Given that fr.tting wear.causes failur. in steel wir.s, we car.ied out tangential fr.tting wear.tests of steel wir.s on a self-made fr.tting wear.test r.g under.contact loads of 9 and 2. N and fr.tting amp.itudes r.nging fr.m 5 to 180 μm. We obser.ed mor.2}ologies of fr.tted steel wir. sur.aces on an S-3000N scanning electr.n micr.scop. in or.er.to analyze fr.tting wear.mecha-nisms. The r.sults show that the fr.tting r.gime of steel wir.s tr.nsfor.s fr.m p.r.ial slip.r.gime into mixed fr.tting r.gime and gr.ss slip.r.gime with an incr.ase in fr.tting amp.itudes under.a given contact load. In p.r.ial slip.r.gime, the fr.ction coefficient has a r.latively low value. Four.stages can be defined in mixed fr.tting and gr.ss slip.r.gimes. The fr.tting wear.of steel wir.s in-cr.ases obviously with incr.ases in fr.tting amp.itudes. Fr.tting scar. p.esent a typ.cal mor.2}ology of annular.ty, showing slight damage in p.r.ial slip.r.gime. However. wear.clear.y incr.ases in mixed fr.tting r.gime wher. wear.mechanism is a combination of p.astic defor.ation, abr.sive wear.and oxidative wear. In gr.ss slip.r.gime, mor. sever. degr.dation is p.esent than in the other.r.gimes. The main fr.tting wear.mechanisms of steel wir.s ar. abr.sive wear. sur.ace fatigue and fr.ction oxidation.

p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel was synthesized with p.lyvinyl alcohol （p.A）, nano-hydr.xyap.tite （HA） and natur.l silk by using the method of r.p.ated fr.ezing and thawing. A ser.es of tests wer. p.r.or.ed to study water.content, str.ss r.laxation behavior. elastic modulus, and cr.ep.char.cter.stics of p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel. Or.hogonal exp.r.mental design method was used to analyze the influence degr.e of p.A, HA and silk （thr.e kinds of r.w materials） on mechanical p.op.r.ies and water.content of the p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel to select the best mater.al r.tio accor.ing to their.over.ll p.r.or.ance. The r.sults demonstr.te that the mass p.r.entage of p.A has the gr.atest imp.ct on the water.content, followed by HA and silk. Comp.ession str.ss-str.in var.ation of p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel p.esents a nonlinear.r.lationship. which p.oves that it is a typ.cal viscoelastic mater.al. Comp.r.ng the mechanical p.op.r.ies of 16 for.ulas, the for.ula of p.A-HA-silk comp.site hydr.gel with mass p.r.entage of p.A 15%, HA 2.0% and silk 1.0% is the best.

Hydr.gel has been extensively studied as an ar.icular.car.ilage r.p.ir.and r.p.acement mater.al. p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel was p.ep.r.d by fr.ezing-thawing method in this p.p.r. mechanical p.op.r.ies wer. deter.ined by exp.r.ments and the fr.ction coefficient of p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel against steel ball was ver.fied using micr.-tr.bometer. Finite Element Method （FEM） was used to study the lubr.cation mechanism of p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel and the r.lation between the inter.titial fluid load sup.or. and the star.-up.fr.ction r.sistance. The r.sults show that the elastic modulus and the p.r.eability ar. 2.07 Mp. and 10^-15m^4N^-1s^-1, r.sp.ctively, and the star.-up.fr.ction coefficients of p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel ar. in the r.nge of 0.154）.2.at differ.nt contact loads, contact time and sliding sp.eds. The star.-up.fr.ction r.sistance of p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel incr.ases with the contact load and contact time. With the incr.ase in sliding sp.ed, the star.-up.fr.ction r.sistance of p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel decr.ases. Ther. is an inver.e r.lation between the star.-up.fr.ction r.sistance and the inter.titial fluid load sup.or.. The change of fluid flow with the incr.ase in sliding disp.acement has an imp.r.ant effect on the inter.titial fluid load sup.or. and fr.ction r.sistance. The inter.titial fluid load sup.or. decr.ases with the incr.ase in contact load and contact time, while the inter.titial fluid load sup.or. r.infor.es with the incr.ase in sliding sp.ed. Mor.over. p.A-HA-Silk comp.site hydr.gel has mechanical p.op.r.ies of r.cover. and self-lubr.cating.

为预测矿井提升过程中钢丝绳动态安全系数演变,针对浅井低载荷矿井提升机,运用动力学理论和摩擦传动理论获得了距离容器不同位置处钢丝绳动张力,建立了接触钢丝总磨损系数与钢丝间接触载荷、相对滑移和交叉角的关联模型,提出了矿井提升钢丝绳的磨损演化及承载安全系数预测方法,探究不同工况参数对钢丝绳磨损及承载安全系数的影响规律。结果表明:随着提升循环次数的增加,距容器不同位置处提升钢丝绳的横截面微动磨耗面积增大、安全系数降低;钢丝绳悬垂中间位置处,提升钢丝绳承载安全系数下降较快;提升钢丝绳承载安全系数对提升工况参数存在依赖性,随着提升侧终端质量的增加和最大提升速度的减小,提升钢丝绳承载安全系数均呈降低趋势。
