BACKGROUND Esophageal adenoid cystic carcinoma(EACC)is an exceedingly rare malignant tumor of the esophagus,posing significant challenges in the *** SUMMARY This report detailed the case of a 72-year-old male whose diagnosis of EACC was confirmed through postoperative histopathological *** patient underwent thoracoscopy-assisted radical resection of the esophageal tumor,coupled with lymph node *** findings revealed an adenoid cystic carcinoma infiltrating the entire layer of the muscularis propria,locally extending into the outer membrane of the esophageal fiber,involving the cardia and exhibiting no lymph node *** patient’s condition was classified as primary EACC,T3N0M0,per the American Joint Committee on Cancer(2017;8th edition).One month after surgery,the patient received postoperative adjuvant radiation *** In addressing the rarity and high potential for biopsy misdiagnosis of EACC,this study delved into its diagnostic methods and treatment.

The investigation of n-type doping holds a significant interest for the application of ***,the doping of an indandione-terminated compound Q-4F with a singlet open-shell ground state was studied using two n-dopants N-DMBI and *** of these two dopants can effectively dope Q-4F due to the large offset between the singly occupied molecular orbital(SOMO)of dopants and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)of Q-4F.N-DMBI has a higher doping ability than LCV as demonstrated by the UV-vis-NIR and EPR ***,in comparison to N-DMBI doped Q-4F,LCV doped system exhibits much higher electrical conductivity and power factor due to its unperturbed molecular packing and favorable morphology after *** optimal conductivity of LCV doped Q-4F is 7.16×10^(-2)±0.16 S·cm^(-1) and the highest power factor reaches 12.3±0.85μW·m–1·K^(-2).These results demonstrate that the modulation of n-dopants is a powerful strategy to balance the doping efficiency and microstructure toward a maximum thermoelectric performance.

COVID-19 posed challenges for global tourism *** in visitor temporal and spatial patterns and their associated determinants pre-and peri-pandemic in Canadian Rocky Mountain National Parks are *** was collected through social media programming and analyzed using spatiotemporal analysis and a geographically weighted regression(GWR)*** highlight that COVID-19 significantly changed park visitation *** tended to explore more remote areas *** GWR model also indicated distance to nearby trails was a significant influence on visitor *** results indicate that the pandemic influenced tourism temporal and spatial *** research presents a novel approach using combined social media big data which can be extended to the field of tourism management,and has important implications to manage visitor patterns and to allocate resources efficiently to satisfy multiple objectives of park management.

In clinical settings,different kinds of patient monitoring systems and depth of anesthesia monitoring(DoA)systems have been widely used to assess the depth of sedation and patient's ***,all these monitoring systems are independent of each *** date,no monitoring system has focused on the synchronized neural activities,cerebral metabolism,autonomic nervous system,and drug effects on the brain,as well as their interactions between neural activities and cerebral metabolism(i.e.,neurovascular coupling),and between brain and heart(i.e.,brain-heart coupling).In this study,we developed a time-synchronized multimodal monitoring system(TSMMS)that integrates electroencephalogram(EEG),near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS),and standard physiological monitors(electrocardiograph,blood pressure,oxygen saturation)to provide a comprehensive view of the patient's physiological state during *** coherence and Granger causality(GC)methods were used to quantify the neurovascular coupling and brain-heart *** response surface model was used to estimate the combined propofol-remifentanil drug effect on the *** integrates data from various devices for a comprehensive analysis of vital *** enhances anesthesia monitoring through detailed EEG features,neurovascular,and brain-heart coupling ***,a response surface model estimates the combined effects of propofol and remifentanil,aiding anesthesiologists in drug *** conclusion,TSMMS provides a new tool for studying the coupling mechanism among neural activities,cerebral metabolism,and autonomic nervous system during general anesthesia.

Effective separation of photogenerated carriers plays a vital role in governing the efficiency of photo-electrocatalytic ***,the advancement in enhancing the intrinsic carrier separation efficiency of semiconductors has shown limited ***,we reported the use of a magnetic field to improve the photoelectrochemical water splitting of a magnetic Co_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)photoanode by boosting the photogenerated carrier separation *** the presence of the magnetic field,oxygen evolution reaction occurs with a high photocurrent density of 0.86 mA cm^(−2)at 1.23 V versus VRHE,and an applied bias photon-to-current efficiency of 0.342%at 0.61 ***,the photoanode maintains its oxygen evolution reaction for more than 400 h with photocurrent decays by ca.10%.Observations made in this effort show that the enhancement of photo-electrocatalytic efficiency by a magnetic field is a consequence of the effect of the Lorentz force generated by the magnetic field on photogenerated carriers and ions near the Co_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)photoanode,which improves the carrier separation efficiency and the bubble release *** results suggest that manipulating photoelectrode carriers by using a magnetic field is a promising strategy to design high-performance photoelectrochemical for water splitting.

事件抽取旨在从海量的非结构化的事件相关文本中抽取出人类感兴趣的内容,目前现有的事件抽取方法大多数基于通用语料,很少考虑到领域内的先验知识,并且现有的方法大多数不能很好地处理同一文档包含多个事件的情况,面对存在较多负面样例的测试也表现不佳。针对上述问题提出了一种基于Fin-BERT(financial bidirectional encoder representation from Transformers)和PTPCG(pseudo-trigger-aware pruned complete graph)的模型FinPTPCG,该方法充分利用Fin-BERT预训练模型的表达能力,在编码阶段融入领域内的先验知识,并且在事件检测模块采用多个二元分类器叠加的方式,保证模型可以有效识别一篇文档内存在多事件的情况并筛除掉负面样例,抽取实体之后将实体连接成完全图并通过计算相似度矩阵进行剪枝,通过选择伪触发器解决无标注触发词的问题,最后接入事件分类器实现事件抽取。该方法在ChFinAnn和Duee-fin数据集上事件抽取任务的F1值相比于基线方法分别取得了0.7个百分点和3.7个百分点的提升。

In this paper, we consider the Cauchy problem for pressureless gases in two space dimensions with the generic smooth initial data(density and velocity). These equations give rise to singular curves, where the mass has a positive density with respect to the 1-dimensional Hausdorff measure. We observe that the system of equations describing these singular curves is not hyperbolic. For analytic data, local solutions are constructed by using a version of the Cauchy-Kovalevskaya theorem. We then study the interaction of two singular curves in the generic position. Finally, for a generic initial velocity field, we investigate the asymptotic structure of the smooth solution up to the first time when a singularity is formed.
