来源地;土中贸易发展不平衡不充分状况比较明显,贸易逆差从两位数扩大到三位数;贸易商品结构有一定变化,按原料分类的制成品、机械及运输设备、化学成品及有关产品比重小幅提升。本文得出如下结论:经贸畅通指数(LNEI)、政策沟通指数(LNPI)、民心相通指数(LNCI)、设施联通指数(LNII)、资金融通指数(LNFI)、土耳其经济总量(LNTGDP)、中国经济总量(LNCGDP)均是LNTRX的格兰杰原因。这七者的滞后相关系数分别为0.858269、0.020779、0.096847、0.928921、0.077415、0.004715、0.02510,均在5%的5%的水平上显著,可见,设施联通指数(II)、土耳其经济总量(TGDP)、资金融通指数(FI)、经贸畅通指数(EI)、政策沟通指数(PI)、中国经济总量(CGDP)、民心相通指数(CI)的影响系数由高到低。说明丝绸之路经济带建设会促进土中贸易发展,假设均得到验证。为此建议进一步加强“一带一路”倡议与土耳其“中间走廊”计划的战略对接,从加强政策沟通、加强设施联通、推进贸易畅通、加强资金融通、加强民心相通、加强经济建设共同推进丝绸之路经济带建设,维护本国及周边地区稳定,优化双边贸易结构,消除贸易壁垒,推进贸易畅通。

Lichens are widely used in biomonitoring studies of air pollution, either as bioindicators of air quality or as bioaccumulators of atmospheric deposition. Over the past decade, several molecular techniques have been developed to provide information on diversity, genotoxicology, genetic relationships, etc. The heavy metal contents of Evernia prunastri samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA Polymerase Chain Reaction （RAPD-PCR） method was used to describe the pattern of DNA band variation in the samples influenced by the environmental pollution. The study was designed to describe the level of pollution in an area contaminated with smoke and waste from an iron-steel factory, and to reveal the level of potential genotoxic agents around this source of pollution. The study also examined the suitability of the lichen samples for the detection of genotoxicity.

In this study,Tungsten Oxide(WO_3)thin films were prepared by Chemical Spray Pyrolysis(CSP)and Spin Coating(SC)techniques and it was investigated effects of technique and parameter on the ***_3 thin films were deposited on ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)coated *** structural,optical and electrochromic properties of the WO_3 thin films were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV,and CV *** sharpest(200)peak was observed in the XRD spectra and optical band gaps were calculated around 2.6～3.1 eVvia UV-Vis spectra for all of the *** fibrous reticulated surface(filamentous like)morphology for the films deposited by CSP technique and smooth surface morphology with high optical transmittance for the film deposited by SC Technique were obtained from SEM *** addition to these results,it was revealed that all the samples exhibit good electrochromic performance.

In this study,we aimed to determine the radiation parameters of some potential bioactive compounds.1-Aryl-3-dibenzylamino-propane-1-on hydrochloride type Mannich bases were synthesized via classical conventional heating *** part was changed as phenyl(C6H5),4-methylphenyl(4-CH3C6H4),4-fluorophenyl(4-FC6H4),4-nitrophenyl(4-NO2C6H4),4-chlorophenyl(4-ClC6H4),4-bromophenyl(4-BrC6H4),and 2-thienyl(C4H3S-2-yl).Mass attenuation coefficient(μm),effective atomic number(Zeff)and effective electron density(Nel)of compounds were determined experimentally and theoretically for at 8.040,8.910,13.40,14.96,17.48,19.61,22.16,24.94,32.19,36.38,44.48,50.38and 59.54keV photon energies by using an HPGe detector with a resolution of 182eV at *** parameters of these compounds which can be anti-cancer drug candidate were given in the *** results show that phenyl ring behave like thiophene ring in terms of radiation *** is thought that the results of study may drive allow the development of drug candidate new compounds in medical oncology.

A series of N-（5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl）-（3/4/5-substituted）-salicylaldimines （I--XI） were synthesized using appropriate synthetic route. Their structures were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Visible, ESI-MS, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic techniques and analytical methods. The crystal structure of N-（5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl）-5-bromo- salicylaldimine （V） was determined by X-ray diffraction at room temperature. Relationship between the melting points and the structures of the compounds was examined. Antimicrobial activity of the compounds was evaluated against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis. Antifungal activities were reported for Candida albicans. Schiff bases showed considerable antimicrobial activity against S. aureus, S, epidermidis and C. albicans. N-（5-Chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl）-3-hydroxy-salieylaldimine （II） has the broadest and highest antimicrobial activity according to the others.
