Increasing evidence implicates disruptions in testicular fatty acid metabolism as a contributing factor in nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA), a severe form of male infertility. However, the precise mechanisms linking fatty acid metabolism to NOA pathogenesis have not yet been fully elucidated. Multi-omics analyses, including microarray analysis, single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq), and metabolomics, were utilized to investigate disruptions in fatty acid metabolism associated with NOA using data from public databases. Results identified ACSL6, ACSBG2, and OLAH as key genes linked to fatty acid metabolism dysregulation, suggesting their potential causative roles in NOA. A marked reduction in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially docosahexaenoic acid(DHA), was observed, potentially contributing to the pathological process of NOA. Sertoli cells in NOA patients exhibited apparent fatty acid metabolic dysfunction, with PPARG identified as a key transcription factor(TF) regulating this process. Functional analyses demonstrated that PPARG is crucial for maintaining blood-testis barrier(BTB) integrity and promoting spermatogenesis via regulation of fatty acid metabolism. These findings reveal the pivotal role of fatty acid metabolism in NOA and identify PPARG as a potential therapeutic target.

The structure of parabolic condensers makes them susceptible to wind load because of their thin and large windward *** this paper,the wind pressure on a model of a condenser mirror(1:35)on multistorey flat roofs is analysed via pressure measurement in a wind *** mean wind-pressure distribution law of flat-roof condenser mirrors(including the change law with working conditions and the maximum distribution characteristics)and the distribution law of fluctuating and extreme wind pressure are ***,by comparison with the ground-based condenser distribution law,similarities and differences between the two are *** results show that the wind-pressure distribution law of flat-roof parabolic condenser mirrors is the same as those on the ground,but the mean wind-pressure coefficient(absolute value)is generally~30%***,the maximum effect is generally located at the windward mirror edge and the mirror is more susceptible to wind pressure in wind directions of 30°and 135°-150°.The results of this study can provide a theoretical reference for wind-resistant structure design and multistorey flat-roof condenser-related research.

目的分析丙戊酸钠与拉莫三嗪合用致严重皮肤不良反应的发生规律及特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法在中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方及PubMed、Medline、Elsevier数据库中检索“丙戊酸钠”“拉莫三嗪”“Lamotrigine”和“Valproic acid”,收集联合用药导致严重皮肤不良反应的个案报道并进行文献分析。结果丙戊酸钠与拉莫三嗪相互作用致不良反应的文献报道共19例,其中15例为严重皮肤不良反应。其中,男12例,女3例,不良反应的发生时间主要集中在药物联合使用后2个月内。患者经治疗后,13例好转,2例死亡。结论丙戊酸钠与拉莫三嗪联合使用可能更易导致严重皮肤不良反应,临床医师使用时避免联合使用,通过监测血药浓度可能有一定帮助。

Saccade and smooth pursuit are two important functions of human eye. In order to enable bionic eye to imitate the two functions, a control method that implements saccade and smooth pursuit based on the three-dimensional coordinates of target is proposed. An optimal observation position is defined for bionic eye based on three-dimensional coordinates. A kind of motion planning method with high accuracy is developed. The motion parameters of stepper motor consisting of angle acceleration and turning time are computed according to the position deviation, the target＇s angular velocity and the stepper motor＇s current angular velocity in motion planning. The motors are controlled with the motion parameters moving to given position with desired angular velocity in schedule time. The experimental results show that the bionic eye can move to optimal observation positions in 0.6 s from initial location and the accuracy of 3D coordinates is improved. In addition, the bionic eye can track a target within the error of less than 20 pixels based on three-dimensional coordinates. It is verified that saccade and smooth pursuit of bionic eye based on three-dimensional coordinates are feasible.

To overcome imperfection of exhaustive based beam searching scheme in IEEE 802.15.3c and IEEE 802.11 ad and accelerate the beam training process, combined with the fast beam searching algorithm previously proposed, this paper proposed a beam codebook design scheme for phased array to not only satisfy the fast beam searching algorithm's demand, but also make good use of the advantage of the searching algorithm. The simulation results prove that the proposed scheme not only performs well on flexibility and searching time complexity, but also has high success ratio.

