Purification performance on molten steel of novel Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filter prepared from microporous powder and nano-Al_(2)O_(3) powder

Reticulated ceramic foam filters provide an effective way to purify molten steel by removing non-metallic *** proposed a novel strategy to improve the purification performance of Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filters by using microporous corundum-spinel raw materials to replace dense raw *** kinds of Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filters fabricated from dense α-Al_(2)O_(3) micro-powder or microporous corundum-spinel powder were selected to carry out the immersion tests with molten *** the one hand,the higher surface roughness of the filter skeleton prepared from microporous raw materials increased the adsorption capacity of skeleton surface on inclusions in molten *** the other hand,the higher apparent porosity and larger pore size of the filter skeleton were more beneficial to the penetration of molten steel in the micropores of *** reaction process at the solid-liquid interface also improved the wettability of the interface between skeleton and molten steel,resulting in a larger penetration depth and a better adsorption effect on the *** summary,the novel Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filter prepared with microporous corundum-spinel powder and addition of 5 wt.% nano-Al_(2)O_(3) powder reduced the total oxygen content of the steel from 40.2×10^(-4) to 12.7×10^(-4) wt.% by 68.4% and the Al content from 0.46 to 0.18 wt.% by 60.9% after immersion test,presenting the most excellent purification performance on molten steel.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)play increasing important role in modern *** this paper,considering the incomplete observation information of individual UAV in complex combat environment,we put forward an UAV swarm non-cooperative game model based on Multi-Agent deep Reinforcement Learning(MADRL),where the state space and action space are constructed to adapt the real features of UAV swarm air-to-air *** multi-agent particle environment is employed to generate an UAV combat scene with continuous observation *** recently popular MADRL methods are compared extensively in the UAV swarm noncooperative game model,the results indicate that the performance of Multi-Agent Soft Actor-Critic(MASAC)is better than that of other MADRL methods by a large *** swarm employing MASAC can learn more effective policies,and obtain much higher hit rate and win *** under different swarm sizes and UAV physical parameters are also performed,which implies that MASAC owns a well generalization ***,the practicability and convergence of MASAC are addressed by investigating the loss value of Q-value networks with respect to individual UAV,the results demonstrate that MASAC is of good practicability and the Nash equilibrium of the UAV swarm non-cooperative game under incomplete information can be reached.

Aiming at the tracking problem of a class of discrete nonaffine nonlinear multi-input multi-output(MIMO) repetitive systems subjected to separable and nonseparable disturbances, a novel data-driven iterative learning control(ILC) scheme based on the zeroing neural networks(ZNNs) is proposed. First, the equivalent dynamic linearization data model is obtained by means of dynamic linearization technology, which exists theoretically in the iteration domain. Then, the iterative extended state observer(IESO) is developed to estimate the disturbance and the coupling between systems, and the decoupled dynamic linearization model is obtained for the purpose of controller synthesis. To solve the zero-seeking tracking problem with inherent tolerance of noise,an ILC based on noise-tolerant modified ZNN is proposed. The strict assumptions imposed on the initialization conditions of each iteration in the existing ILC methods can be absolutely removed with our method. In addition, theoretical analysis indicates that the modified ZNN can converge to the exact solution of the zero-seeking tracking problem. Finally, a generalized example and an application-oriented example are presented to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed process.

A launching system with a filter cartridge structure was proposed to improve the muzzle velocity of the *** combustion chamber of the launching system is divided into two fixed chambers,one is located in the breech chamber,and the other is arranged in the *** breech chamber charge was ignited first,and the charges in the auxiliary chambers were ignited by the high-temperature,highpressure combustible gas trailing the *** this way,the combustible gas in the auxiliary chambers could compensate for the pressure drop caused by the movement of the *** proposed device features the advantage of launching a projectile with high muzzle velocity without exceeding the maximum pressure in the *** order to obtain some internal ballistic characteristics of the launch system,some critical structure,such as the length of the filter cartridge auxiliary charge,the combustion degree of the propellant in the chamber,and the length of the barrel,are *** experimental results show that with the increased auxiliary charge length,a pressure plateau or even a secondary peak pressure can be formed,which is less than the peak *** projectile velocity increased by 23.57%,14.64%,and 7.65%when the diaphragm thickness was 0 mm,1 mm,and2 mm,*** muzzle velocity of the projectile can be increased by 13.42%by increasing the length of the *** the same charge condition,with the increase of barrel length,the energy utilization rate of propellant increases by 28.64%.

