Deep learning(DL)has huge potential to provide valuable insights into biodiversity changes in speciesrich agricultural ecosystems such as semi-natural grasslands,helping to prioritize and plan conservation ***,DL has been underexplored in grassland conservation efforts,hindered by data scarcity,intricate ecosystem interactions,and limited economic ***,we developed a DL-based object-detection model to identify indicator species,a group of vascular plant species that serve as surrogates for biodiversity assessment in high nature value(HNv)*** selected indicator species Armeria maritima,Campanula patula,Cirsium oleraceum,and Daucus *** overcome the hurdle of limited data,we grew indicator plants under controlled greenhouse conditions,generating a sufficient dataset for DL model *** model was initially trained on this greenhouse ***,smaller datasets derived from an experimental grassland plot and natural grasslands were added to the training to facilitate the transition from greenhouse to field *** optimized model achieved remarkable average precision(AP)on test datasets,with 98.6 AP50 on greenhouse data,98.2 AP50 on experimental grassland data,and 96.5 AP50 on semi-natural grassland *** findings highlight the innovative application of greenhouse-grown specimens for the in-situ identification of plants,bolstering biodiversity monitoring in grassland ***,the study illuminates the promising role of DL techniques in conservation programs,particularly as a monitoring tool to support result-based agrienvironment schemes.

Background Ni-kshay Poshan Yojana(NPY)is a direct benefit transfer scheme of the Government of India introduced in 2018 to support the additional nutritional requirements of persons with TB(PwTB).Our recent nationwide evaluation of implementation and utilization of NPY using programmatic data of PwTB from nine randomly selected Indian states,reported a 70%coverage and high median delay in benefit *** undertook a qualitative study between January and July 2023,to understand the detailed implementation process of NPY and explore the enablers and barriers to effective implementation and utilization of the NPY *** We followed a grounded theory approach to inductively develop theoretical explanations for social phenomena through data generated from multiple *** conducted 36 in-depth interviews of national,district and field-level staff of the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme(NTEP)and NPY beneficiaries from 30 districts across nine states of India,selected using theoretical *** analytical framework developed through inductive coding of a set of six interviews,guided the coding of the subsequent *** and themes emerged through constant comparison and the data collection continued until theoretical *** Stakeholders perceived NPY as a beneficial *** political commitment from the state administration,mainstreaming of NTEP work with the district public healthcare delivery system,availability of good geographic and internet connectivity and state-specific grievance redressal mechanisms and innovations were identified as enablers of ***,the complex,multi-level benefit approval process,difficulties in accessing banking services,perceived inadequacy of benefits and overworked human resources in the NTEP were identified as barriers to implementation and *** The optimal utilization of NPY is enabled by strong political commitment and challenged by its length

Groebner basis theory for parametric polynomial ideals is explored with the main objec- tive of nfinicking the Groebner basis theory for ideals. Given a parametric polynomial ideal, its basis is a comprehensive GrSbner basis if and only if for every specialization of its parameters in a given field, the specialization of the basis is a GrSbnerbasis of the associated specialized polynomial ideal. For various specializations of parameters, structure of specialized ideals becomes qualitatively different even though there are significant relationships as well because of finiteness properties. Key concepts foundational to GrSbner basis theory are reexamined and/or further developed for the parametric case：（i） Definition of a comprehensive Groebner basis, （ii） test for a comprehensive GrSbner basis, （iii） parameterized rewriting, （iv） S-polynomials among parametric polynomials, （v） completion algorithm for directly computing a comprehensive Groebner basis from a given basis of a parametric ideal. Elegant properties of Groebner bases in the classical ideal theory, such as for a fixed admissible term ordering, a unique GrSbner basis can be associated with every polynomial ideal as well as that such a basis can be computed from any Groebner basis of an ideal, turn out to be a major challenge to generalize for parametric ideals; issues related to these investigations are explored. A prototype implementation of the algorithm has been successfully tried on many examples from the literature.

The mechanical behavior of 2124 Al alloy produced by powder metallurgy was investigated with compression test at different temperatures and strain rates. The tests were performed in the temperature range of 300℃～500℃ and at strain rates from 0.001 s^-1 to 1.0 s^-1. The compression flow curves exhibited an initial sharp increase with strain, followed by monotonous hardening. The maximum stress decreased with decreasing strain rate and increasing temperature. The hot deformation characteristics of the material were studied using processing maps. The domain of safety and unsafe regime were identified and validated through microstructural examination.

A novel morphine alkaloid, named gindarudine 1 has been isolated from ethanol extract of Stephania glabra tubers, together with four known alkaloids, palmatine, dehydrocorydalmine, stepharanine, and 8-（4＇-methoxybenzyl）-xylopinine. Compound 1 was elucidated as 3,6-O,N-detrimethyl-10-hydroxy-l-methoxy-thebaine by means of spectroscopic data including 2D NMR studies. C 2009 deepak Kumar Semwal. Thin spherical pressure hulls are used as a human occupancy in deep water *** and other standards specify the imperfection allowed for pressure *** analyses are carried out to find the buckling pressure for both perfect and imperfect thin spherical pressure hulls,considering the geometric and material *** is observed that there is a huge variation in the elastic and inelastic buckling pressure in perfect spherical pressure ***,if the manufacturing imperfections are considered in the inelastic numerical analysis,still there is a reduction in the buckling *** criteria,for deep water pressure hulls,is that both buckling pressure and yield pressure must be greater than the design *** the elastic analysis,if t/D>0.006 buckling pressure is always greater than the yield pressure whereas in the inelastic analysis,the buckling pressure is falling below the yield pressure for all t/D ***,inelastic numerical analysis with manufacturing imperfection has to considered in the design of deep water spherical pressure hulls of manned submersibles.

Objective:To evaluate the anti-oxidani and anti-inflammatory activity of leaf extracts and fractions of Mangifera indica in in vitro ***:In vitro DPPH radical scavenging activity and lipoxygenase（LOX） inhibition assays were used to evaluate the anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory activities *** extract（MEMI）,successive water extract （SWMI） and ethyl acetate fraction（EMEMI）,n-butanol fraction（BMEMI） and water soluble fraction （WMEMI） of methanolic extract were evaluated along with respective reference standards. Results:In in ritro DPPH radical scavenging activity,the MEMI,EMEMI and BMEMI have offered significant antioxidant activity with IC50 values of 13.***.3.55 and 14.19μig/mL *** acid,a reference standard showed significant antioxidant activity with IC? value of 1.88 and found to be more potent compared to all the extracts and *** m vitro LOX inhibition assay,the MEMI,EMEMI and BMEMI have showed significant inhibition of LOX enzyme activity with IC50 values of 96.***.63.21 and 107.44μg/mL ***,reference drug Indometlhacin also offered significant inhibtion against LOX enzyme activity with IC50 of ***,MEMI was found to more potent than SWMI and among the fractions EMEMI was found to possess more potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ***:These findings suggest that the MEMI and *** possess potent anti-oxidani and anti-inflammatory activities in in vitro conditions.
