Gradient biomaterials are considered as preferable matrices for tissue engineering due to better simulation of native *** introduction of gradient cues usually needs special equipment and complex process but is only effective to limited *** of multiple gradients in the hydrogels remains ***,betasheet rich silk nanofibers(BSNF)were used as building blocks to introduce multiple gradients into different hydrogel systems through the joint action of crosslinking and electric *** blocks migrated to the anode along the electric field and gradually stagnated due to the solution-hydrogel transition of the systems,finally achieving gradient distribution of the blocks in the formed *** gradient distribution of the blocks could be tuned easily through changing different factors such as solution viscosity,which resulted in highly tunable gradient of mechanical *** blocks were also aligned under the electric field,endowing orientation gradient *** cargos could be loaded on the blocks and form gradient cues through the same crosslinking-electric field *** building blocks could be introduced to various hydrogels such as Gelatin and NIPAM,indicating the *** niches with multiple gradient cues could be achieved through the ***-based hydrogels with suitable mechanical gradients were fabricated to control the osteogenesis and ***-osteogenic gradient transition was obtained,which stimulated the ectopic osteochondral tissue regeneration in *** versatility and highly controllability of the strategy as well as multifunction of the building blocks reveal the applicability in complex tissue engineering and various interfacial tissues.

中国户籍登记系统存在漏登人口问题,但政府部门尚未开展户籍漏登估计工作.联合国统计司建议各国采用的单重漏登估计量未覆盖全部漏登人口,低估漏登率.本文提出用合成漏登估计量替代单重漏登估计量,并通过案例研究,比较了合成漏登估计量与单重漏登估计量.实证研究结果表明:四种合成漏登估计量估计的漏登率均高于单重漏登估计量;除其中一种合成漏登估计量估计的漏登率的抽样标准差略高于单重漏登估计量外,其他三种合成漏登估计量估计结果的抽样标准差均小于单重漏登估计量.研究结果为统计局和公安部未来制定户籍登记系统漏登估计方案提供重要参考,提高方案的科学性和可操作性.

本文旨在引入美国的人口统计分析模型,建立适合于在我国应用的人口统计分析模型.采取文献解读法和概率模型法,研究人口统计分析模型及其相关问题.研究结果表明:人口统计分析模型在我国的研究尚处于起步阶段,建立我国的人口统计分析模型,不能照搬美国的人口统计分析模型,而应该结合我国实际情况有所改进与创新;建立人口统计分析模型分为两个层次,一是建立基于全面资料的人口统计分析模型,无需计算抽样方差,二是建立基于抽样调查资料的人口统计分析模型,需采用刀切法近似计算其抽样方差;人口统计分析模型的优势是,充分利用了出生、死亡及国际迁移等人口行政记录资料,节约了数据采集成本,与人口普查独立,劣势是,估计结果具有不确定性,尤其是其中的国际净迁移人数的估计结果差异较大.人口统计分析模型有望应用于我国2030年人口普查净误差估计,开创我国在该领域使用人口统计分析模型的先河.

Peripheral nerve injuries induce a severe motor and sensory deficit. Since the availability of autologous nerve transplants for nerve repair is very limited, alternative treatment strategies are sought, including the use of tubular nerve guidance conduits(tNGCs). However, the use of tNGCs results in poor functional recovery and central necrosis of the regenerating tissue, which limits their application to short nerve lesion defects(typically shorter than 3 cm). Given the importance of vascularization in nerve regeneration, we hypothesized that enabling the growth of blood vessels from the surrounding tissue into the regenerating nerve within the tNGC would help eliminate necrotic processes and lead to improved regeneration. In this study, we reported the application of macroscopic holes into the tubular walls of silk-based tNGCs and compared the various features of these improved silk^(+) tNGCs with the tubes without holes(silk^(–) tNGCs) and autologous nerve transplants in an 8-mm sciatic nerve defect in rats. Using a combination of micro-computed tomography and histological analyses, we were able to prove that the use of silk^(+) tNGCs induced the growth of blood vessels from the adjacent tissue to the intraluminal neovascular formation. A significantly higher number of blood vessels in the silk^(+) group was found compared with autologous nerve transplants and silk^(–), accompanied by improved axon regeneration at the distal coaptation point compared with the silk^(–) tNGCs at 7 weeks postoperatively. In the 15-mm(critical size) sciatic nerve defect model, we again observed a distinct ingrowth of blood vessels through the tubular walls of silk^(+) tNGCs, but without improved functional recovery at 12 weeks postoperatively. Our data proves that macroporous tNGCs increase the vascular supply of regenerating nerves and facilitate improved axonal regeneration in a short-defect model but not in a critical-size defect model. Starting from sissotrin (1), a natural isoflavonoid isolated from Trifolium baccarinii (Fabaceae), one new semisynthetic derivative, 6-nitrobiochanin A (1b) and two known derivatives, 8-nitrobiochanin A (1a) and 2",3",4",6"-tetraacetylsissotrin (1c) have been obtained after performing nitration and acetylation reactions. Their structures were assigned after interpretation of their spectrometric (HR-ESI-MS) and spectroscopic (NMR 1D and 2D) data and by comparison with those reported in the literature. The substrate as well as the semisynthetic derivatives were evaluated for their antibacterial activities against six strains. The results reveal that they are inactive or weakly active on the strains tested with the exception of 8-nitrobiochanin A (1a) which showed moderate activity (MIC = 62.5 μg∙ml−1) on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 43300.

The atomic-to-molecular gas conversion is a critical step in the baryon cycle of galaxies,which sets the initial conditions for subsequent star formation and influences the multi-phase interstellar *** compiled a sample of 94 nearby galaxies with observations of multi-phase gas contents by utilizing public HⅠ,CO,and optical IFU data from the Ma NGA survey together with new FAST HⅠ*** agreement with previous results,our sample shows that the global molecular-to-atomic gas ratio(Rmol≡log MH2/MHⅠ) is correlated with the global stellar mass surface density μ*with a kendall's τ coefficient of 0.25 and pless tightly but still correlated with stellar mass and NUV-r color,and not related to the specific star formation rate（sSFR）.The cold gas distribution and kinematics inferred from the HⅠand CO global profile asymmetry and shape do not significantly rely on *** to the availability of kpc-scale observations of MaNGA,we decompose galaxies into HⅡ,composite,and AGN-dominated regions by using the BPT *** increasing Rmol,the fraction of HⅡregions within 1.5 effective radius decreases slightly;the density distribution in the spatially resolved BPT diagram also changes significantly,suggesting changes in metallicity and ionization *** with high Rmoltend to have high oxygen abundance,both at one effective radius with a kendall's τ coefficient of 0.37(pl *** all parameters investigated here,the oxygen abundance at one effective radius has the strongest relation with global *** dependence of gas conversion on gas distribution and galaxy ionization states is *** contrast,the observed positive relation between oxygen abundance（μ*） and Rmolindicates that the gas conversion is efficient in regions of high metallicity（density）.
