法国一项回顾性和前瞻性多中心研究对肿瘤坏死因子α抑制剂（anti-tumor necrosis factorα,TNFα抑制剂）治疗皮肤结节病的疗效和安全性做出了观察报告。自2004年1月~2016年1月期间,患者来自于多个教学医院、转诊中心、肺科、皮肤科和内科,病理确诊为结节病,并接受抗-TNFα治疗。对治疗反应的评估使用肺外器官严重度评分（ePOsT,0为不受影响,6为非常严重）。
