P-V Criticality of Born-Infeld AdS Black Holes Surrounded by Quintessence

We discuss the P-V criticality and phase transition in the extended phase space of Born-Infeld AdS(BIAdS) black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy, where the cosmological constant Λ is identified with the thermodynamical pressure P. Comparing with Van der Waals(VdW)-like SBH/LBH phase transition of Born-Infeld AdS(BI-AdS) black hole, we find that the BI-AdS black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy possesses lower critical temperature because of parameter a > 0, even disappears since the parameter a taking enough large values leads to Tc ≤ 0. Moreover, the interesting thermodynamic phenomenon of reentrant phase transition(RPT) are also observed,and the quintessence dark energy plays a similar role in this RPT.

We study quasinormal modes(QNMs)of charged black holes in the Einstein-Maxwell-Weyl(EMW)gravity by adopting the test scalar field *** find that the imaginary part of QNM frequencies is consistently negative for different angular parameters l,indicating that these modes always decay and are therefore *** do not observe a linear relationship between the QNM frequencyωand parameter p for these black holes,as their charge Q causes a nonlinear *** evaluate the massive scalar field perturbation in charged black holes and find that random long lived modes(i.e.,quasiresonances)could exist in this spectrum.

In four-dimensional Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet(EGB)gravity,we consider the thermodynamic and phase transitions of(charged)AdS black *** the negative GB coefficientα2√-α.For arbitraryα>0,the system always leads to a van der Waals phase *** then study the quasinormal modes(QNMs)of massless scalar perturbations to probe the van der Waals-like phase transition between small and large black holes(SBH/LBH)for(charged)AdS black *** find that the signature of this SBH/LBH phase transition in the isobaric process can be detected since the slopes of the QNM frequencies change dramatically in small and large black holes near the critical *** obtained results further support that QNMs can be a dynamic probe of ther-modynamic properties in black holes.

If radiative and self-force effects are neglected, we find that feeding a test particle into a near-extremal Kerr- Newman-AdS black hole could lead to destroy their event horizon, giving rise to naked singularities. Hence radiative and self-force effects must be taken into account to further test cosmic censorship. Moreover, the allowed paxameter range for this test particle is very narrow, this leaves the possibility of radiative and self-force effects considerations to cure the problem of WCC violation in Kerr-Newman-AdS spacetime.

The flow around a circular cylinder for Re=1000 is characterized by flow separation and Karman vortex *** typical flow features can be captured to study the correlation between fluid fields and sound *** this paper,the three-dimensional circular cylinder is taken as the research object,and the probes of surface fluctuating pressure and far field sound pressure are arranged every 10°.The directional diagram and the coherence of fluctuating pressure and sound pressure are *** relationship between the flow mode and hydrodynamic noise is studied by using dynamic mode decomposition(DMD).The characteristics of the dipole and quadrupole sound source term of a long span cylinder are *** results show that at the angles between 30°–120°and 190°–350°,the fluctuating pressure contributes more to the generation of dipole *** quadrupole sound source shows three-dimensional effects,which is more obvious in a cylinder with large spanwise length.

The past decades have witnessed a wide application of federated learning in crowd sensing,to handle the numerous data collected by the sensors and provide the users with precise and customized ***,how to protect the private information of users in federated learning has become an important research *** with the differential privacy(DP)technique and secure multiparty computation(SMC)strategy,the covert communication mechanism in federated learning is more efficient and energy-saving in training the ma-chine learning *** this paper,we study the covert communication problem for federated learning in crowd sensing Internet-of-Things *** from the previous works about covert communication in federated learning,most of which are considered in a centralized framework and experimental-based,we firstly proposes a centralized covert communication mechanism for federated learning among n learning agents,the time complexity of which is O(log n),approximating to the optimal ***,for the federated learning without parameter server,which is a harder case,we show that solving such a problem is NP-hard and prove the existence of a distributed covert communication mechanism with O(log logΔlog n)times,approximating to the optimal solution.Δis the maximum distance between any pair of learning *** analysis and nu-merical simulations are presented to show the performance of our covert communication *** hope that our covert communication work can shed some light on how to protect the privacy of federated learning in crowd sensing from the view of communications.