developing narrow-bandgap organic semiconductors is important to facilitate the advancement of organic photovoltaics(OPVs). Herein, two near-infrared non-fused ring acceptors(NIR NFRAs), PTBFTT-F and PTBFTT-Cl have been developed with A-π_A-π_D-D-π_D-π_A-A non-fused structures. It is revealed that the introduction of electron deficient π-bridge(π_A) and multiple intramolecular noncovalent interactions effectively retained the structural planarity and intramolecular charge transfer of NFRAs, extending strong NIR photon absorption up to 950 nm. Further, the chlorinated acceptor, with the enlarged π-surface compared to the fluorinated counterpart, promoted not only molecular stacking in solid, but also the desirable photochemical stability in ambient, which are helpful to thereby improve the exciton and charge dynamics for the corresponding OPVs. Overall, this work provides valuable insights into the design of NIR organic semiconductors.

Conductive fibers(CFs)with features of high conductivity,stretchability,self-healability,and electromechanical stability are key components of the increasingly popular wearable ***,since the lack of structural design of conductive network and interfacial interaction between soft polymer and conductive additives,it is still hard to enable CFs to meet above ***,we describe a facial drawing method from a hydrogel reservoir which is remolded into ultrathin and stretchable CFs with excellent multi-responsive *** hydrogel reservoir was fabricated in synergy of an ice-templating method and in situ polymerization using the assembled framework as a *** on the effective fabrication mechanism,the diameter of CFs could be well-tuned from 90 to 400μm by adjusting the dipping depth of the glass rod,accompanied with conductivity increased from 0.75 to 2.5 S/*** the hierarchical network structure was well maintained in the CFs,professional performances have been proved on the stretchability and electromechanical *** presence of massive hydrogen bonding and Ag–S bond enabled the CFs with excellent self-healability under the conditions of contact,electric field,and near infrared light,***,the CFs with high sensing property could be integrated into an advanced textile sensor through an effective healing-induced integration strategy,demonstrating its great potentials as superior two-dimensional(2D)electronic skins.

Electrocatalytic water splitting coupled with sustainable energies is identified as an environmentally friendly and renewable strategy to generate high-quality hydrogen for the fuel ***,the main challenge is to develop high performance,low cost and chemically stable electrocatalysts to decline the energy barriers and enhance the sluggish kinetics of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Herein,a three-dimensional hierarchically ordered macroporous Ru-CoP@NC electrocatalyst(3DOM Ru-CoP@NC)derived from ordered macro-microporous metal-organic frameworks has been prepared using the precursor@template and double-solvent *** prepared 3DOM Ru-CoP@NC catalyst exhibits an overpotential of 15 mV(j=10 mA·cm^(-2))and a reaction Tafel slope of 38 mV·dec^(-1)in alkaline electrolyte,which are superior to commercial Pt@C ***,the overpotential and reaction Tafel slope of this catalyst in acidic media are 45 mV and 50 mV·dec^(-1),*** outstanding HER activities of 3DOM Ru-CoP@NC catalysts are ascribed to the 3D highly interconnectedreticular nanospaces that can increase effective reaction active *** N dope d carbon framework improves the electronic properties and ***,the strong interaction of Ru and CoP nanoparticles also boosts the HER *** results indicate that 3DOM Ru-CoP@NC catalysts with high catalytic activities have a broad application prospect in the future.

Fuel consumption is one of the main concerns for heavy-duty *** cruise control(PCC)provides an intriguing opportunity to reduce fuel consumption by using the upcoming road *** this study,a real-time implementable PCC,which simultaneously optimizes engine torque and gear shifting,is proposed for heavy-duty *** minimize fuel consumption,the problem of the PCC is formulated as a nonlinear model predictive control(MPC),in which the upcoming road elevation information is *** the solution of the nonlinear MPC is time consuming;thus,a real-time implementable solver is developed based on Pontryagin’s maximum principle and indirect shooting *** programming(DP)algorithm,as a global optimization algorithm,is used as a performance benchmark for the proposed ***,hardware-in-the-loop and real-truck experiments are conducted to verify the performance of the proposed *** results demonstrate that the MPC-based solution performs nearly as well as the DP-based solution,with less than 1%deviation for testing ***,the proposed co-optimization controller is implementable in a real-truck,and the proposed MPC-based PCC algorithm achieves a fuel-saving rate of 7.9%without compromising the truck’s travel time.
