The surface longitudinal cracking of peritectic steel Q345 D slab was studied by means of metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the surface longitudinal cracking is caused by the shell repeatedly tearing and healing under the action of stress, which is due to disruption of the steel matrix continuity with inclusion aggregation on the shell surface. The relative precautions of reducing the cracking are raised according to the practical situation.

1 BACKGROUND With the rapid development of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)over the past decades,they have become a major area of interest in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC)[1,2].There are evidence pointing that programmed cell death protein-1(PD-1)blockade,alone or in combination with anti-cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4(anti-CTLA4)therapy,achieved durable responses in patients with mismatch repair-deficient(dMMR)or microsatellite instability-high(MSI-H)metastatic CRC(mCRC)[3–6].However,the optimal diagnostic method for detecting dMMR/MSI-H disease as well as the optimal anti-PD-1-based treatment modality still remains controversial in this patient *** addition,for the majority of mCRC cases that are mismatch repair-proficient(pMMR)or microsatellite stable(MSS),the clinical benefits from these agents are generally minimal[3,7],driving extensive research efforts to develop effective combination therapies in this disease ***,investigations of anti-PD-1-based treatments have also been initiated in the nonmetastatic settings of CRC,with some encouraging preliminary evidence[8].Medical oncologists and surgeons from the Committee of Colorectal Cancer of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology had a panel discussion on immunotherapy for patients with colorectal cancer during a seminar on June 16,2020,in Guangzhou,***,the expert opinions have been summarized along with relevant clinical evidence(Table 1)to guide real-world treatment decision-making regarding the use of ICIs in patients with CRC.

Background: Oxaliplatin, irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, and l-leucovorin (FOLFIRINOX) has become one of the first-line treatment options for advanced pancreatic cancer (PC). However, the relatively high rate of grade 3 or 4 adverse events associated with the standard dosage of FOLFIRINOX limits its widespread use in clinical practice. In this study, we were to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a modified FOLFIRINOX regimen as a first-line chemotherapy for Chinese patients with metastatic PC. Methods: Patients with histologically confirmed primary metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0-2 were recruited to receive the modified FOLFIRINOX regimen (intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin, 65 mg/m2;irinotecan, 150 mg/m2;l-leucovorin, 200 mg/ m2;and 5-fluorouracil, 2400 mg/m2, repeated every 2 weeks). The treatment was continued for 12 cycles unless the patient had progressive disease (PD), stable disease (SD) with symptom deterioration, unacceptable adverse events, or requested to terminate the treatment prematurely. The primary endpoint was objective response rate (ORR). Results: Sixty-five patients were enrolled from July 2012 to April 2017 in three institutions, and they all received at least one cycle of chemotherapy, with a median of 8 cycles (range 1-12 cycles). No complete response was observed. Twenty-one (32.3%) patients had partial responses, and 27 (41.5%) had SD. The ORR and disease control rate of the study cohort was 32.3% and 73.8%. The estimated median overall survival and progression-free survival were 11.60 (95% confidence interval [CI] 8.76-14.44) and 5.77 (95% CI 5.00-6.54) months. Major grade 3 or 4 adverse events included neutropenia (12.3%) and diarrhea (6.2%). No treatment-related death was observed. Conclusions: Modified FOLFIRINOX was well-tolerated and might be a promising option as first-line therapy for Chinese patients with metastatic PC.

Introduction: Right-sided colon cancer(RSCC) and left-sided colorectal cancer(LSCRC) differ with respect to their biology and genomic patterns. This study aimed to examine whether the primary tumor location is associated with the response to cetuximab in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer(m CRC).Methods: Patients with mC RC treated with cetuximab and standard chemotherapy as first- or second-line treatments were compared with randomly chosen patients who were treated with chemotherapy alone between 2005 and *** main outcome measures were the overal response rate(ORR), progression-free survival(PFS), and overal survival(OS).The differences in the outcome were analyzed by using the chi-squared test, Student’s t test, and Kaplan-Meier ***: The treatment results of 206 patients with m CRC treated with cetuximab and standard chemotherapy as first- or second-line treatments were compared with those of 210 patients who were treated with chemotherapy alone. As a first-line treatment, cetuximab with chemotherapy was associated with a significantly higher ORR(49.4 % vs. 28.6 %, P = 0.005) as well as longer PFS(9.1 vs. 6.2 months, P = 0.002) and OS(28.9 vs. 20.1 months,P = 0.036) than chemotherapy alone in patients with LSCRC. However, cetuximab neither improved the ORR(36.4 % vs. 26.2 %, P = 0.349) nor prolonged PFS(5.6 vs. 5.7 months, P = 0.904) or OS(25.1 vs. 19.8 months, P = 0.553) in patients with RSCC. As a second-line treatment, cetuximab exhibited a tendency to improve the ORR(23.5 % vs. 10.2 %,P = 0.087) and prolong PFS(4.9 vs. 3.5 months, P = 0.064), and it significantly prolonged OS(17.1 vs. 12.4 months,P = 0.047) compared with chemotherapy alone in the patients with LSCRC. 背景与目的奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin)、伊立替康(irinotecan)、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil)和1-醛氢叶酸(l-leucovorin)联合用药(即FOLFIRINOX方案)已成为晚期胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer,PC)的一线治疗方案之一。然而,与FOLFIRINOX标准剂量相关的3级或4级不良事件的较高发生率限制了该方案在临床上的广泛应用。在本研究中,我们对改良FOLFIRINOX方案一线化疗中国转移性PC患者的疗效和安全性进行了评价。方法将组织学证实为原发转移性胰腺癌,且东部肿瘤协作组(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group,ECOG)体能状态评分为0-2的患者纳入本研究。所有患者均接受改良FOLFIRINOX方案治疗(静脉滴注奥沙利铂65 mg/m^2、伊立替康150 mg/m^2、l-醛氢叶酸200 mg/m^2、5-氟尿嘧啶2400 mg/m^2,每2周重复1次)。治疗持续12个周期,除非患者出现疾病进展(progressive disease,PD)、症状恶化的疾病稳定(stable disease,SD)、不可耐受的不良事件或要求提前终止治疗。主要终点为客观缓解率(objective response rate,ORR)。结果2012年7月至2017年4月期间,共有来自3个机构的65例患者被纳入本研究。所有患者均接受了至少1个周期化疗,化疗周期中位数为8个周期(范围:1-12个周期)。本研究中未观察到完全缓解。21(32.3%)例患者为部分缓解,27(41.5%)例表现为SD。总体人群的ORR和疾病控制率(diseasecontrol rate,DCR)分别为32.3%和73.8%。中位总生存期和无进展生存期分别为11.60[95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI):8.76-14.44]个月和5.77(95%CI:5.00-6.54)个月。主要的3级或4级不良事件包括中性粒细胞减少(12.3%)和腹泻(6.2%)。未观察到与治疗相关的死亡。结论改良FOLFIRINOX具有良好的耐受性,可作为中国转移性PC中国患者的一线治疗方案。
