In this work,porous biochar(MN-TRB_(750))was fabricated via direct pyrolysis of tea residue(TR)and Mg(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O(MN).The as-synthesized MN-TRB_(750) reached a specific surface area of 839.54 m^(2)·g^(-1)and an average pore size of 3.75 nm with multi-level pore *** decreased TR's carbonization temperature and promoted the aromatics extent,pore structure for the frizzly flake-like *** B(RhB)was chosen as the adsorbate to explore the removal performance of organic dyes in this *** results indicated that the maximum adsorption capacity of RhB on MN-TRB_(750) at 20℃ is up to 809.0 mg·g^(-1)with isotherms fitted well to Freundlich and Dubinin-Radushkevic *** adsorption kinetics followed pseudo-second-order and Elovich models with an equilibrium adsorption capacity of 757.6 mg·g^(-1)as the initial concentration of RhB is 260 mg·L^(-1).High pore filling,hydrogen bond,π-πinteraction determined the adsorption of RhB onto MN-TRB850 through a multi-active center and exothermic chemical sorption process.

Hepatitis E virus(HEV)infection can cause severe complications and high mortality,particularly in pregnant women,organ transplant recipients,individuals with pre-existing liver disease and immunosuppressed ***,there are still unmet needs for treating chronic HEV ***,we screened a best-in-class drug repurposing library consisting of 262 drugs/*** screening,we identified vidofludimus calcium and pyrazofurin as novel anti-HEV *** calcium is the next-generation dihydroorotate dehydrogenase(DHODH)inhibitor in the phase 3 pipeline to treat autoimmune diseases or SARS-CoV-2 *** selectively targets uridine monophosphate synthetase(UMPS).Their anti-HEV effects were further investigated in a range of cell culture models and human liver organoids models with wild type HEV strains and ribavirin treatment failure-associated HEV ***,both drugs exhibited a sizeable therapeutic window against *** instance,the IC50 value of vidofludimus calcium is 4.6–7.6-fold lower than the current therapeutic doses in ***,their anti-HEV mode of action depends on the blockage of pyrimidine ***,two drugs robustly inhibited ribavirin treatment failure-associated HEV mutants(Y1320H,g1634R).Their combination with IFN-αresulted in synergistic antiviral *** conclusion,we identified vidofludimus calcium and pyrazofurin as potent candidates for the treatment of HEV *** on their antiviral potency,and also the favorable safety profile identified in clinical studies,our study supports the initiation of clinical studies to repurpose these drugs for treating chronic hepatitis E.

为了对锌灰进行资源化回收及对其经济性进行分析,将湿法回收工艺和超临界水热合成技术相结合,将锌灰生成价值较高的纳米氧化锌产品,采用Aspen Plus软件平台,建立了完整的系统工艺,并分析了系统运行过程中的物料成本及能耗成本。在硫酸浓度为2 mol·L^(-1)、固液比为1∶8、浸出温度为50℃、浸出时间为2 h、搅拌器转速为300 r·min^(-1)的条件下,锌灰中锌的浸出率达到了95%以上。除杂过程除去了Fe、Al、Ni、Cu等杂质,除杂后的溶液中锌的质量分数达到了97%。利用锌灰浸出液在400℃和25 MPa的超临界条件下,合成了平均粒径为26 nm的纳米氧化锌,晶体结晶度良好,纯度较高。通过与纯物料所合成的纳米氧化锌进行对比,验证了该技术的可行性,显著提升了系统运行的经济性。

High piezoelectric composite films composed of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)and ferromagnetic cobalt ferrite(CoFe_(2)O_(4))(0.00 wt%to 0.2 wt%)are prepared by a solution casting method accompanied by uniaxial stretching and high electric field *** decisive effect of the poling electric field on the power generating capability was confirmed by the *** pure PVDF-HFP films,when the maximum electric field Emax is 120 MV/m,the calibrated open circuit voltage reaches 2.93 V,which is much higher than those poled at lower electric fields(70 MV/m:1.41 V;90 MV/m:2.11 V).Furthermore,the addition of CoFe_(2)O_(4)also influences the piezoelectricity *** the samples containing 0.15 wt%CoFe_(2)O_(4),the calibrated open circuit voltage increases to the maximum value of 3.57 ***,the relative fraction of theβ-phase and the crystallinity degree are 99%and 48%,*** effects of CoFe_(2)O_(4)nanoparticles on initial crystallization,uniaxial stretching and high electric field poling are investigated by XRD,FTIR and DSC.

BACKgROUND Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)placement is a procedure that can effectively treat complications of portal hypertension,such as variceal bleeding and refractory ***,there have been no specific studies on predicting long-term survival after TIPS *** To establish a model to predict long-term survival in patients with hepatitis cirrhosis after *** A retrospective analysis was conducted on a cohort of 224 patients who un-derwent TIPS *** univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses,various factors were examined for their ability to predict survival at 6 years after ***,a composite score was formulated,encompassing the indication,shunt reasonability,portal venous pressure gradient(PPg)after TIPS,percentage decrease in portal venous pressure(PVP),indocyanine green retention rate at 15 min(ICgR15)and total bilirubin(Tbil)***,the performance of the newly developed Cox(NDC)model was evaluated in an in-ternal validation cohort and compared with that of a series of existing *** The indication(variceal bleeding or ascites),shunt reasonability(reasonable or unreasonable),ICgR15,post-operative PPg,percentage of PVP decrease and Tbil were found to be independent factors affecting long-term survival after TIPS *** NDC model incorporated these parameters and successfully identified patients at high risk,exhibiting a notably elevated mortality rate following the TIPS procedure,as observed in both the training and validation ***,in terms of predicting the long-term survival rate,the performance of the NDC model was significantly better than that of the other four models[Child-Pugh,model for end-stage liver disease(MELD),MELD-sodium and the Freiburg index of post-TIPS survival].CONCLUSION The NDC model can accurately predict long-term survival after the TIPS procedure in patients with hepatitis cirrhosis,help identify high-risk patients

Empirical Study on Option Pricing under Markov Regime Switching Economics

In this research,we summarize the results of a practical study of index options based on the option valuation model which was proposed by Siu and Yang(Acta ***.,25(3)(2009),pp.339{388),where an EMM kernel is integrated which takes into account all risk components of a regime-switching ***,the regime-switching risk of an economy in the options is priced using a hidden Markov regime-switching model with the risky underlying asset being modulated by a discrete-time,nite-state,hidden Markov chain whose states represent the hidden states of an *** apply such a model to the pricing of Hang Seng Index options based on the real-world nancial data from October 2009 to October 2010(i.e.,for the year in which the model was proposed).We employed the entropy martingale measure(EMM)approach proposed by Siu and Yang(Acta ***.,25(3)(2009),pp.339{388)to determine the optimal martingale measure for the Markov-modulated *** addition,we have proposed a numerical technique called the weighted di erence method to compliment the EMM *** have also veri ed the extended jump-di usion model under regime-switching that we proposed recently(***.,6(4)(2019),1950038)using the 50ETF options which are obtained from Shanghai Stock Exchange covering a time span from January 2018 to december ***,we have highlighted the challenges for the EMM kernel-based Markov regime-switching model for pricing the out-of-the-money index options in the real world.
