Variability in th. location and sh.pe of th. dayside magnetopause is attributed to magnetic reconnection,a fundamental process th.t enables th. transfer of mass,energy,and momentum from th. solar wind into th. magnetosph.re.Th. spatial and temporal properties of th. magnetopause,under varying solar and magnetosph.ric conditions,remain largely unknown because empirical studies using in-situ observations are ch.llenging to interpret.Global wide field-of-view(FOV)imaging is th. only means to simultaneously observe th. spatial distribution of th. plasma properties over th. vast dayside magnetosph.ric region and,subsequently,quantify th. energy transport from th. interplanetary medium into th. terrestrial magnetosph.re.Two upcoming missions,ESA/CAS SMILE and NASA’s LEXI will provide wide-field imagery of th. dayside magnetosh.ath.in soft X-rays,an emission generated by ch.rge exch.nge interactions between h.gh.ch.rge-state h.avy ions of solar wind origin and exosph.ric neutral atoms.h.gh.cadence two-dimensional observations of th. magnetosh.ath.will allow th. estimation of dynamic properties of its inner boundary,th. magnetopause,and enable studies of its response to ch.nges in th. solar wind dynamic pressure and interplanetary magnetic field orientation.Th.s work introduces a statistically-based estimation approach.based on inverse th.ory to estimate th. spatial distribution of magnetosh.ath.soft X-ray emissivities and,with.th.s,identify th. location of th. magnetopause over th. Sun−Earth.line.To do so,we simulate th. magnetosh.ath.structure using th. Mh.-based OpenGGCM model and generate synth.tic soft X-ray images using LEXI’s orbit and attitude information.Our results sh.w th.t 3-D estimations using th. described statistically-based tech.ique are robust against Poisson-distributed sh.t noise inh.rent to soft X-ray images.Also,our proposed meth.dology sh.ws th.t th. accuracy of both.th.ee-dimensional(3-D)estimation and th. magnetopause standoff distance calculation h.gh.y depends on th. observational point.

探地雷达偏移成像中,基于高程静校正的基准面偏移方法对起伏地表下的复杂地层成像效果较差。为了优化成像效果,本文提出了一种基于麦克斯韦方程组二阶解耦形式的逆时偏移成像(reversetime migration,RTM)算法,该算法特点在于只需计算电场,且可直接从采集面而非基准面进行波场延拓,进而实现地形逆时偏移。数值模拟比较了高程静校正偏移方法和RTM方法在地表起伏及速度横向变化情况下的成像效果,结果证明RTM方法成像效果更好。为了进一步验证算法效果,利用美国犹他州珊瑚粉沙丘崎岖地形下的实测数据对两种方法进行了对比分析。研究表明,逆时偏移成像方法能够极大地提高复杂环境下探地雷达深度成像精度。

We present a novel motion control tech.ique for microrobot clusters to exploit th. ch.racteristics of th. ultrasonic field.Th. meth.d comprises two steps,i.e.,introducing an ultrasonic actuation(UA)linear model for th.ee-dimensional(3D)locomotion and controlling th. topological ch.rge(TC)in th. ultrasonic vortex for microrobot clustering.h.re,th. TC is a controllable parameter for th. expansion and contraction of th. pressure null space inside th. vortex.We present a TC control meth.d to cluster sporadically distributed microrobots in a specific workspace.To validate th. concept,a UA system composed of 30 ultrasonic transducers with.1 Mh. frequency is fabricated,and th. ch.racteristics of th. generated acoustic pressure field are analyzed th.ough.simulations.Subsequently,th. performances of th. adaptive controller for precise 3D locomotion and th. TC control meth.d for clustering are evaluated.Finally,th. UA tech.ology,wh.ch.performs both.clustering and locomotion in a complex manner,is validated with.a gelatin ph.ntom in an in-vitro environment.

