Cu-based electrocatalysts have become the focus in the field of electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(ECO_(2) RR)due to their ability to produce multicarbon ***,the research on generating single carbon products with higher economic feasibility via ECO_(2) RR based on Cu-based electrocatalysts is rather rare,and the roles of the surface architecture and oxides of the electrocatalysts have not been explained *** this work,a two-step method including thermal oxidation and electroreduction is proposed to introduce Cuþinto pure Cu foil to form Cu_(2)O/Cu *** regulating the surface composition and morphology of the electrocatalyst in this way,the activity of ECO 2 RR to C_(1) products has been greatly *** Faradaic efficiency of carbon products of the Cu_(2)O/Cu electrode reaches 84%at?0.7 V *** with good selectivity for HCOOH and *** current density of Cu_(2)O/Cu electrode reaches-12.21 mA cm^(2) at-0.8 V ***,which is much higher than that of the Cu foil electrode(?0.09 mA cm?2).In-situ Raman characterization shows that Cuþin Cu_(2)O/Cu electrode could inhibit hydrogen generation and promote ECO_(2) RR by stabilizing the adsorption of CO_(2).

This paper develops a trustworthy deep learning model that considers electricity demand(G)and local climate *** model utilises Multi-Head Self-Attention Transformer(TNET)to capture critical information from𝐻,to attain reliable predictions with local climate(rainfall,radiation,humidity,evaporation,and maximum and minimum temperatures)data from Energex substations in Queensland,*** TNET model is then evaluated with deep learning models(Long-Short Term Memory LSTM,Bidirectional LSTM BILSTM,Gated Recurrent Unit GRU,Convolutional Neural Networks CNN,and Deep Neural Network DNN)based on robust model assessment *** Kernel Density Estimation method is used to generate the prediction interval(PI)of electricity demand forecasts and derive probability metrics and results to show the developed TNET model is accurate for all the *** study concludes that the proposed TNET model is a reliable electricity demand predictive tool that has high accuracy and low predictive errors and could be employed as a stratagem by demand modellers and energy policy-makers who wish to incorporate climatic factors into electricity demand patterns and develop national energy market insights and analysis systems.

Gauge Invariance of Gravitodynamical Potentials in the Jefimenko’s Generalized Theory of Gravitation

In the Jefimenko’s generalized theory of gravitation, it is proposed the existence of certain potentials to help us to calculate the gravitational and cogravitational fields, such potentials are also presumed non-invariant under certain gauge transformations. In return, we propose that there is a way to perform the calculation of certain potentials that can be derived without using some kind of gauge transformation, and to achieve this we apply the Helmholtz’s theorem. This procedure leads to the conclusion that both gravitational and cogravitational fields propagate simultaneously in a delayed and in an instant manner. On the other hand, it is also concluded that these potentials thus obtained can be real physical quantities, unlike potentials obtained by Jefimenko, which are only used as a mathematical tool for calculating gravitational and cogravitational fields.

We present the case of an unusual presentation of Dressler’s syndrome and the important role of new imaging techniques in its diagnosis. A 42-year-old man was admitted with progressive dyspnoea and pleuritic chest pain during the last two months. Physical examination showed signs of hemodynamic instability (BP 75/40, HR 120 bpm). X-Ray showed cardiomegaly and electrocardiogram was suggestive of chronic anterior myocardial infarction. Transthoracic echocardiography showed pericardial effusion with signs of hemodynamic compromise. Emergent cardiac surgery was performed with suspicion of cardiac rupture. Only fibrinous material and serous fluid was found. 72 hours later he required reoperation because of recurrence of cardiac tamponade. Pleuropericardial window was made. Anti-inflammatory treatment was initiated. At discharge a magnetic resonance imaging study was performed. Diffuse pericardial inflammation consistent with a diagnosis of Dressler’s syndrome (DS) was demonstrated in T2- weighted black-blood and late enhancement sequences. One month later neither pleural nor pericardial effusion had recurred. Postinfarction pericardial effusions are common and magnetic resonance imaging has proven useful in determining its aetiology.

The Transcervical Extended Access, a Feasible Approach for the Surgical Treatment of Benign Tumors of the Posterior Mediastinum?

Transcervical approach for tumors of the posterior mediastinum is traditionally thought not to be indicated. Hereby we report on a case of a patient with a huge neurogenic tumor of the posterior mediastinum which was successfully excised through a transcervical extended approach and, additionally, the variety of surgical approaches used to remove tumors of the posterior mediastinum is discussed. The new refined techniques of transcervical extended mediastinal operations, which are recently gaining popularity among surgeons, allowed for a safe dissection of the tumor, thus patient could benefit from a short painless postoperative course. The authors suggest that surgeons trained in these particular techniques should consider the choice of the transcervical extended access in selected cases of benign tumors of the posterior mediastinum.

BACKGROUND Tuberculous pericarditis(TP)remains a challenge for endemic *** developing countries,one to two percent of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis develops *** SUMMARY A 49-year-old woman presented with dyspnea,chest pain and dry *** physical examination,veiled heart sounds were *** electrocardiogram showed low-voltage complexes and the transthoracic echocardiography revealed a large and free-looking pericardial *** patient was taken for an open *** pericardial fluid revealed high levels of adenosine deaminase and Ziehl-Neelsen stain showed acid-fast *** chain reaction study for Mycobacterium tuberculosis in pericardial fluid was *** patient received tetra conjugate management with adequate clinical response after the first week of treatment and resolution of fever and chest *** In cases of TP,obtaining pericardial fluid and/or pericardial biopsy is the most efficient strategy to confirm the *** diagnosis of this entity will allow physicians to initiate timely treatment,avoid complications and improve the patient's clinical outcome,so we consider the description of this case pertinent and its review in the literature.

Nutrient loss from agricultural fields is one of the main factors influencing surface-and ground-water *** fertilizer nitrogen(N)consumption rates in vegetable production systems and horticultural crops in Puerto Rico fluctuate between 112 and 253 kg N/*** nitrogen use efficiency of vegetable crops is low,increasing the potential for nitrogen losses and high residual soil nitrate *** of residual soil N and N losses to the environment can be a difficult *** models such as the USDA-ARS N Index can be used to identify the relative magnitude of varying N-loss pathways and to identify best management *** studies were conducted to quantify residual soil N and crop N removal,and to validate the Nitrogen Index in onion,tropical pumpkin and tomato production systems in the Lajas Valley in southwestern Puerto *** between observed and simulated values were determined to examine the capability of the model for evaluating N *** was good correlation between observed and predicted values for residual soil N(r=0.88)and crop N removal(r=0.99)(p<0.05).In the production systems evaluated,the N volatilization losses ranged from 1 to 4 kg N/ha,the denitrification losses ranged from 18 to 46 kg N/ha,the leaching losses ranged from 155 to 779 kg N/ha,and the residual soil nitrate ranged from 64 to 401 kg N/*** N use efficiency ranged from 15% to 39%.The results obtained showed that the Nitrogen Index tool can be a useful tool for evaluating N transformations in vegetable production systems of Puerto Rico's semi-arid zone.
