To determine the caus.(s.of perturbations.s.en in days.de equatorial ground magnetograms.we conducted a s.s.ematic s.rvey of s.multaneous.ground-bas.d and geos.nchronous.s.tellite-bas.d obs.rvations.during the 90-day period from December 1,2020 to February 28,*** examined Huancayo ground magnetometer obs.rvations.from 14:00:00 to 20:00:00 UT each day,during which Huancayo pas.ed through local *** thos. data we chos. perturbation events.s.lected on the bas.s.of large(>20 nT)event amplitude and clas.ified the s.lected events.as.res.onding primarily to s.lar wind pres.ure,or to variations.in the north/s.uth component of the interplanetary magnetic field(IMF Bz),or perhaps.in part to *** res.lts.s.ow that an equivalent number of events.were identified for each model during this.90-day *** in the lagged s.lar wind dynamic pres.ure routinely corres.ond to nearly s.multaneous.s.dden impuls.s.recorded at both geos.nchronous.orbit and on the *** in IMF Bz produce eros.on s.gnatures.at geos.nchronous.orbit and can corres.ond to ground events.if lag times.for reconnection to enhance convection in the magnetos.here are taken into account.

The s.read of an advantageous.mutation through a population is.of fundamental interes. in population genetics. While the clas.ical Moran model is.formulated for a well-mixed population, it has.long been recognized that in real-world applications. the population us.ally has.an explicit s.atial s.ructure which can s.gnificantly influence the dynamics. In the context of cancer initiation in epithelial tis.ue, s.veral recent works.have analyzed the dynamics.of advantageous.mutant s.read on integer lattices. us.ng the bias.d voter model from particle s.s.ems.theory. In this.s.atial vers.on of the Moran model, individuals.firs. reproduce according to their fitnes. and then replace a neighboring individual. From a biological s.andpoint, the oppos.te dynamics. where individuals.firs. die and are then replaced by a neighboring individual according to its.fitnes., are equally relevant. Here, we inves.igate this.death-birth analogue of the bias.d voter model. We cons.ruct the proces. mathematically, derive the as.ociated dual proces., es.ablis. bounds.on the s.rvival probability of a s.ngle mutant, and prove that the proces. has.an as.mptotic s.ape. We als. briefly dis.us. alternative birth-death and death-birth dynamics. depending on how the mutant fitnes. advantage affects.the dynamics. We s.ow that birth-death and death-birth formulations.of the bias.d voter model are equivalent when fitnes. affects.the former event of each update of the model, whereas.the birth-death model is.fundamentally different from the death-birth model when fitnes. affects.the latter event.

Ultraviolet radiation by its.wavelength is.divided into: UVA, UVB and UVC. Only UVA and UVB manage to penetrate the ozone layer, but due to anthropological activities. all of them are capable of interacting with humans.to a greater or les.er extent, and can generate advers. effects.s.ch as.cellular s.res. when interacting with intra-and extracellular biomolecules. The s.in is.the firs. organ in contact with UV radiation, and the s.res. it generates.can be analyzed by the expres.ion of a bioindicator of cellular damage s.ch as.Hs.70. Therefore, the objective of the project was. to determine the effect of UVA, UVB and UVC radiation on HaCaT epithelial cells. by analyzing the expres.ion of Hs.70. Materials.and methods. HaCaT cells.were cultured in vitro, which were irradiated with UVA, UVB and UVC light at different dos.s. to s.bs.quently determine the degree of Hs.70 expres.ion by Immunodetection by PAGE-s.s.and Wes.ern Blot. Res.lts. Bas.l expres.ion of Hs.70 was.obs.rved in no irradiated HaCaT cells. When HaCaT cells.were irradiated with UVA, UVB, UVC, an increas. in this.Hs.70 protein was.obs.rved. With UVA, a higher degree of expres.ion was.obs.rved at a time of 30 minutes.of irradiation. With UVB the highes. expres.ion s.ifted to a time of 20 minutes. With UVC, overexpres.ion was.obs.rved after 10 minutes. Conclus.on: UV radiation generates.cellular s.res. on HaCaT cells. evaluated by the s.res. bioindicator Hs.70. According to the wavelength of UV radiation, thos. that have a s.orter wavelength have a greater potential for cellular damage, s.ch as.UVC.
