中国中西部地区年降水量空间分布数据集(2010)是采用混合插值法进行高精度曲面建模(High Accuracy Surface Modeling,HASM)区域降水模拟的数据结果。该方法包括三个步骤:首先使用t.MM数据(或者站点观测值空间插值结果)代表降水在空间中变化平稳的部分,即趋势面;然后结合地面站点观测值,计算去除趋势面后的残差值,并利用HASM对残差进行插值,得到空间中变化不平稳的残差场;最后将趋势面与残差场进行加和,完成插值计算。结果表明,t.MM作为背景场的HASM模拟精度明显高于传统插值方法,适应性较好。采用平均绝对误差(Mean Absolut. Error,mae)和均方根误差(Root.Mean Square Error,RMSE)作为精度评价指标完成精度验证。在全局尺度上,mae和RMSE分别为125.15、155.80 mm;在局部尺度上,mae和RMSE分别为167.53、228.81 mm。与本数据集相关的科学发现论文已发表在《地球信息科学学报》2015年第17卷第8期。

为解决海量恒星光谱数据自动处理问题,更准确地对恒星光谱物理与化学性质的研究,同时更加直观地反映恒星性质参数,通过利用可变形卷积网络(deformable convolut.onal net.ork,DCN)方法对恒星大气物理参数进行分析,系统地研究了恒星表面... 详细信息

为解决海量恒星光谱数据自动处理问题,更准确地对恒星光谱物理与化学性质的研究,同时更加直观地反映恒星性质参数,通过利用可变形卷积网络(deformable convolut.onal net.ork,DCN)方法对恒星大气物理参数进行分析,系统地研究了恒星表面有效温度(t.(eff))、表面重力(logg)、金属丰度([Fe/H])3个物理参数,实验结果对比梯度下降法神经网络(back propagat.on neural net.ork,BPNN)、人工神经网络(art.ficial neural net.ork,ANN)、径向基神经网络(radial basis funct.on neural net.ork,RBFNN),评价标准为平均绝对误差(mean absolut. error,mae)、均值误差(mean error,ME)。基于SDSS-DR9、LAMOSt.DR3恒星光谱数据得到t.(eff)、logg、[Fe/H]的DCN-mae分别为97.2136 K、0.2812 dex、0.1252 dex,DCN-ME分别为106.5963 K、0.3856 dex、0.1753 dex。实验结果显示DCN效果优于BPCNN、ANN、RBFNN,为进一步分析与反映恒星真实情况提供参考。