Oral administration is the most acceptable route of drug delivery at this stage due to its convenience,safety,and ***,drugs given orally are exposed to a complex gastrointestinal environment,causing a tremendous challenge for their successful absorption into the *** the past decades,researchers have developed various novel pharmaceutical technologies to improve oral absorption,among which the vesicular drug delivery system(like liposomes,niosomes and transfersomes)has received extensive ***,there have been several investigations confirming the improved effect of vesicular drug delivery systems on oral drug ***,the clinical translation of oral vesicular drug delivery systems has been less impressive than implied by the positive results,and few vesicular formulations for oral use have been marketed *** this background,this article provides an overview of the current applications and challenges associated with the vesicular delivery systems available for oral drug delivery,specifically liposomes,niosomes,transfersomes,chitosomes and *** composition,formation mechanism,drug delivery advantages and application cases of these carriers in oral drug delivery are *** possible mechanisms by which vesicular carriers enhance oral drug absorption are analyzed in terms of the in vivo process of oral ***,the challenges that oral vesicular carriers now face,such as safety,undefined in vivo fate,and scale-up production,are summarized,while possible strategies to deal with them are *** reviewing the aforementioned,it can facilitate a more comprehensive knowledge of vesicular systems that can be used for oral drug delivery,providing a theoretical basis and reference for the design of oral formulations.

Temperature-responsive polymers have garnered significant attention due to their ability to respond to external *** this work,dual temperature-responsive block copolymers are synthesized via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT)polymerization utilizing zwitterionic monomer methacryloyl ethyl sulfobetaine(SBMA) and N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAAm) as *** thermal responsive behaviors can be easily modulated by incorporating additional hydrophobic monomer benzyl acrylate(BN) or hydrophilic monomer acrylic acid(AA),adjusting concentration or pH,or varying the degree of polymerization of the block chain *** cloud points of the copolymers are determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry,and these copolymers exhibit both controlled upper and lower critical solu bility temperatures(LCST and UCST) in aqueous *** study analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of dual temperature responsive block copolymers by exploring the effects of various conditions on the phase transition temperature of temperature-sensitive polymers to explore the relationship between their properties and environment and structure to make them more selective in terms of temperature application range and regulation *** is very interesting that the introduction of poly-acrylic acid(PAA) segments in the middle of di-block copolymer PSBMA_(55)-b-PNIPAAm_(80) to form PSBMA_(55)-b-PAA_(x)-b-PNIPAAm_(80) results in a reversal of temperature-responsive behaviors from 'U'(LCST UCST) type,while the copolymer PSBMA_(55)-b-P(NIPAAm_(80)-co-AA_(x)) *** work provides a clue for tuning the phase transition behavior of polymers for manufacture of extreme smart materials.

OBJECTIVE:To assess the long-term effectiveness of Huangqi(Radix Astragali Mongolici,HQ)-based Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).METHODS:Nine databases were searched to retrieve available randomized controlled trials that compared HQbased TCM and Western Medicines in the treatment of *** methodological quality of the included studies was assessed using the Cochrane bias risk tool,and RevMan 5.4 was used for data *** effect estimates of interest were risk ratio(RR),mean difference(MD)or standardized mean difference(SMD)with 95%confidence interval(CI).RESULTS:The results from 48 available studies assessing 3759 patients demonstrated that cases administered HQ-based TCM[RR=1.30,95%CI(1.21,1.40),Pdecreased Toronto Clinical Scoring System scores[MD=-1.50,95%CI(-1.83,-1.17),Pdecreased glycaemia compared with Western Medicine *** terms of blood lipids,oxidative stress and adverse drug reactions,there were no significant differences between the HQ-based TCM groups and the Western Medicine control ***:The current Meta-analysis revealed that HQ-based TCM yields higher efficacy and safety than Western Medicine alone for the treatment of DPN,although further well-designed RCTs are required to validate these findings.
