Objective:To investigate the effect of Moringa oleifera leaf extract on semen quality parameters in Teressa goat ***:A total of 25 semen samples from six bucks were selected for the *** of 150×10^(6) were incubated in 0,300,500 and 700μg of leaf extract as groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,*** stored semen samples were analysed for motility,viability,total sperm abnormalities,plasma membrane,acrosomal and nuclear integrities,seminal plasma intracellular enzymes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)]and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)and spermatozoa malondialdehyde(MDA)and cholesterol efflux in comparison with the control group(groupⅠ)for up to 72 ***:Moringa oleifera leaf extract(500μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa)-treated semen had significantly higher motility,viability,plasma membrane,acrosomal and nuclear integrities,and TAC(Pkage of intra-cellular enzymes and cholesterol efflux showed a decreasing trend from group Ⅰto group Ⅲand then an opposite trend from group Ⅲ to group Ⅳ at different hours of liquid ***:Moringa oleifera leaf extract 500μg/150×10^(6) spermatozoa can be used for liquid semen preservation in Teressa goat at Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The extracellular matrix （ECM） performs essential functions in the differentiation, maintenance and remodeling of tissues during development and regeneration, and it undergoes dynamic changes during remodeling concomitant to alterations in the cell-ECM interactions. Here we discuss recent data addressing the critical role of the widely expressed ECM protein, matrilin-2 （Matn2） in the timely onset of differentiation and regeneration processes in myogenic, neural and other tissues and in tumorigenesis. As a multiadhesion adaptor protein, it interacts with other ECM proteins and integrins. Matn2 promotes neurite outgrowth, Schwann cell migration, neuromuscular junction formation, skeletal muscle and liver regeneration and skin wound healing. Matn2 deposition by myoblasts is crucial for the timely induction of the global switch toward terminal myogenic differentiation during muscle regeneration by affecting transforming growth factor beta/bone morphogenetic protein 7/Smad and other signal transduction pathways. depending on the type of tissue and the pathomechanism, Math2 can also promote or suppress tumor growth.

AIM: To study the hemodynamic effects of spironolactone with propranolol vs propranolol alone in the secondary prophylaxis of variceal bleeding. METHODS: Thirty-five cirrhotics with variceal bleeding randomly received propranolol (n = 17: Group A) or spironolactone plus propranolol (n = 18: Group B). Hemodynamic assessment was performed at baseline and on the eighth day. RESULTS: Spironolactone with propranolol caused a greater reduction in the hepatic venous pressure gradient than propranolol alone (26.94% vs 10.2%; P ded for secondary prophylaxis in patients with variceal bleeding.

A generalized threshold voltage model based on two-dimensional Poisson analysis has been developed for SOI/SON *** short channel field effects,such as fringing fields,junction-induced lateral fields and substrate fields,are carefully investigated,and the related drain-induced barrier-lowering effects are incorporated in the analytical threshold voltage *** analytical model-based simulation,the threshold voltage roll-off and subthreshold slope for both structures are compared for different operational and structural parameter *** of analytical simulation are compared with the results of the ATLAS 2D physics-based simulator for verification of the analytical *** performance of an SON MOSFET is found to be significantly different from a conventional SOI *** short channel effects are found to be reduced in an SON,thereby resulting in a lower threshold voltage roll-off and a smaller subthreshold *** type of analysis is quite useful to figure out the performance improvement of SON over SOI structures for next generation short channel MOS devices.

The widely used photocatalytic self-cleaning coating materials are often made of polymers and polymer based composites,where the photocatalyst immobilization occurs with ***,these organic polymers are often unstable under exposure to UV irradiation and easily degraded by reactive radicals produced in the photocatalytic *** order to solve this problem,in this paper,we present the facile preparation of a multifunctional coating with dual superhydrophobic and photocatalytic properties,where the fixation and the hydrophobization of the plasmonic Ag-TiO2 photocatalyst particles with visible light activity was performed with non-water soluble sulfur,which is a cheap and easily available *** resulted novel nanocomposite with rough and nano-tructured surface roughness(1.25–2.45 nm determined by small-angle X-ray scattering)has sufficient low surface energy(3.3 mJ/m2)for superhydrophobic(θ=151.1°v)***,in contrast of the organic and expensive fluoropolymer based composites,this non-wetting nature was durable,because the measured was higher than 150°during the long-term LED(λmax=405 nm)light irradiation.

We consider the energy dynamics of the power generation from the sun when the solar energy is con- centrated on to the emitter ofa thermo-electronic converter with the help of a parabolic mirror. We use the modified Richardson-Dushman equation. The emitter cross section is assumed to be exactly equal to the focused area at a height h from the base of the mirror to prevent loss of efficiency. We report the variation of output power with solar insolation, height h, reflectivity of the mirror, and anode temperature, initially assuming that there is no space charge effect. Our methodology allows us to predict the temperature at which the anode must be cooled in order to prevent loss of efficiency of power conversion. Novel ways of tackling the space charge problem have been discussed. The space charge effect is modeled through the introduction of a parameter f （0 〈 f 〈 1） in the thermos-electron emission equation. We find that the efficiency of the power conversion depends on solar insolation, height h, apart from radii R of the concentrator aperture and emitter, and the collector material properties. We have also considered solar thermos electronic power conversion by using single atom-layer graphene as an emitter.

The paper reveals that the variations in parameters like u *, the scaling velocity and θ*. The scaling temperature during the various phases of monsoon might be linked with subsynoptic features. The rise in u * is mainly connected with the presence of lower tropospheric cyclonic vorticity over a subsynoptic scale of the site. However the variations in θ. is mainly linked with the various phases of monsoon and θ * shows a sharp rise in presence of low level convective *** the correlation studies of u and u., θv and θv, θv-θv0 and θv, * are undertaken. The correlation between θv and θv * is poor. In other two cases correlations are good. Besides u / u * has shown good coefficient of variation values within the ξ range.

Temperature structure parameter in the vertical is estimated once by using the turbulence outer scale approximation and another by using the Obukhov similarity relationship during the formation of an elevated inversion.A comparison of the profiles drawn using both the methods is done for the pur- pose of assessing the accuracy of the similarity method when applied to levels above the surface-based *** profiles obtained by both the methods are also compared with a similar profile obtained af- ter considering a bulk shear between the ground and top of the elevated layer.

The use of three-dimensional(3D)printed concrete as formwork is becoming more widely applied within the ***,the technology is still not optimized and there are many reports of preliminary cracking during the curing of cast *** is believed to result from differential shrinkage between the printed and cast *** cracks(in the printed concrete or at the interface between the infill and printed concrete)form a preferential path for aggressive substances and can reduce the durability of the combined concrete *** ensure the desired service life of the structure,it is important that the differential shrinkage between cast and printed concrete is *** study investigated the effect of curing conditions on the differential shrinkage behavior of 3D and cast *** influence of prewetting of the dry-cured 3D printed formwork was also *** the experimental program,a vibrated and self-compacting concrete were used as cast *** 3D printed formwork was produced and combined with cast concrete to simulate a concrete *** formwork was cured for 1,7,or 28 d exposed to the air(relative humidity:60%or 95%)or submerged in *** length change of the combined elements was observed over 56 d after concrete casting and throughout the thickness of the *** show that increasing the curing period in dry conditions of the printed concrete leads to an expansion of the formwork on the first day after *** expansion leads to a non-uniform strain evolution throughout the curing period of the combined *** concrete formwork stored in wet conditions does not expand after the casting process but tends to show a decreasing linear deformation within the whole elements.