针对压电驱动结构输出振幅小的问题,基于压电方程与力学理论,构建了“弹簧结构”压电驱动器输出振幅解析模型,研究了复合基板厚度h与压电薄膜厚度h p对输出振幅的影响规律。理论研究表明:hh_(p)时,振幅随复合基板厚度增大而逐渐减小。通过MEMS工艺制作了压电复合驱动器,LDV测试表明:当驱动电压与压电薄膜厚度大小不变时,驱动器输出振幅随复合基板厚度的增大先增大后减小,当复合基板与压电薄膜厚度接近时,中性面位于薄膜与复合基板接触面,输出振幅显著提升,与理论预测结果具有较好的一致性。该研究为压电复合驱动器的设计与优化提供新的工艺方法。

Background: Retinal ganglion cell (RGC) death caused by acute ocular hypertension is an important characteristic of acute glaucoma. Receptor-interacting protein kinase 3 (RIPK3) that mediates necroptosis is a potential therapeutic target for RGC death. However, the current understanding of the targeting agents and mechanisms of RIPK3 in the treatment of glaucoma remains limited. Notably, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have significantly advanced drug discovery. This study aimed to discover RIPK3 inhibitor with AI ***: An acute ocular hypertension model was used to simulate pathological ocular hypertensionin vivo. We employed a series of AI methods, including large language and graph neural network models, to identify the target compounds of RIPK3. Subsequently, these target candidates were validated using molecular simulations (molecular docking, absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity [ADMET] prediction, and molecular dynamics simulations) and biological experiments (Western blotting and fluorescence staining)in vitro andin ***: AI-driven drug screening techniques have the potential to greatly accelerate drug development. A compound called HG9-91-01, identified using AI methods, exerted neuroprotective effects in acute glaucoma. Our research indicates that all five candidates recommended by AI were able to protect the morphological integrity of RGC cells when exposed to hypoxia and glucose deficiency, and HG9-91-01 showed a higher cell survival rate compared to the other candidates. Furthermore, HG9-91-01 was found to protect the retinal structure and reduce the loss of retinal layers in an acute glaucoma model. It was also observed that the neuroprotective effects of HG9-91-01 were highly correlated with the inhibition of PANoptosis (apoptosis, pyroptosis, and necroptosis). 当前,世界文艺批评和创作的中心正逐步从欧洲向北美转移,在此过程中,美国的文艺研究组织扮演了重要角色。本文分别对美国语言文学组织、艺术组织和文艺跨学科组织的运行机制进行考察,以期为我国文艺事业的发展和文艺思想的国际传播提供一些参考。研究发现,美国文艺研究组织在运行过程中不仅注重为学者和学生提供相关领域的基础性资源与设施,还重视设立并推行具有自主评判性、激励性与培育性的科研奖项。同时,美国文艺研究组织还积极构建具有包容性和相对平等的科研交流平台,设立涵盖包括年会和出版发表在内的以及囊括国际国内各种族和社会团体在内的多层次立体组织架构。上述运行机制不仅使得美国国内和国际的学者、研究生形成了自由而又相互促进的学术社区,还为各领域和各国的成员带来了归属感和认同感,良好地促进了美国文艺研究和文艺创作的发展。

Background:Neuroblastoma(NB)is a heterogeneous disease with respect to genomic abnormalities and clinical *** recent advances in our understanding of the association between the genetic aberrations and clinical features,it remains one of the major challenges to predict prognosis and stratify patients for determining personalized therapy in this *** aim of this study was to develop an effective prognosis prediction model for NB ***:We integrated diverse computational analyses to define gene signatures that reflect MYCN activity and chromosomal aberrations including deletion of chromosome 1p(Chr1p_del)and chromosome 11q(Chr11q_del)as well as chromosome 11q whole loss(Chr11q_wls).We evaluated the prognostic and predictive values of these signatures in seven NB gene expression datasets(the number of samples ranges from 94 to 498,with a total of 2120)generated from both RNA sequencing and microarray ***:MYCN signature was a more effective prognostic marker than MYCN amplification status and MYCN ***,the Chr1p_del score was more prognostic than Chr1p *** activity scores of MYCN,Chr1p_del and Chr11q_del were associated with poor prognosis,while the Chr11q_wls score was linked to good *** integrated the activity scores of MYCN,Chr1p_del,Chr11q_del,and Chr11q_wls and clinical variables into an integrative prognostic model,which displayed significant performance over the clinical variables or each genomic aberration ***:Our integrative gene signature model shows a significantly improved forecast performance with prognostic and predictive information,and thereby can be served as a biomarker to stratify NB patients for prognosis evaluation and surveillance programs.
