以甲醇为介质,合成了3种新的席夫碱配体HL^(1)(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde2-(2-oxo-1,2-diphenylethylidene)hydrazone)、HL^(2)(4-hydroxybenzaldehyde2-(2-oxo-1,2-diphenylethylidene)hydrazone)和L^(3)(2-methoxybenzaldehyde2-(2-oxo-1,2-diphenylethylidene)hydrazone)的Cu(Ⅱ)配合物1-3。通过元素分析、光谱方法、磁化率测量和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算对配合物进行了表征。通过单晶X射线衍射研究对合成的配体进行了结构表征。通过DFT计算确定了配合物的优化结构。通过紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)的结合能力。吸收光谱研究揭示了增色效应,并提出了与CT-DNA相互作用的可能模式。溴化乙锭(EB)竞争结合研究表明,配合物可以取代DNA-EB加合物中的DNA,且配合物可能以嵌入模式与CTDNA结合。配合物对革兰氏阴性肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠杆菌、鲍氏志贺菌和革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性研究表明,配合物2对肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍氏志贺菌具有明显抗菌活性,但配合物1和3没有表现出任何显著的抗菌活性。

Grain-size distributions of suspended load over a sand-gravel bed at two different flow velocities were studied in a laboratory *** experiments had been performed to study the influence of flow velocity and suspension height on grain-size distribution in suspension over a sand-gravel *** experimental findings show that with an increase of flow velocity,the grain-size distribution of suspended load changed from a skewed form to a bimodal one at higher suspension *** study focuses on the determination of the parameter β;which is the ratio of the sediment diffusion coefficient to the momentum diffusion coefficient of n th grain-size.A new relationship has been proposed involving β;,the normalizing settling velocity of sediment particles and suspension height,which is applicable for widest range of normalizing settling velocity available in literature so far.A similar parameter β for calculating total suspension concentration is also *** classical Rouse equation is modified with β;and β and used to compute grain-size distribution and total concentration in suspension,*** computed values have shown good agreement with the measured values of experimental data.

Rita rita exposed to a concentration of 6.9 mg per liter(96-h LC_(50)of an anionic detergent, dodecylbenzene sodium sulfonate)exhibited a gradual decrease in the lipid moieties of the epi- thelial cells,club cells,and goblet mucous cells lining the gill arch and gill filament epithelium. Fish (Rita rita) were exposed to an anionic detergent, dodecylbenzene sodium sulfonate, at a concentration of 6.9mg/liter (96-hr LC_(50) of the detergent).A series of histochemical techniques, used in this study for the demonstration of various protein constituents, indicated a gradual decrease in the intensity of staining reactions of the cytoplasmic material, suggesting a loss of protein moieties from the club cells and the epithelial cells of the opercular epidermis as a result of detergent exposure. 1990 Academic ***.

The design of high voltage and medium voltage AC and DC standoff insulators,and,in general,of insulation systems where surface and interface properties are predominant factors,is based on specifications and standards that rely upon long-term experiences and lab *** insulating properties depend on electrical and thermal stresses,besides environmental factors,and the inception of extrinsic ageing phenomena,such as partial discharges,can be already a cause of reduced reliability and premature failure(for organic insulating materials).An innovative approach,based on field simulation,discharge modelling,and partial discharge inception measurements is presented by the authors,which can establish a solid basis to optimise insulation design for any type of supply voltage *** method,the three-leg approach,is applied here to a cable system under AC sinusoidal voltage,but it can work for any type of insulation system,such as bushings,switch gears,transformers,rotating machines,and power electronics boards.

Pixel-based or texture-based classification technique individually does not yield an appropriate result in classifying the high spatial resolution remote sensing imagery since it comprises textured and non-textured *** this study,Hölder exponents(HE)and variance(VAR)are used together to transform the image for measuring texture.A threshold is derived to segment the transformed image into textured and non-textured ***,the original image is extracted into textured and non-textured regions using this segmented image ***,extracted textured region is classified using ISODATA classification algorithm considering HE,VAR,and intensity values of individual pixel of textured *** extracted non-textured region of the image is classified using ISODATA classification *** case of non-textured region,HE and VAR value of individual pixel is not considered for classification for significant textural variation is not found among different ***,the classified outputs of non-textured and textured regions that are generated independently are merged together to get the final classified *** 1 m PAN images are classified using the proposed algorithm,and the classification accuracy is more than 88%.

The Palaeo–Mesoproterozoic Tadapatri formation of the Cuddapah basin is comprised of clastic sedimentary rocks with minor carbonates and mafic–ultramafic sill bodies. Geochemistry of the shale is used to study the provenance, paleoweathering and paleoredox conditions of this Tadpatri formation in order to better understand the development of the Cuddapah basin during Palaeo–Mesoproterozoic time. The higher CIA(average 74.39), PIA(average 85.94) and CIW(average 87.59) values of the Tadpatri shales suggest intensely weathered *** Al2_ O_3/TiO_2(average 30.78) and LREE/HREE ratio(average 8.80) with negative europium anomaly indicate derivation of the clastic sediments from a felsic source rock. The geochemical parameters like U, U/Th, Cu/Zn,Ni/Co, V/Cr ratios reveal that the Tadpatri shales are mainly deposited in an oxic condition.

Reaction sintered dense zirconia-mullite composites were prepared by isostatically pressing from zircon flour and reactive alumina with different proportions of TiO_2 and Cr_2O_3 additives. The pressed compacts were sintered at different elevated temperatures with variable soaking times. Microstructures and phase development in the sintered compacts were analysed to assess the influence of the additives on the properties of the zirconia mullite composite.

Electric discharge is a common tool nowadays for machining of materials. It may be through a liquid medium or through air. Any metals, hard alloys, and nonmetals can be machined using the energy of electric discharge. In electric discharge machining (EDM), the discharge occurs between two electrodes through a liquid medium and it is applicable only for electrically con ducting materials and alloys. In electrochemical discharge machining (ECDM), the medium is an aqueous electrolyte and it is of two types. In the first type, the discharge occurs between two electrodes. One of the electrodes is the workpiece, and the other is the tool. In the second type, the discharge occurs between one electrode and an electrolyte. It is used for electrically nonconducting materials and the discharge energy is utilized maintaining the nonconducting workpiece in proximity of the discharge. All these electrical discharges are transient phenomena and do not result in a stable discharge in the form of arc. The output parameters depend on the discharge energy that requires precise control to maintain the accuracy of the machining. For micromachining, the control of the discharge is paramount both in terms of energy and pattern. Using various shaped tools, machining media with additives, different types of applied potentials, and supporting mechanical motions are some of the attempts made to improve the machining output. Optimization of these parameters for machining particular materials (or alloys) is a popular field of research. The present work is directed toward the investigation of discharge initiation and development by analyzing the cell current and discharge voltage relationship for both EDM and ECDM.
