The pyrolysis of cyclohexane,methylcyclohexane,and ethylcyclohexane have been studied behind reflected shock waves at pressures of 5 and10 bar and at temperatures of 930-1550 K for 0.05%fuel diluted by Argon.A single-pulse shock tube(SPST)is used to perform the pyrolysis experiments at reaction times varying from 1.65 to 1.74 *** products are obtained and quantified using gas chromatography analysis.A flame ionization detector and a thermal conductivity detector are used for species identification and *** modeling has been performed using several detailed and lumped chemical kinetic *** in modeling results among the kinetic models are *** path analysis and sensitivity analysis are performed to determine the important reactions controlling fuel pyrolysis and their influence on the predicted concentrations of reactant and product species *** present work provides new fundamental knowledge in understating pyrolysis characteristics of cyclohexane compounds and additional data set for detailed kinetic mechanism development.

Sinter is the core raw material for blast *** pressure,which is an important state parameter,affects sinter *** this paper,flue pressure prediction and optimization were studied based on the shapley additive explanation(SHAP)to predict the flue pressure and take targeted adjustment ***,the sintering process data were collected and processed.A flue pressure prediction model was then constructed after comparing different feature selection methods and model algorithms using SHAP+extremely random-ized trees(ET).The prediction accuracy of the model within the error range of±0.25 kPa was 92.63%.SHAP analysis was employed to improve the interpretability of the prediction *** effects of various sintering operation parameters on flue pressure,the relation-ship between the numerical range of key operation parameters and flue pressure,the effect of operation parameter combinations on flue pressure,and the prediction process of the flue pressure prediction model on a single sample were analyzed.A flue pressure optimization module was also constructed and analyzed when the prediction satisfied the judgment *** operating parameter combination was then *** flue pressure was increased by 5.87%during the verification process,achieving a good optimization effect.

Objective:To observe reinforcing effect of calcium sulfate cement(CSC) bovine bone morphogenetic protein(bBMP) on vertebral in the rabbit model of ***:A total of 48 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into group Ⅰ(blank control group),groupⅡ(CSC injection group),group Ⅲ(CSC/bBMP injection group) and control *** rabbit osteoporosis model was established rapidly by using castration mcthod+methylprcdnisolone *** modeling,groups Ⅱ.Ⅲ were given corresponding vertebral body injection material,and 4 animals were sacrificed respectively at 24 h,6 weeks,12 weeks after vertebral *** pathological status,vertebral mineral density and vertebral body bone mechanical strength were ***:Vertebral body structure form was normal in the groups Ⅱand Ⅲ.Trabecular bone coarsens,connection and repair were observed in micro fracture and bone defects,bone trabecular connectivity was superior to group I significantly;vertebral body compression strength in the group I was on the decline,vertebral compression strength in the groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was on the rise,the largest *** BMC and BMD in groups Ⅱand Ⅲ were incresed,and significantly higher than group I after 6 weeks(P<0.05),BMC and BMD in group Ⅲ after 12 weeks were higher than the other three ***:Compound bBMP CSC has good bone *** can improve the three-dimensional construction effect for osteoporosis vertebral trabecula,and can significantly improve the vertebral strength,as a vertebral packing material with good application prospect.

Due to the probability characteristics of quantum mechanism, the combination of quantum mechanism and intelligent algorithm has received wide attention. quantum dynamics theory uses the Schr?dinger equation as a quantum dynamics equation. Through three approximation of the objective function, quantum dynamics framework(QDF) is obtained which describes basic iterative operations of optimization algorithms. Based on QDF, this paper proposes a potential barrier estimation(PBE) method which originates from quantum mechanism. With the proposed method, the particle can accept inferior solutions during the sampling process according to a probability which is subject to the quantum tunneling effect, to improve the global search capacity of optimization *** effectiveness of the proposed method in the ability of escaping local minima was thoroughly investigated through double well function(DWF), and experiments on two benchmark functions sets show that this method significantly improves the optimization performance of high dimensional complex functions. The PBE method is quantized and easily transplanted to other algorithms to achieve high performance in the future.

