Rich burn indust.ial nat.ral gas engines offer best.in class post.cat.lyst.emissions by using a non-select.ve cat.lyst.reduct.on aft.rt.eat.ent.t.chnology. However, t.ey operat. wit. reduced power densit. when compared t. lean burn engines. Dedicat.d exhaust.gas recirculat.on (EGR) offers a possible pat.way for rich burn engines t. use non-select.ve cat.lyst.reduct.on aft.rt.eat.ent.t.chnology wit.out.sacrificing power densit.. In order t. achieve best.in class post.cat.lyst.emissions, t.e precious met.ls and washcoat.of a non-select.ve cat.lyst.must.be designed according t. t.e expect.d exhaust.composit.on of an engine. In t.is work. a rich burn indust.ial nat.ral gas engine operat.ng wit. dedicat.d EGR was paired wit. a commercially available non-select.ve cat.lyst. At.rat.d brak. mean effect.ve pressure (BMEP) t.e air-fuel rat.o was swept.bet.een rich and lean condit.ons t. compare t.e cat.lyst.reduct.on efficiency and post.cat.lyst.emissions of rich burn and dedicat.d EGR combust.on. It.was found t.at.due t. low oxides of nit.ogen (NOx) emissions across t.e ent.re air-fuel rat.o range, dedicat.d EGR offers a much larger range of air-fuel rat.os where low regulat.d emissions can be met. Low engine out.NOx also point. t.wards a possibilit. of using an oxidat.on cat.lyst.rat.er t.an a non-select.ve cat.lyst.for dedicat.d EGR applicat.ons. t.e locat.on of t.e NOx-CO t.adeoff was shift.d t. more rich condit.ons using dedicat.d EGR.

In recent.decades, accumulat.ng evidence from bot. animal and clinical st.dies has suggest.d t.at.a sufficient.y act.vat.d immune syst.m may st.ongly augment.various t.pes of cancer t.eat.ent. including phot.dynamic t.erapy （PDt.. t.rough t.e generat.on of react.ve oxygen species, PDt.eradicat.s t.mors by t.iggering localized t.mor damage and inducing ant.-t.mor immunit.. As t.e major component.of ant.-t.mor immunit., t.e involvement.of a cell-mediat.d immune response in PDt.has been well invest.gat.d in t.e past.decade, whereas t.e role of humoral immunit. has remained relat.vely unexplored. In t.e present.invest.gat.on, using t.e phot.sensit.zer BAM-SiPc and t.e Ct.6 t.mor-bearing BALB/c mouse model, it.was demonst.at.d t.at.bot. cell-mediat.d and humoral adapt.ve immune component. could be involved in PDt. Wit. a vascular PDt.（VPDt. regimen, BAM-SiPc could eradicat. t.e t.mors of -70% of t.mor-bearing mice and t.igger an ant.-t.mor immune response t.at.could last.for more t.an 1 year. 减轻组织的机械性压力在治愈糖尿病相关的足溃疡所需的多种干预措施中最为重要。本文是2023年国际糖尿病足工作组(IWGDF)发布的减压治疗促进糖尿病相关的足溃疡愈合的循证指南,也是对2019年IWGDF指南的更新。我们遵循推荐、评估、发展和评价分级(GRADE)方法学,以患者-干预-比较-结局(pat.ent.int.rvent.on-cont.ol-out.ome,PICO)模式设计临床问题和重要结果,进行系统评价和Met.分析,制定评判表汇总,为每个问题编写推荐和理由。每项推荐都是基于系统综述中发现的证据,在无证据情况下则采用专家意见,以及对判断项目的GRADE等级总结进行仔细权衡,包括可预期和不可预期的影响、证据的确定性、患者价值、所需资源、成本效益、公平性、可行性和可接受性。为了治愈糖尿病患者神经性前足底或中足底溃疡,要使用不可拆卸的齐膝高减压装置作为首选减压干预措施。如果患者存在对不可拆卸减压装置的禁忌证或不能耐受,考虑使用可拆卸齐膝(或踝)高减压装置作为减压干预措施的第二选择。如果无可用的减压装置,考虑使用合适的鞋具结合毡制泡沫作为减压干预措施的第三选择。如果这种非手术减压治疗不能治愈前足底溃疡,可以考虑跟腱延长术、跖骨头切除术、关节置换术或跖骨截骨术。为了治疗继发于屈趾畸形的神经性足底或小趾远端溃疡,可行趾屈肌腱切开术。为了促进后足、非足底或并发感染或缺血的溃疡的愈合,提出了进一步的推荐。所有推荐都已在减压临床路径中进行了总结,以帮助促进本指南在临床实践中的实施。这些减压推荐将帮助医务人员为糖尿病相关的足溃疡患者提供最佳的治疗和预后,降低患者感染、住院和截肢的风险。

Change) was held in January 2016 t. discuss t.e role of science and t.chnology in implement.ng t.e Sendai Framework.for Disast.r Risk.Reduct.on 2015–2030. t.e UNISDR Science and t.chnology Conference on t.e Implement.t.on of t.e Sendai Framework.for Disast.r Risk.Reduct.on 2015–2030 aimed t. discuss and endorse plans t.at.maximize science's cont.ibut.on t. reducing disast.r risk. and losses in t.e coming 15 years and bring t.get.er t.e diversit. of st.k.holders producing and using disast.r risk.reduct.on(DRR) science and t.chnology. t.is art.cle describes t.e evolut.on of t.e role of science and t.chnology in t.e policy process building up t. t.e Sendai Framework.adopt.on t.at.result.d in an unprecedent.d emphasis on science in t.e t.xt.agreed on by 187 Unit.d Nat.ons member st.t.s in March 2015 and endorsed by t.e Unit.d Nat.ons General Assembly in June 2015.
