Zero trust architecture(ZTA)is a paradigm shift in how we protect data,stay connected and access *** is non-perimeter-based defence,which has been emerging as a promising revolution in the cyber security *** can be used to continuously maintain security by safeguarding against attacks both from inside and outside of the network ***,ZTA automation and orchestration,towards seamless deployment on real-world networks,has been limited to be reviewed in the existing *** this paper,we first identify the bottlenecks,discuss the background of ZTA and compare it with traditional perimeter-based security *** importantly,we provide an in-depth analysis of state-of-the-art AI techniques that have the potential in the automation and orchestration of ***,in this review paper,we develop a foundational view on the challenges and potential enablers for the automation and orchestration of ZTA.

BACKGROUND As a well-known fact to the public,gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)could bring serious risks for both pregnant women and *** this important investigation into the linkage between GDM patients and their altered expression in the serum,proteomics techniques were deployed to detect the differentially expressed proteins(dePs)of in the serum of GDM patients to further explore its pathogenesis,and find out possible biomarkers to forecast GDM *** Subjects were divided into GDM and normal control groups according to the IADPSG diagnostic *** samples were randomly selected from four cases in each group at 24-28 wk of gestation,and the blood samples were identified by applying iTRAQ technology combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass *** proteins and signaling pathways associated with GDM were identified by bioinformatics analysis,and the expression of key proteins in serum from 12 wk to 16 wk of gestation was further verified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EliSA).RESULTS Forty-seven proteins were significantly differentially expressed by analyzing the serum samples between the GDMgravidas as well as the healthy ones. Among them, 31 proteins were found to be upregulated notably and the rest16 proteins were downregulated remarkably. Bioinformatic data report revealed abnormal expression of proteinsassociated with lipid metabolism, coagulation cascade activation, complement system and inflammatory responsein the GDM group. EliSA results showed that the contents of RBP4, as well as ANGPTL8, increased in the serumof GDM gravidas compared with the healthy ones, and this change was found to initiate from 12 wk to 16 wk *** GDM symptoms may involve abnormalities in lipid metabolism, coagulation cascade activation, complementsystem and inflammatory response. RBP4 and ANGPTL8 are expected to be early predictors of GDM.

In a nine-year field experiment in a wheat-maize-sunflower cropping system in Hetao Irrigation Area,Inner Mongolia,China,organic amendments applied as straw,manure,green manure,and the combination of green manure and straw increased wheat and maize yield,soil aggregate stability,and soil microbial activity in comparison with chemical fertilizer,without changing greenhouse gas emission intensity.

The majority of atherothrombotic events (e.g., cerebral or myocardial infarction) often occur as a result of plaque rupture or erosion in the carotid, and thereby it is urgent to assess plaque vulnerability and predict adverse cerebrovascular events. However, the monitoring evolution from stable plaque into life-threatening high-risk plaque in the slender carotid artery is a great challenge, due to not enough spatial resolution for imaging the carotid artery based on most of reported fluorescent probes. Herein, copolymerizing with the small molecules of acceptor-donor-acceptor-donor-acceptor (A-D-A′-D-A) and the electron-donating units (D′), the screened second near-infrared (NIR-II) nanoprobe presents high quantum yield and good stability, so that it enables to image slender carotid vessel with enough spatial resolution. Encouragingly, NIR-II nanoprobe can effectively target to intraplaque macrophage, meanwhile distinguishing vulnerable plaque in carotid atherosclerosis in living mice. Moreover, the NIR-II nanoprobe can dynamically monitor the fresh bleeding spots in carotid plaque, indicating the increased risk of plaque instability. Besides, magnetic resonance imaging is integrated with NIR-II fluorescence imaging to provide contrast for subtle structure (e.g., narrow lumen and lipid pool), via incorporating ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide into the NIR-II nanoprobe. Thus, such hybrid NIR-II/magnetic resonance imaging multimodal nanoprobe provides an effective tool for assessing carotid plaque burden, selecting high-risk plaque, and imaging intraplaque hemorrhage, which is promising for reducing cerebral/ myocardial infarction-associated morbidity and mortality.