In order to detect the molecular basis of heterosis in pigs,suppression subtractivehybridization was carried out to investigate the difference in gene expression in the Longissimus dorsimuscle tissues between Meishan×Yorkshire F1 crossbreeds and their parents,Meishan *** swinemyosin regulatory light chain 2 (MRLC2) gene differentially expressed between the crossbreeds and thepurebreds was isolated and identified using semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reactionand its complete cDNA sequence was obtained using the rapid amplification of cDNA ends *** sequence of the gene is not homologous to any of the known porcine *** sequenceprediction analysis reveals that the open reading frame of this gene encodes a protein of 172 amino acidscontaining the putative conserved domain of the EF-hand *** predicted amino acid sequenceof porcine MRLC2 protein exhibits 99%,98%,98%,98% and 97% identity with that of cattle,human,dog,rat and mouse,*** homology analysis revealed that the MRLC2 protein was very muchconserved in *** tissue expression analysis indicated that the swine MRLC2 gene is highlyexpressed in muscle,fat,heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,small intestine,ovary and testis,but notexpressed in pancreas.

Polymeric microwave actuators combining tissue-like softness with programmablemicrowave-responsive deformation hold great promise for mobile intelligentdevices and bionic soft robots. However, their application is challenged by restricted electromagneticsensitivity and intricate sensing coupling. In this study, a sensitized polymericmicrowave actuator is fabricated by hybridizing a liquid crystal polymer with Ti3C2Tx(MXene). Compared to the initial counterpart, the hybrid polymer exhibits unique spacechargepolarization and interfacial polarization, resulting in significant improvements of230% in the dielectric loss factor and 830% in the apparent efficiency of electromagneticenergy harvest. The sensitized microwave actuation demonstrates as the shortenedresponse time of nearly 10 s, which is merely 13% of that for the initial shape memory polymer. Moreover, the ultra-low content of MXene (upto 0.15 wt%) benefits for maintaining the actuation potential of the hybrid polymer. An innovative self-powered sensing prototype that combinesdriving and piezoelectric polymers is developed, which generates real-time electric potential feedback (open-circuit potential of ~ 3 mV) duringactuation. The polarization-dominant energy conversion mechanism observed in the MXene-polymer hybrid structure furnishes a new approachfor developing efficient electromagnetic dissipative structures and shows potential for advancing polymeric electromagnetic intelligent devices.

Controlling segregation and hardenability of gear steel based on as-cast structure

Hardenability significantly impacts the distortion of gear during heat treatment,correlated to the uniformity of solute distribution in steel *** experimental analysis was conducted on the macrostructure,solute distribution,dendrite structure,and rod hardenability of 20CrMnTiH gear steel in continuously cast blooms and hot roller *** evaluation approach by the standards for the hardenability of gear steel rods and the corresponding blooms was analyzed,and the inheritance mechanism from solidification segregation to hardenability fluctuation of gear steel was *** results indicate that semi-macroscopic spot segregation located in the equiaxed zone exhibits larger size,higher solute enrichment,and worse solute homogeneity,leading to significant solute fluctuations in the blooms and hardenability fluctuation in the *** increasing the liquid steel superheat from 35 to 40℃,reducing the mold electromagnetic stirring from 300 to 100 A,and implementing the soft reduction(SR)of 7 mm at the solidification end,the equiaxed ratio of the strand decreased from 26.42%to 6.69%.Consequently,the solute fluctuation range and standard deviation decrease significantly in the transverse section,while the maximum segregation ratio,average fluctuation range,and average standard deviation of solutes C,Cr,and Mn in the spot segregation decrease at the same *** the meanwhile,the equiaxed ratio of the rod decreased from 24.89%to 4.09%,and the structure of the hardenability detection zone was transformed from equiaxed crystals to columnar ***,the solute fluctuation range and standard deviation in the transverse section decreased,while the homogeneity in spot segregation was also *** hardness difference of A and B surfaces at J9 and J15 positions was smaller than 2 HRC,meeting the qualification standard for hardenability.

A generalized response function based on the use of dielectric spectra for dielectric relaxation process is derived. We apply the general response function to the special case in order to examine how special dielectric relaxation functions developed by other authors for solvent relaxation can be derived based on our formulations. Three typical solvents, water, methanol, and acetonitrile are used to investigate the electronic polarization processes of polar solvents. The solvent electronic polarization process is shown after a linear variation with the external electric field imposed on the solvent. The results show a conclusion that the electronic polarization of the solvents will accompany the electronic transition synchronously, without time lag.