这项前瞧性临床研究的目的是分析对拔牙窝内进行软、硬组织移植后软组织在初期阶段的愈合情况。研究对象为需要拔牙（包括切牙、尖牙和前磨牙）和准备种植修复的20位患者。在需要拔除多个牙的患者中，随机选择1颗牙齿纳人研究。在应用抗生素后，动作轻柔地将患牙拔除，然后在拔牙窝内填人整合了10％胶原基质的去蛋白牛骨矿物质，充满牙槽窝并支撑软组织以防止塌陷。之后再选用直径与拔牙窝相当的活检打孔器。从上腭获取厚度为2～3mm的游离龈，将其移植至拔牙窝的表面，并缝合于拔牙窝周边去上皮的软组织边缘。移植术后1周，平均64.3％的移植面完全整合。35．6％的移植面呈纤维蛋白样，0．1％显示坏死。术后3周和6周，整合的移植面分别增加到92.3％和99．7％。6周后，在4个移植物中平均有0．3％的移植面显示出伤口关闭不全。没有纤维蛋白样结构或组织坏死表现。移植物和邻近组织比色显示平均颜色匹配为ΔE=2．91，低于可分辨口腔内不同颜色的临界阈值3．7。这种软组织打孔技术成功地获得了移植物与局部宿主组织的生物学和美学整合。

Th. ph.sph.inositide 3-kinase-AKT-mammalian target of rapamycin (PI3K-AKT-mTOR) path.ay is a frequently h.peractivated path.ay in cancer and is important for tumor cell growth.and survival. Th. development of targeted th.rapies against mTOR, a vital substrate along th.s path.ay, led to th. approval of allosteric inh.bitors, including everolimus and temsirolimus, for th. treatment of breast, renal, and pancreatic cancers. h.wever, th. suboptimal duration of response in unselected patients remains an unresolved issue. Numerous novel th.rapies against critical nodes of th.s path.ay are th.refore being actively investigated in th. clinic in multiple tumour types. In th.s review, we focus on th. progress of th.se agents in clinical development along with.th.ir biological rationale, th. need of predictive biomarkers and various combination strategies, wh.ch.will be useful in counteracting th. mech.nisms of resistance to th.s class of drugs.

Data deduplication （dedupe for sh.rt） is a special data compression tech.ique. It h.s been widely adopted to save backup time as well as storage space, particularly in backup storage systems. Th.refore, most dedupe research.h.s primarily focused on improving dedupe write performance. h.wever, backup storage dedupe read performance is also a crucial problem for storage recovery. Th.s paper designs a new dedupe storage read cach. for backup applications th.t improves read performance by exploiting a special ch.racteristic： th. read sequence is th. same as th. write sequence. Consequently, for better cach. utilization, by looking ah.ad for future references with.n a moving window, it evicts victims from th. cach. h.ving th. smallest future access. Moreover~ to furth.r improve read cach. performance. it maintains a small log buffer to judiciously cach. future access data ch.nks. Extensive experiments with.real-world backup workloads demonstrate th.t th. proposed read cach. sch.me improves read performance by up to 64.3%

Th. Precambrian basement rocks of th. Eastern Granite-Rh.olite Province(EGRP)in central Illinois(midcontinent region of North.America)exh.bit a complex h.story of early volcanism,granite emplacement,and intrusion of mafic rocks.A compreh.nsive suite of dedicated petrograph.c analyses,geoph.sical logs,and drill core from four basement-penetrating wells,two-dimensional and th.ee-dimensional seismic reflection data,and U-Pb age data from th. Illinois Basin–Decatur Project(IBDP)and Illinois Carbon Capture Storage(ICCS)Project site provide new constraints for interpreting th. Precambrian basement of th. Illinois Basin.Th.se new data reveal th. basement to be compositionally and structurally complex,h.ving typical EGRP felsic volcanic rocks intruded by th. first reported gabbro in th. Precambrian basement in Illinois.Zircons(n?29)from rh.olite give a U-Pb weigh.ed mean average age of 14679 Ma.Zircons(n?3)from a gabbro dike th.t intrudes th. rh.olite yield a concordia age of 107312 Ma,wh.ch.corresponds to Grenville-age extension and represents th. first Grenville-age rock in Illinois and in th. EGRP.A h.gh.resolution th.ee-dimensional seismic reflection volume,coincident with.th. four wells,provides a context for interpreting th. petrological data and implies a h.gh.degree of h.terogeneity for basement rocks at th. IBDP–ICCS site,as also sh.wn by th. drill cores.Th. occurrence of Grenville-age gabbro is related to a prominent bowl-like structure observed on local two-dimensional seismic reflection profiles and th. th.ee-dimensional volume th.t is interpreted as a deep-seated mafic sill complex.Furth.rmore,h.terogeneities such.as th. brecciated EGRP rh.olite and later gabbro intrusion observed in th. basement lith.logy at th. IBDP–ICCS may reflect previously unknown distal elements of th. 1.1 Ga Midcontinent Rift in th. EGRP and more likely Grenville-age extension.
