Due to higher demands on product diversity,flexible shift between productions of different products in one equipment becomes a popular solution,resulting in existence of multiple operation modes in a single *** order to handle such multi-mode process,a novel double-layer structure is proposed and the original data are decomposed into common and specific characteristics according to the relationship between variables among each *** addition,both low and high order information are considered in each *** common and specific information within each mode can be captured and separated into several subspaces according to the different order *** performance of the proposed method is further validated through a numerical example and the Tennessee Eastman(TE)*** with previous methods,superiority of the proposed method is validated by the better monitoring results.

Fault Tree Analysis of Dust Suppression Mechanism in a Spray System with Wetting Agent

By using the fault tree analysis in reliability theory as the systematical analysis approach, the dust suppression mechanism in a spray system with wetting agent is shown in a logic tree and some graphical models. From these diagrams, all factors related to the spray system and their cause and effect relationship can be seen clearly. Based on the built logic tree, several mathematical models and new ideas for expressing the dust suppressing efficiency in the spray system are put forward. The significance of all factors related to the efficiency of suppressing dust is qualitatively described. Furthermore, the new concepts, such as, the effective reaction time between dust particle and droplet, the expansion phenomenon of laden dust droplet, the functions of volatile and the relative size distribution efficiency of wetting agent are presented. All this richenes the existing mechanism of dust abatement by spraying wetting agent. At last, several problems that need to be further investigated are also suggested in the paper.

High Efficiency Dust Scrubbers for Continuous Miner in Underground Mines

Based on the experimental data by a full scale test model and the relevant existing achievements, four new concepts of group dust scrubbers were designed in the paper. The new dust scrubbers consist of two to four common dust separators in series: wet fan, wet Venturi and foam filter bed. Wetting and foaming agents are used to increase the efficiency of dust separation. High efficiency is not required for each part of the group dust scrubbers, but the whole system has a high working reliability. All parts of the group dust scrubbers have the most suitable separating efficiency for different size and concentration of dust particles in airflow, according to their technical features. Four group dust scrubbers have a high efficiency from 94.4% to 99.7% for separating respirable dust at a rational cost.

The effect of spatial temperature gradient on the microstructural evolution of a 308L stainless steel during the directed energy deposition(deD)process was experimentally investigated.A novel cooling system was designed and incorporated to a deD system in order to control the temperature gradient along the deposition direction during *** deposition,the workpiece was placed on a lifting platform,and as the deposition process proceeded,the platform and workpiece were gradually lowered into cooling water so that the temperature gradient along the deposition direction could be controlled and maintained stable during the deposition *** microstructure characterization results indicated that a deposition strategy with higher G and G/R values(where G is temperature gradient and R is solidification rate)produced finer cellular grains that were better aligned with the deposition direction,while a deposition strategy with lower G and G/R values produced columnar grains with larger primary arm spacing and less aligned with the deposition direction.

The shear viscosity of turbulent drag-reducing surfactant solution was measured as a function of concentration, shear rate and temperature by using an AG-G2 rheometer （TA Instruments, New Castle, USA）. The experimental results showed complicated rheological behavior with the concentration in large. The Bird-Carreau model was found to fit well to the measured rheological results. The characteristics for the parameters ηo-ηx and λ dependence on temperature were also studied.

This article shows that in spherical polar coordinates, some noncentral separable potentials have super-symmetry and shape invariance in the r and θ dimensions, we choose Hartmann potential and ring-shaped oscillator astwo important examples, thus in principle the energy eigenvalues and energy eigenfunctions of such the potentials in ther and θ dimensions can be obtained by the method of supersymmetric quantum mechanics. Here we use an alternativemethod to get the required results.

N2-H2O system was studied by ab initio SCF calculations with a 6-31G** basis set. The results were fitted to an analytical funotion assuming psirwise additivity for the interaction between individual centres. The analytical functions were Lennard-Jones 10-6 and exponential form. A satisfactory fitting result was achieved by the simulated anneal algorithm. Special care was paid to repulsive region, which gives the important contribotions to the formation of the first solvation shell of apoler solutes.

The thermal conductivity of rock is an important parameter for the deep mine and the geothermal development. It is often not possible to measure the thermal conductivity of the rocks present in the deep strata, and the usual approach is to calculate thermal conductivity including mineralogy and porosity. The compositions of core samples from the MID01 borehole in the Bjorko area were determined, and the mineral composition was classified. The calculation of the thermal conductivity of rock in the borehole was carried out, and the main factors for the thermal conductivity of rock were analyzed. The results show that the calculated thermal conductivity of rock is reliable and useful for the design and calculation of geothermal development in the Bjorko area.

Copper-bearing deposits of China are statistically analyzed in terms of ore grade, metal amount and ore tonnage. Each of grade and metal amount shows more or less a lognormal distribution. Analysis gives 10 copper metallogenic districts, each having specific densities of deposit numbers and copper reserves larger than 3. Based on the ratio of copper in ore value (Rcu), Chinese copper deposits are classified into two groups: mainly copper-producing deposits (MC: Rcu≥0.5) and accessorily copper-producing deposits (AC: Rcu＜0. 5). The grade-tonnage relation of MC deposits can be combined by two exponential functions approximating high grade (＞ 3.0 %) and low grade (＜2.0%) parts. The critical copper grade, which is obtained from the low grade part of the relation, is 0. 34 %. Chinese copper resources are concluded to become pessimistic, because some mines are working with grades close to this critical value. Taking account of the fact that many copper deposits are actually polymetallic, Cu-equivalent grades, which are converted from ratios of metal prices to the copper price, are also introduced. The critical Cu-equivalent grade of MC deposits (0. 43 % ) also suggests that Chinese copper resources are pessimistic.

High-throughput short-read sequencing of exomes and whole cancer genomes in multiple human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cohorts confirmed previously identified frequently mutated somatic genes,such as TP53,CTNNB1 and AXIN1,and identified several novel genes with moderate mutation frequencies,including ARID1A,ARID2,MLL,MLL2,MLL3,MLL4,IRF2,ATM,CDKN2A,FGF19,PIK3CA,RPS6KA3,JAK1,KEAP1,NFE2L2,C16orf62,LEPR,RAC2,and *** classification of these mutated genes suggested that alterations in pathways participating in chromatin remodeling,Wnt/β-catenin signaling,JAK/STAT signaling,and oxidative stress play critical roles in HCC ***,because there are few druggable genes used in HCC therapy,the identification of new therapeutic targets through integrated genomic approaches remains an important *** a large amount of HCC genomic data genotyped by high density single nucleotide polymorphism arrays is deposited in the public domain,copy number alteration(CNA)analyses of these arrays is a cost-effective way to reveal target genes through profiling of recurrent and overlapping amplicons,homozygous deletions and potentially unbalanced chromosomal translocations accumulated during HCC ***,integration of CNAs with other high-throughput genomic data,such as aberrantly coding transcriptomes and non-coding gene expression in human HCC tissues and rodent HCC models,provides lines of evidence that can be used to facilitate the identification of novel HCC target genes with the potential of improving the survival of HCC patients.
