Chemosensory systems are considered to play an important role in host plant selection in herbivorous ***,few studies have focused on chemosensory proteins(CSPs)for aphid host-location *** roles of CSPs in searching for different Poaceae species(wheat,barley,triticale,maize and sorghum)were tested in Rhopalosiphum padi,an important cereal *** olfactometer assays showed that *** responds to plant *** *** CSP genes were *** of aphid morph,tissue and starvation state on expression patterns of CSPs was *** levels of CSPI,CSP4,CSP5 and CSP6 in winged aphids were significantly higher than those in wingless *** levels of four genes(CSPI,CSP4,CSP5 and CSP6)were relatively higher in the head with antennae,and the four genes tended to be upregulated follow ing *** of three CSPs(CSP4,CSP5 and CSP6)altered aphid host-location behavior in response to the five different host plants *** volatile compounds of host plants(octanal,[E]-2-hexenol and linalool)have signif-icant attraction to winged *** according to the four-arm olfactometer *** docking predicted hydrogen bonding sites which played key roles in the binding of CSP4,CSP5 and CSP6 with volatile *** of CSP4 or CSP5 significantly decreased the staying time of *** in the arms with ***,knockdown of CSP6 could not affect the response of *** to *** results bring evidence for the involvement of three CSPs in *** host-location behavior.

Molecular behaviors in thin film lubrication——Part two: Direct observation of the molecular orientation near the solid surface

Over the past twenty years, thin film lubrication(TFL) theory has been used to characterize the molecular behaviors in lubrication films thinner than 100 nm, effectively bridging the gap between elastohydrodynamic lubrication and boundary lubrication. Unfortunately, to date, the TFL molecular model proposed in 1996 has not been directly proven by experimental detection. Herein, a method based on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy was developed to show both the packing and orienting of liquid molecules in the TFL regime. By trapping liquid crystal molecules between a structured silver surface and a glass surface, molecular ordering states dominated by shear effect and surface effect were successfully distinguished. A nanosandwich structure consisting of an adsorbed layer, an ordered-molecule layer, and a fluid layer was demonstrated. Molecule imaging in TFL was achieved. Our results illustrate the molecular behaviors and lubrication mechanism in nanoconfined films and facilitate the lubrication design of nanoelectromechanical and microelectromechanical systems.

Biosynthesis and molecular engineering of templated natural products

Bioactive small molecules that are produced by living organisms, often referred to as natural products(NPs), historically play a critical role in the context of both medicinal chemistry and chemical biology. How nature creates these chemical entities with stunning structural complexity and diversity using a limited range of simple substrates has not been fully understood. Focusing on two types of NPs that share a highly evolvable ‘template’-biosynthetic logic, we here provide specific examples to highlight the conceptual and technological leaps in NP biosynthesis and witness the area of progress since the beginning of the twenty-first century. The biosynthesis of polyketides, non-ribosomal peptides and their hybrids that share an assembly-line enzymology of modular multifunctional proteins exemplifies an extended ‘central dogma’that correlates the genotype of catalysts with the chemotype of products; in parallel, post-translational modifications of ribosomally synthesized peptides involve a number of unusual biochemical mechanisms for molecular maturation. Understanding the biosynthetic processes of these templated NPs would largely facilitate the design, development and utilization of compatible biosynthetic machineries to address the challenge that often arises from structural complexity to the accessibility and efficiency of current chemical synthesis.

On the Distributions of Two Classes of Multiple dependent Aggregate Claims

In this paper we examine two classes of correlated aggregate claims distributions, with univariate claim counts and multivariate claim sizes. Firstly, we extend the results of Hesselager [ASTIN Bulletin, 24： 19-32（1994）] and Wang ＆ Sobrero＇s [ASTIN Bulletin, 24：161-166 （1994）] concerning recursions for compound distributions to a multivariate situation where each claim event generates a random vector. Then we give a multivariate continuous version of recursive algorithm for calculating a family of compound distribution. Especially, to some extent, we obtain a continuous version of the corresponding results in Sundt [ASTIN Bulletin, 29：29-45 （1999）] and Ambagaspitiya [Insurance： Mathematics and Economics, 24：301-308 （1999）]. Finally, we give an example and show how to use the algorithm for aggregate claim distribution of first class to compute recursively the compound distribution.

Molecular cloning, pathologically-correlated expression and functional characterization of the colony- stimulating factor 1 receptor （CSF-1R） gene from a teleost, Plecoglossus altivelis

Colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor （CSF-1R） is an important regulator of monocytes/macrophages （MO/MФ）. Although several CSF-1R genes have been identified in teleosts, the precise role of CSF- 1R in ayu （Plecoglossus altivelis） remains unclear. In this study, we characterized the CSF-1R homologue from P. altivelis, and named it PaCSF-1R. Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis showed that PaCSF-1R was most closely related to that of Japanese ricefish （Oryzias latipes）. Tissue distribution and expression analysis showed that the PaCSF-1R transcript was mainly expressed in the head kidney-derived MO/MФ, spleen, and head kidney, and its expression was significantly altered in various tissues upon Vibrio anguillarum infection. After PaCSF-1R neutralization for 48 h, the phagocytic activity of MO/MФ was significantly decreased, suggesting that PaCSF-1R plays a role in regulating the phagocytic function of ayu MO/M（P.

