Mental health is a significant issue worldwide,and the utilization of technology to assist mental health has seen a growing *** aims to alleviate the workload on healthcare professionals and aid *** applications have been developed to support the challenges in intelligent healthcare ***,because mental health data is sensitive,privacy concerns have *** learning has gotten some *** research reviews the studies on federated learning and mental health related to solving the issue of intelligent healthcare *** explores various dimensions of federated learning in mental health,such as datasets(their types and sources),applications categorized based on mental health symptoms,federated mental health frameworks,federated machine learning,federated deep learning,and the benefits of federated learning in mental health *** research conducts surveys to evaluate the current state of mental health applications,mainly focusing on the role of Federated Learning(FL)and related privacy and data security *** survey provides valuable insights into how these applications are emerging and evolving,specifically emphasizing FL’s impact.

We investigate the effect of a high-k dielectric in the tunnel layer to improve the erase speed-retention trade-off. Here, the proposed stack in the tunnel layer is AlLaO_3/Hf AlO/SiO_2. These proposed materials possess low valence band offset with high permittivity to improve both the erase speed and retention time in barrier engineered silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon（BE-SONOS）. In the proposed structure Hf Al O and AlLaO_3 replace Si_3N_4 and the top SiO_2 layer in a conventional oxide/nitride/oxide（ONO） tunnel stack. Due to the lower conduction band offset（CBO） and high permittivity of the proposed material in the tunnel layer, it offers better program/erase（P/E） speed and retention time. In this work the gate length is also scaled down from 220 to 55 nm to observe the effect of high-k materials while scaling, for the same equivalent oxide thickness（EOT）. We found that the scaling down of the gate length has a negligible impact on the memory window of the devices. Hence, various investigated tunnel oxide stacks possess a good memory window with a charge retained up to 87.4%（at room temperature） after a period of ten years. We also examine the use of a metal gate instead of a polysilicon gate, which shows improved P/E speed and retention time.

Skin lesions detection and classification is a prominent issue and difficult even for extremely skilled dermatologists and *** disease is the most common disorder triggered by fungus,viruses,bacteria,allergies,*** diseases are most dangerous and may be the cause of serious ***,it requires to diagnose it at an earlier stage,but the diagnosis therapy itself is complex and needs advanced laser and photonic *** advance therapy involvesfinancial burden and some other ill ***,it must use artificial intelligence techniques to detect and diagnose it accurately at an earlier *** techniques have been proposed to detect skin disease at an earlier stage but fail to get ***,the primary goal of this paper is to classify,detect and provide accurate information about skin *** paper deals with the same issue by proposing a high-performance Convolution neural network(CNN)to classify and detect skin disease at an earlier *** complete meth-odology is explained in different folds:firstly,the skin diseases images are pre-processed with processing techniques,and secondly,the important feature of the skin images are ***,the pre-processed images are analyzed at different stages using a Deep Convolution Neural Network(DCNN).The approach proposed in this paper is simple,fast,and shows accurate results up to 98%and used to detect six different disease types.

The problem of estimating quantization error in 2D images is an inherent problem in computer *** outcome of this problem is directly related to the error in reconstructed 3D position coordinates of an *** estimation of quantization error has its own importance in stereo *** the quantization error cannot be controlled fully,still statistical error analysis helps us to measure the performance of stereo systems that relies on the imaging ***,it is assumed that the quantization error in 2D images is distributed uniformly that need not to be true from a practical *** this paper,we have incorporated noise distributions(Triangular and Trapezoidal)for the stochastic error analysis of the quantization error in stereo imaging *** the validation of the theoretical analysis,the detailed simulation study is carried out by considering different cases.

Spondylolisthesis is a chronic disease,and a timely diagnosis of it may help in avoiding *** identification in x-ray radiographs is very *** the feature extraction tool in VGG16 has improved the classification *** the fully connected layers of VGG16 are not efficient at capturing the positional structure of an object in *** network(CapsNet)works with capsules(neuron clusters)rather than a single neuron to grasp the properties of the provided image to match the *** this study,an integrated model that is a combination of VGG16 and CapsNet(S-VCNet)is *** the model,VGG16 is used as a feature *** feature extraction,the output is fed to CapsNet for disease identification.A private dataset is used that contains 466 X-ray radiographs,including 186 images displaying a spine with spondylolisthesis and 280 images depicting a normal *** suggested model is the first step towards developing a web-based radiological diagnosis tool that can be utilized in outpatient clinics where there are not enough qualified medical *** results demonstrate that the developed model outperformed the other models that are used for lumbar spondylolisthesis diagnosis with 98%*** the performance check,the model has been successfully deployed on the Gradio web app platform to produce the outcome in less than 20 s.

Objective:To determine the diversity of microbiota associated with different breeding habitats of dengue vector mosquitoes Aedes(Ae.)aegypti and *** and to identify any parasitic,epibiont,pathogenic,competitive or predatory ***:Sampling was performed from a variety of breeding habitats using dipping,pipetting and siphoning *** in water samples were preserved using Rose Bengal solution and Lugol's iodine,and were *** samples of microbiota were kept under laboratory conditions to observe any pathogenic or parasitic microbiota interacting with ***:A total of eleven microbiota species(Canthocamptus staphylinus,Canthocamptus microstaphylinus,Parastenocaris brevipes,Lepadella ovalis,Lepadella patella,Rotatoria rotatoria,Rotatoria macrura,Asplanchna brightwelli,Trichocerca rattus,Euglena variabilis,and Flagilaria capucina)belonging to four(4)phyla(Arthropoda,Rotifera,Euglenozoa,and Ochrophyta)and 8 microbiota species belonged to four phyla(Arthropoda,Rotifera,Euglenozoa,and Ochrophyta)were identified from *** and *** breeding habitats *** was a higher percentage(54.54%)of larval habitats positive for the secondary vector *** than through the primary vector *** in the Gampola urban area indicating higher possibility of transmitting the dengue virus through the secondary ***,no pathogenic or parasitic ciliates on mosquito larvae were encountered in the present *** findings may be due to sampling maingly from temporary container-type breeding ***:The relative distribution of microbiota associated with mosquito species differed significantly among *** and *** overall findings of this study could help in implementing novel eco-friendly vector-control strategies in the study area.
