目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(lDl-C)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年4月—2022年6月本院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者有糖尿病视网膜病变组(DR组)患者150例和非糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR组)患者150例的临床资料,包括每位患者的一般资料、生化指标。比较两组间的一般信息;分析DR组与NDR组的影响因素;多元素回归分析DR的危险因素。结果DR及NDR组患者年龄、病程方面差距具有统计学意义(PlDl-C、HbA1c水平明显高于NDR组(PlDl-c、HbA1c呈正相关关系(Plogistics回归分析结果显示病程、TG、lDl-c、Hcy、HbA1c均是影响2型糖尿病视网膜病变的独立因素(PlDl-c、HbA1c水平在DR患者中远高于NDR患者,三者与DR发生、发展存在一定联系,临床可根据其表达水平对患者病情变化进行有效评估。

Tris（d,d-dicampholylmethanato） iron （Ⅲ） complex, Fe（dcm）3, was found to be an excellent catalyst for asymmetric oxygenation of styrene analogues into the corresponding epoxides. Good chemical yields and higher enantioselectivity were obtained with combined use of molecular oxygen and an aldehyde at 30℃, Some factors influencing enantioselectivity were discussed.

Enhanced thermoelectric composite performance from mesoporous carbon additives in a commercial Bi_(0.5)Sb_(1.5)Te_(3) matrix

Composites were prepared,through hot pressing,using carbon materials with different pore size distributions as additives for commercial Bi_(0.5)Sb_(1.5)Te_(3) thermoelectric material(BST,p-type).Thermoelectric properties of the composites were measured in a temperature range of 298-473 *** conductivity of the composites,especially lattice thermal conductivity,was effectively decreased due to the mesoporous properties of the incorporated carbon *** electrical conductivity of the composites slightly decreased due to the electron scattering at the interface between the carbon material and the commercial BST *** composite with 0.2 vol.%mesoporous carbon powder(36%mesoporosity)exhibited a figure of merit value approximately 10.7%higher than that of commercial BST without *** behavior resulted in 116%improved output power in the composite block-based single element compared with a bare BST thermoelectric *** enhanced figure of merit was attributed to the effective reduction of lattice thermal conductivity by acoustic phonons scattering at the interface between the BST matrix and the mesoporous carbon as well as at the pore surfaces within the mesoporous *** utilizing mesoporous carbon materials used in this study,the shortcomings and economic difficulties of the composite process with low dimensional carbon additives(carbon nanotubes,graphene,and nanodiamond)can be overcome for extensive practical *** carbon powder with a tailored porosity distribution revealed the validity of bulk-type carbon additives to enhance the figure of merit of commercial thermoelectric materials.

We report laser cladding of pure titanium on a CoCrMo alloy using directed energy *** electron microscopy,the microstructural evolution upon varying the process parameters,especially laser power and powder feed rate,was investigated in relation to crack *** layers showing dilution rates of more than 5%contained cracks due to the formation of the brittle Co_(2)Ti intermetallic *** observed cracks could be ascribed to a mismatch in thermal expansion and a resulting stress of more than 440 Mpa acting on the Co_(2)Ti phase,as determined by density functional theory and ***,an excess laser energy caused chemical inhomogeneity and unmelted Ti powder particles,while a deficient laser energy resulted in a lack of *** cracks nor partially melted powders were observed for a powder feed rate of 3 g/min and a laser power of 225–300 W,for which the dilution rate was minimized to less than 5%.For such samples,the cladding layers comprised pureα-Ti and a uniform CoT i interface with Co_(2)Ti islands.

Effect of arc re-melting on microstructure,mechanical and tribological properties of commercial 390A alloy

To investigate the effect of the arc re-melting on the microstructure,mechanical and tribological properties of the 390 A alloy,its ingot produced by the conventional induction melting method was subjected to the arc re-melting *** microstructure of the 390 A alloy was examined by OM and *** properties of the 390 A alloy were determined by the Brinell method and tensile *** properties were investigated with a ball-on-disc type *** was observed that the microstructure of both conventional induction melted and arc re-melted 390 A alloys consisted ofα(Al),eutectic Al-12 Si,primary silicon particles,θ-CuAl_(2),β-Al_(5) FeSi,δ-Al_(4) FeSi_(2),andα-Al_(15)(FeMnCu)3 Si_(2) ***-melting with the arc process caused grain refinement in these *** addition,after this process,theα(Al)phase and primary silicon particles were dispersed more uniformly,and sharp edges of primary silicon particles became *** arc re-melting process resulted in an increase in the hardness of the 390 A alloy produced by the conventional method from 102 HB to 118 HB and the tensile strength from 130 to 240 *** also caused an increase in the wear resistance of the 390 A alloy and a decrease in the friction coefficient.
