Ca.cer is the second-lea.ing ca.se of dea.h in the United Sta.e a.d surgery rema.ns the prima.y trea.ment for most solid ma.s tumors. However, a.cura.ely identifying tumor ma.gins in rea.-time rema.ns a.cha.lenge. In this study, the design a.d testing of hyperspectra. ima.ing (HSI) system ba.ed on a.single-pixel ca.era.engine is discussed. The prima.y a.va.ta.e of a.single pixel a.chitecture over tra.itiona. sca.ning HSI techniques is its high sensitivity a.d potentia. to function a. low light levels. The objective for the ima.ing system described here is to detect cha.ges in the reflecta.ce spectra.of tissue a.d to use these differences to delinea.e tumor ma.gins. This pa.er presents the results of a.19-pa.ient pilot study tha. a.sesses the a.ility of the HSI system to use reflecta.ce ima.ing to delinea.e a.enoca.cinoma.tumor ma.gins in huma. pa.crea.ic tissue ima.ed ex vivo. Pa.crea.ic tissue excised during pa.crea.ectomy wa. ima.ed immedia.ely a.ter being sent to the pa.hology la.. a.pa.hologist sectioned the tissue a.d pla.ed sa.ples into sta.da.d tissue embedding ca.settes. These tissue sa.ples were then ima.ed using the HSI system. a.ter ima.ing, the sa.ples were returned to the pa.hologist for processing a.d a.a.ysis. The HSI wa. la.er compa.ed to the histologica. a.a.ysis. The spectra. a.gle ma.ping (Sa.) a.d support vector ma.hine (SVM) a.gorithms were used to cla.sify pixels in the HSI ima.es a. hea.thy or unhea.thy in order to delinea.e ma.gins. Good a.reement between ma.gins determined via.HSI (using both Sa. a.d SVM) a.d histology/white light ima.ing wa. found.

The recognition of p-gluca.s by dectin-1 ha. been shown to media.e cell a.tiva.ion, cytokine production a.d a.va.iety of a.tifunga. responses. Here, we report tha. the functiona. a.tivity of dectin-1 in mucosa. immunity to Ca.dida.a.bica.s is influenced by the genetic ba.kground of the host. Dectin-1 wa. required for the proper control of ga.trointestina. a.d va.ina. ca.didia.is in C57BIJ6, but not Ba.B/c mice; in fa.t, the la.ter showed increa.ed resista.ce in the a.sence of dectin-1. The susceptibility of dectin-l-deficient C57BL/6 mice to infection wa. a.socia.ed with defects in IL-17a.a.d a.yl hydroca.bon receptor-dependent IL-22 production a.d in a.a.tive Th I responses. 摘要目的比较CT结肠成像(CTC)的两种简化肠道准备和粪便存留的方案。材料与方法对连续52名成年人进行单中心、前瞻性、随机性、非劣效性的常规CT结肠成像研究。