A modified criterion,β’,defined as Tg/Tx-Tg/(Tl·η))(Tg,Tx,Tlandηdenote the glass transition temperature,the onset of crystallization temperature,the liquidus temperature and constant coefficient,respectively),has been proposed for assessing the glass-forming ability(GFA) of bulk metallic glasses(BMGs).A survey of the readily available experimental data associated with the thermal analysis of various BMG alloys demonstrates that the newβ’ criterion exhibits much better correlation with the GFA than other currently used ***,it is more significant from statistical results to note that,all criteria including the currently proposed criterionβ’,which are all combined by Tg,Txand Tl,almost have equal ability in measuring the glass forming ability in any glass-forming system.

Effects of simulated gut pH environment on bacterial composition and pheromone production of dendroctonus valens

Objective The pathogenesis of visceral pain caused by inflammatory bowel disease（IBD） is not well known, and as a result current therapies are ineffective. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of spinal chemokine CCL8 and its primary receptor CCR5 on visceral hypersensitivity in mice with IBD to better understand the mechanism of visceral pain. Methods We injected mice intracolonically with 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（TNBS） to induce IBD. Colonic inflammationwas detected by myeloperoxidase（MPO） activity assay. Visceral hypersensitivity was evaluated by measuring the nociceptive pain threshold in response to colorectal distension. The m RNA and protein level of CCL8 and CCR5 in the spinal cord was detected by Real-time PCR, EliSA or Western blot. The activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase（ERK） was detected by Western blot. The cellular localization of spinal CCL8 and CCR5 were examined by double immunofluorescence. Varying doses of CCL8 neutralizing antibody or CCR5 antagonist were intrathecally administered to investigate the role of CCL8 and CCR5 in visceral hypersensitivity. Results Intracolonic injection of 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（TNBS） in mice produced significant colonic inflammation and visceral hypersensitivity to colorectal distension. Moreover, the m RNA and protein expression of CCL8 and CCR5 in the lumbosacral spinal cord were greatly upregulated. Both of CCL8 and CCR5 were expressed in superficial dorsal horn neurons. Furthermore, TNBS induced the activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase（ERK） in the spinal cord. The induction of visceral pain by TNBS was attenuated by intrathecal injection of ERK upstream kinase（MEK） inhibitor PD98059. Finally, intrathecal CCL8 neutralizing antibody or CCR5 antagonist DAPTA dose-dependently suppressed TNBS-evoked visceral hyperalgesia and spinal ERK activation. Bark beetles are an economically and ecologically important insect group,with aggregation behavior and thus host colonization success depends on pheromone-mediated *** some species,such as the major invasive forest pest in China,red turpentine beetle(dendroctonus valens),gut microbiota participates in pheromone production by converting tree monoterpenes into pheromone ***,how variation in gut microenvironment,such as pH,affects the gut microbial composition,and consequently pheromone production,is *** this study,we fed wild caught *** with 3 different pH media(main host diet with natural pH of 4.7;a mildly acidic diet with pH 6 mimicking the beetle gut pH;and highly acidic diet with pH 4),and measured their effects on the gut pH,bacterial community and production of the main aggregation and anti-aggregation pheromone(verbenone).We further tested the verbenone production capacity of 2 gut bacterial isolates in different pH environments(pH 6 and 4).Compared to natural state or main host diet,feeding on less acidic diet(pH 6)diluted the acidity of the gut,whereas feeding on highly acidic diet(pH 4)enhanced *** changes in gut pH reduced the abundance of dominant bacterial genera,resulting in decreased verbenone ***,the highest pheromone conversion rate of the bacterial isolates was observed in pH mimicking the acidity in beetle *** together,these results indicate that changes in gut pH can affect gut microbiota composition and pheromone production,and may therefore have the potential to affect host colonization behavior.
