Introduction: Breast cancer is the leading cancer and the leading cause of cancer death in women worldwide. About 5% to 10% of breast cancer patients present with metastases. While the 5-year survival of patients with local breast cancer varies around 98.8%, this survival rate drops to around 26.3% for metastatic patients. The obj.ctive of this study was to determine the survival of patients with metastatic breast cancer in resource-limited settings. Patients and Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study that took place in the Cancer Department of the General Hospital of Loandj.li in Pointe Noire during the period from j.nuary 1, 2013 to December 31, 2018, for duration of 6 years. 30 records of patients over 18 years of age and with histological evidence who received at least 3 courses of chemotherapy were collected. The variables studied were: age, level of education, socio-economic level, menopausal status, history, WHO status, menopausal status, tumor size, histological type, tumor location, the type of treatment and survival. Survival was calculated by Kaplan Meier method. Fisher’s exact test was used to search for correlation between variables. Results: The average age was 52.62 ± 10.96 years old. The extremes were 33 years and 75 years old. The most represented level of education was the primary level in 67% of cases. The maj.rity of patients had low socioeconomic status in 50% of cases. The patients were menopausal in 57% of cases. The antecedents of cancer were present in 13% of cases. 50% of patients had a WHO status performance at 2. The tumor size was greater than 2 cm in 77% of cases. The most represented histological type was invasive ductal carcinoma in 93% of cases. The most represented histological grade was Scharff grade III richardson bloom in 80% of cases. The most represented metastatic localization was pulmonary in 33% of cases. [背景]流行病学文献表明,空气污染物暴露与胎儿的发育相关联。[目的]探讨产妇在妊娠2-8周期间的空气污染物暴露及其与先天性心脏缺陷的关联。[方法]此项出生缺陷预防研究是一项由9个州参加的病例对照研究。给参加这项研究的妊娠妇女分配1周和7周里一氧化碳、二氧化氮、臭氧、二氧化硫的每日最高浓度平均值,以及细颗粒物和粗颗粒物的24 h测量值,采用的方法是在妊娠早期收集这些妇女住所50 km内最接近的空气监测点的测量值。根据不同的污染物,最多4 632例活产对照和3 328例活产、死胎或流产病例有空气污染暴露的数据。应用分层回归模型,并以产妇的人口统计学、烟草和酒精使用情况进行调整。对于多污染物共同暴露的情况,则采用主成分分析来评估这些关联。[结果]二氧化氮暴露与主动脉缩窄及肺动脉瓣狭窄之间存在正性关联。细颗粒物暴露与左室发育不良心脏综合征呈正性相关,但与房间隔缺损呈负性相关。检测个体的暴露周数表明,使用7周的平均水平未观察到污染物与缺陷之间的关联。多污染物分析的结果支持左室流出道阻塞与二氧化氮之间、左室发育不良心脏综合征与颗粒物之间存在关联,尽管在最高的暴露水平时估计值是下降的。[结论]采用每日最高污染物水平探讨个体暴露周数揭示了某些污染物与心脏缺陷之间存在一些正向关联,并且提示在妊娠期间存在潜在的敏感性窗口期。

Fifty years ago, Hans A. Panofsky published a paper entitled Determination of stress from wind and temperature measurements. In his famous paper, he presented a new profile function for the mean horizontal wind speed under the condition of diabatic stratification that includes his integral similarity function. With his integral similarity function, he opened the door for Monin-Obukhov scaling in a wide range of micrometeorological and microclimatological applications. In a historic survey ranging from the sixties of the past century down to the present days, we present integral similarity functions for momentum, sensible heat, and water vapor for both unstable and stable stratification, where on the one hand free convection condition and on the other hand strongly stable stratification are addressed.

A search for the rare decays W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D0γis performed using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.0fb−*** significant signal is observed for either decay mode and upper limits on their branching fractions are set using W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→μ+μ−decays as normalization *** upper limits are 6.5×10^(−4) and 2.1×10^(−3) at 95% confidence level for the W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D^(0)γ decay modes,*** is the first reported search for the Z→D^(0)γ decay,while the upper limit on the W+→D+sγbranching fraction improves upon the previous best limit.

摘要目的为了研究网格标记心肌负荷评估是否可以显示心肌梗死边缘部位并确定病人室性心律失常的危险性,因为心肌梗死边缘部位可能是在ST段抬高性心肌梗死(STEMI)后发生室性心律失常的一个重要因素。方法45例STEMI病人在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后第3d和第90d接受心脏MR(CMR)检查。通过网格标记图像计算周缘峰值收缩应变值(CS)和应变速率(CSR)。根据钆延迟强化区域分布的不同,将心肌分为梗死区、边缘区、邻近区、远处区。

In recent years,many works are focus on the modelling and simulation of flexible multibody systems,and the equations of motion are generally formulated as index-3 differential-algebraic equations(DAEs).Efficient and stable numerical method for DAEs becomes one of the key problems in flexible multibody dynamics. In time integration methods,small time step size will bring high accuracy but long time costs,while the large one is j.st the opposite.A compromise way is to use the variable time step size,which can be adaptive during the *** on generalized-a method and an energy-momentum conserving method presented by Bathe,the adaptive time integration is *** each discrete time interval, the time step size is changed through richardson extrapolation with the definable computation accuracy. A flexible slider-crank system modelled by absolute nodal coordinate method is used to validate the adaptive time integration *** accuracy and efficiency are determined by the expected order of the accuracy in richardson extrapolation.

摘要背景对心肌梗死处理措施的进步大大减少了其发病率和死亡率。方法在经过急性治疗后,一些诊断和预后的问题仍然有待解决,因此心脏影像起着重要的作用。结果有些病人在梗死后将经受早期机械性并发症,而其他病人可能会有严重的心室功能障碍。此外,许多病人要承担遗留的冠状动脉疾病的重大负担,这些冠状动脉疾病解释了功能性缺血性状态和(或)疑似心肌缺血范围的生存能力。结论在评价心脏功能、压力负荷实验和心肌组织表征方面,心脏磁共振成像(CMR)显示出其无与伦比的优势。