针对目前车载充电机传统无源滤波器低频性能差的问题,在传统车载充电机无源滤波器的基础上加入有源反馈回路,提出了一种基于电流检测电流注入(CSCI)的车载充电机电磁干扰(EMI)混合滤波器设计方法,并给出了车载充电机混合滤波器结构及分析和反馈回路设计过程。实验结果表明,提出的新型EMI滤波器方案与已有车载充电机无源滤波器方案相比,传导测试和辐射测试结果都有大幅度的提升。

Genotoxicity evaluation and a primary risk assessment of organic pollutants in the drinking water sources of Nanjing, China

An increasing number of industrial, agricultural, and commercial chemicals in the aquatic environment leads to various deleterious effects on organisms, which is becoming an increasingly serious problem in China. In this study, the comet assay was conducted to investigate the genotoxicity to human body caused by organic concentrates in the drinking water sources of Nanjing City from Yangtze River of China, and health and ecology risk due to expose to these organic pollutants were evaluated with the multimedia environmental assessment system （MEAS）. For all the water samples, they were collected from four different locations in the drinking water sourcr samples, es of Nanjing City. The results of the comet assay showed that all the organic concentrates from the water samples could induce different levels DNA damages on human peripheral blood lymphocytes, and a statistically significant difference （p〈0.01） was observed compared with the solvent control, which demonstrated the genotoxicity was in existence. According to the ambient severity （AS） of individual compound, we had sorted out the main organic pollutants in the drinking water source of the four waterworks, and the results showed that there was some potential hazard to human body for all the source water, namely the total ambient severity （TAS） of health for each water source was more than 1. However, the TAS of ecology for each water source was less than 1, which indicated that it was safe to ecology. The results of this investigation demonstrate the application of the comet assay and the MEAS in aquatic environmental monitoring studies, and the comet assay found to be fast, sensitive, and suitable for genotoxicity monitoring programs of drinking water source.

A new cave species of the Genus Triplophysa from Yunnan, China

In September and October 2015, a new species of the family Nemacheilidae, Triplophysa tianxingensis sp. nov., was discovered from underground water in Qiubei County, Yunnan Province, China. It can be distinguished from all other troglobiotic Triplophysa species occurring in Yunnan by the following combination of characters： eyes small, a little degenerated; barbels longer; ventral profiles greatly convex; pectoral fin short, attaining a third of the distance from the pectoral-fin base to pelvic fin base; body with many brown blotches; caudal peduncle with fin fold; caudal fin shallowly forked, and free posterior chamber of swim bladder cylindrical.

为探究大田引黄滴灌系统灌水器流道的堵塞机理,以减少大田灌水器系统堵塞,根据山西运城尊村灌区泥沙特点利用SolidWorks绘图软件进行灌水器流道的建模设计,以大田滴灌实际工程条件设置仿真参数,采用Ansys Fluent仿真软件进行不同型号灌水器流道的仿真计算模拟。研究此灌水器的压力、流速、湍动能等湍流特性以及颗粒的运动轨迹,揭示其内部流动机理。灌水器内部流体域压力随流道单元线性降低,并且压降梯度与流道单元数量线性相关;主流区流体更新快,泥沙不易发生沉积,流道旋涡区以及储水槽倒角部位是泥沙发生沉积的主要部位;流道高速区以外的其他区域以及储水槽部位整体湍流动能较低,水流无法形成或维持湍流状态,不利于泥沙运移,从而形成堵塞。模拟结果表明,灌水器内部结构流体域流速、湍流动能以及流线等分析均表明在灌水器流道部分的低速区和储水槽部位的倒角和边壁处是发生泥沙颗粒沉积的主要部位。

Interfacial Microstructure of Al-Sn-Pb Alloy/Steel During liquid-Solid Bonding Rolling

Studies were conducted on the interfacial microstructure of a steel/liquid aluminium and its evolution during the bonding rolling process. The effects of wetting time and deformation on the diffusion layer and on the bonding strength were examined. By means of electron microscopy and electron probe analysis, it was found that the diffusion layer is mainly composed of FeAI3. For a steel temperature of 250℃ and an aluminium temperature of 850 ~C, the diffusion layer was formed within 3 s, and the shear strength of the samples increased after 8 to 14 s. Although the interface was not damaged, it was deformed notably. For an aluminium temperature of 750℃ and a wetting time of 11 to 17 s, the shear strength of the interface remained high, but the interface was obviously broken during rolling, leading to reduced bonding strength.
