Resistant hypertension(failure to achieve target blood pressures with three or more antihypertensive drugs including a diuretic)is an important and preventable cause of *** is highly prevalent in China(>60%of persons above age 65),and only~6%of hypertensives in China are controlled to target *** strokes occur among persons with resistant hypertension;approximately half of strokes could be prevented by blood pressure *** for uncontrolled hypertension include(1)non-compliance;(2)consumption of substances that aggravated hypertension,such as excess salt,alcohol,licorice,decongestants and oral contraceptives;(3)therapeutic inertia(failure to intensify therapy when target blood pressures are not achieved);and(4)diagnostic inertia(failure to investigate the cause of resistant hypertension).In China,an additional factor is lack of availability of appropriate antihypertensive therapy in many healthcare *** restriction in combination with a diet similar to the Cretan Mediterranean or the DASH(Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension)diet can lower blood pressure in proportion to the severity of *** individualised therapy for hypertension based on phenotyping by plasma renin activity and aldosterone can markedly improve blood pressure *** hypertension(high renin/high aldosterone)is best treated with angiotensin receptor antagonists;primary aldosteronism(low renin/high aldosterone)is best treated with aldosterone antagonists(spironolactone or eplerenone);and hypertension due to overactivity of the renal epithelial sodium channel(low renin/low aldosterone;Liddle phenotype)is best treated with *** latter is far more common than most physicians suppose.

本文以产沉(粘)性卵的鲱(Clupea harengus L.)和浮性卵的鲽(Pleuronectes platessa L.)为代表,对这两类海洋鱼类在卵和卵黄囊期仔鱼发育阶段水分、钠、钾、脂肪和蛋白质含量变化作了比较研究。实验于1987年春在苏格兰完成。结果发现:1)鲱的含水量在三个阶段有明显增长,受精时从75％—85％,卵发育期从85％—87％,孵化后从85％—90％;通过这一成功变化,最终使仔鱼获得浮性,上升并进入浮游生物水层摄食;鲽卵含水量在这三个阶段均保持在90％—92％,并一直保持相应的浮性,至摄食期。2)两种初孵仔鱼含水量的差别,主要由卵黄囊含水量不同引起,而身体其它部分含水量没有显著种的差别。3)鲱在钠、钾含量上的增长和波动,大致同这三个阶段湿重和含水量的增长和波动一致。4)脂肪和蛋白质对卵和仔鱼的浮性几乎不起作用;两种鱼在卵和卵黄囊期发育阶段,脂肪和蛋白质含量均呈线性下降。

Background: The management of breast cancer increasingly requires molecular classification based on immunohistochemistry. As breast cancer is a heterogeneous disease characterized by the accumulation of multiple molecular alterations that give each tumour its own phenotype and evolutionary potential, immunohistochemistry, as a complementary technique to morphological examination, determines the status of hormone receptors and on protein in tumour cells, which are predictive and prognostic markers of breast cancer. This technique is often little used in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), as this study shows. The under-use of this technique due to a lack of equipment and/or human skills explains the paucity of epidemiological data available to date. Objective: Determine the immunohistochemical profile of breast cancer. Methodology: This is a retrospective study carried out in the Anapath Department of the NGANDA Hospital from january 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022, i.e. a 3-year period. Result: A total of 736 patients were registered in the hospitalization register of the Oncology Department of CH NGANDA for the period corresponding to the present study. Breast cancer was diagnosed in 110 patients, representing 14.9% of all cases. The mean age of the patients was 58.4 ± 8.2 years, with extremes ranging from 30 to 76 years. Breast nodules were the most common reason for diagnosis in 56.3% of cases, with Luminal A dominating in 17.3%. Conclusion: Breast cancer is a major public health problem. Worldwide, it is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in women and the leading cause of cancer-related death in women. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, because of the delay in consulting our patients and the weakness of systematic screening, patients are seen at an advanced stage of the disease. The competition among carmakers to introduce the most innovative solutions is growing day by day. Since few years, simulation is being used widely in automotive industries. Instead of building costly prototypes and expending fuel for doing tests on a real engine, simulation became a good solution before taking new decisions. Concerning the study of gas dynamics and pressure wave's propagation in the intake system of an internal combustion engine, a precise modelling is needed in order to obtain good results. Unfortunately, the computational time for these simulations is considered as high compared to the real time. The main objective of the new approach presented in this paper, is to reduce simulation time of models in the internal combustion engine simulation code, allowing them to accomplish many engine simulations faster than one-dimensional non-linear approach. A transfer function is defined to link directly the relative pressure and the air mass flow rate. In a second time, the model is included into an internal combustion engine simulation code. The results obtained with this code are compared to experimental ones which are measured on a one-cylinder engine test bench. A good agreement is obtained between the experimental results and the numerical one. The model was improved by adding a transfer function for temperature evolution. The convergence time is then reduced as well as the global simulation time of the model.

A model for the mechanics of woven fabrics is developed in the framework of two-dimensional elastic surface theory. Thickness effects are modeled indirectly in terms of appropriate constitutive equations. The model accounts for the strain of the fabric and additional effects associated with the normal bending, geodesic bending, and twisting of the constituent fibers.

Androgen receptor （AR）-mediated androgen action provides not only a classical pivotal role in male development and functions but also a recently proven role in female reproductive physiology. Splice variants of AR are reported to occur in various androgen-sensitive cancers and now, a recent study by Wang et al. proposed that AR splice variants have an etiological role in polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）.
