在排污管道系统中,地下水的渗入是个普遍问题。随着管材的老化,地下水可通过破损的管壁或接口处渗入管中,渗入的地下水会给环境带来危害并造成经济损失,是一个值得关注的重要问题。为了评估地下水渗入量,发达国家的学者发展并提出了三种定量方法:水量平衡法,同位素示踪法以及污染物负荷法,其中水量平衡法是传统的方法,而后两种方法是近几年提出的新方法。详细介绍了三种方法的原理和特点,通过对比发现:传统的水量平衡法精度低,误差大,但可实施性强,费用低;同位素示踪法精度高,误差小,但对区域水文条件有特定要求,且评估费用高。经综合比较分析后认为,污染物负荷法将是一种有希望得到普遍应用的方法。

AIM:To validate high definition endoscopes with Fujinon intelligent chromoendoscopy(FICE) in ***:The image quality of normal white light endoscopy(WLE),that of the 10 available FICE filters and that of a gold standard(0.2% indigo carmine dye) were ***:FICE-filter 4 [red,green,and blue(RGB) wavelengths of 520,500,and 405 nm,respectively] provided the best images for evaluating the vascular pattern compared to white *** mucosal surface was best assessed using filter ***,the views obtained were not rated significantly better than those observed with white *** "gold standard",indigo carmine(IC) dye,was found to be superior to both white light and filter *** 6(RGB wavelengths of 580,520,and 460 nm,respectively) allowed for exploration of the IC-stained *** assessing mucosal polyps,both FICE with magnification,and magnification following dye spraying were superior to the same techniques without magnification and to white light *** the presence of suboptimal bowel preparation,observation with the FICE mode was possible,and endoscopists considered it to be superior to observation with white ***:FICE-filter 4 with magnification improves the image quality of the colonic vascular patterns obtained with WLE.

＜正＞Nor epinephrine （NE） release from locus Ceruolus play important role in regulating awaken/sleep and pain. Because lack of ionotropic receptor channels, NE release cannot be recorded by postsynaptic currents. To investigate stimulus-NE secretion in locus coeruleus （LC） brain slice, we combine measurements of patch-clamp and amperometry, which can detect electrochemically detect quantal NE release. When the neurons are depolariz.d by applying KC1 （80 mmol/L）, glutamate （10 mmol/L）, voltage pulse quantal NE secretion can be recorded by micro carbon fiber electrode （CFE）. The quantal release was reversible blocked by 200 umol/L CdCl2, an antagonist of voltage dependent Ca2+ channels. In contrast to the glutamate EPSCs, which have a latency after stimulus impulse within 1ms, the latency of NE release is 339 ms in the same neurons. Pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with or without streptococcal and other bacterial infections (PANDAS/CANS) are emerging as a featured pediatric disorder. Although there is some controversy regarding treatment approaches, especially related to the behavioral sequelae, we have hypothesiz.d in other published work that it is characteriz.d by the rapid onset of Reward Deficiency Syndrome (RDS) in children. We propose utiliz.ng a multi-systems biological approach involving the coupling of genetic addiction risk testing and pro-dopamine regulation (KB220/POLYGEN ® ) to help induce “dopamine homeostasis” in patients with PANDAS, especially those with known DNA-induced hypodopaminergia. This case study examines a 12-year-old Caucasian male with no prior psychiatric issues who presented with a sudden onset of severe anxiety, depression, emotional liability, and suicidal ideation. The patient underwent genotyping and the genetic addiction risk score (GARS) testing, which revealed risk polymorphisms in the dopamine D2 (-DRD2/ANKK (Taq1A), OPRM1 (A/G), DRD3 (C/T), and MAOA (4R) genes. These polymorphisms have been linked to hypodopaminergia. The patient was subsequently placed on research ID-KB220z.BMPOLY (POLYGEN ® ), and albeit the possibility of bias, based upon self and parental assessment, a marked rapid improvement in psychiatric symptoms was observed. In the second phase of treatment (102 days utiliz.ng KB220), the patient received standard antibody testing, which was positive for Lyme. Antibacterial therapy started immediately, and KB220z.was discontinued to provide a wash-out period. A monotonic trend analysis was performed on each outcome measure, and a consistently decreasing trend was observed utiliz.ng antibacterial therapy. We introduce two new linear differential operators which are invariant with respect to the unitary group SU（n）. They constitute analogues of the twistor and the Rarita-Schwinger operator in the orthogonal case. The natural setting for doing this is Hermitian Clifford Analysis. Such operators are constructed by twisting the two versions of the Hermitian Dirac operator 6z. and 6z. and then projecting on irreducible modules for the unitary group. We then study some properties of their spaces of nullsolutions and we find a formulation of the Hermitian Rarita-Schwinger operators in terms of Hermitian monogenic polynomials.

The fusion hindrance,which is also denominated by the term extra-push,is studied on mass-symmetric systems by the use of the liquid drop model with the two-center *** the idea that the fusion hindrance exists only if the liquid drop barrier(saddle point) is located at the inner side of the contact point after overcoming the outer Coulomb barrier,the reactions in which two barriers are overlapped with each other are *** is shown that there are many systems where the fusion hindrance does not exist for the atomic number of projectile or target nucleus z.43,while for z. 43,all of the mass-symmetric reactions are fusion-hindered.
