Plant diseases prediction is the essential technique to prevent the yield loss and gain high production of agricultural *** monitoring of plant health continuously and detecting the diseases is a signiﬁcant for sustainable *** system to monitor the diseases in plant is time consuming and report a lot of *** is high demand for technology to detect the plant dis-eases *** image processing approach and deep learning approach are highly invited in detection of plant *** diseases like late blight,bacterial spots,spots on Septoria leaf and yellow leaf curved are widely found in *** are the main reasons to affects the plants life and *** identify the diseases earliest,our research presents the hybrid method by com-bining the region based convolutional neural network(RCnn)and region based fully convolutional networks(RFCn)for classifying the *** the leaf images of plants are collected and preprocessed to remove noisy data in *** data normalization,augmentation and removal of background noises are *** images are divided as testing and training,training images are fed as input to deep learning ***,we identify the region of interest(RoI)by using selective *** every region,feature of convolutional neural network(Cnn)is extracted independently for further classiﬁ*** plants such as tomato,potato and bell pepper are taken for this *** plant input image is analyzed and classify as healthy plant or unhealthy *** the image is detected as unhealthy,then type of diseases the plant is affected will be *** proposed technique achieves 98.5%of accuracy in predicting the plant diseases.

加拿大西部Ｍａｎｎｖｉｌｌｅ群（Ａｐｔｉａｎ－Ａｌｂｉａｎ期）的Ｆａｌｈｅｒ段中，２个滨线层序含有Ｅｌｍｗｏｒｔｈ大气田砾岩储集层。ＦａｌｈｅｒＢ层序底部席状海滨波状交错层理砂岩陆缘海侵往北（向海）减薄、约３０ｋｍ尖灭。再往盆地方向２５ｋｍ，此层序表现为一２０－３０ｍ厚的砂岩，不附着于前积海滨相，上覆一向上变粗的、夹薄层泥岩和煤层的海滨层序，解释为障壁后沉积。这些向盆推进相是早期持续抬升。

本文以未公开的Web蠕虫为例进行讲解，该蠕虫名为Worfd cant Wait，可通过PHP漏洞脚本进行自我传播。它利用的是一个私有漏洞，就是最近曝出的关于Cutenews 1.4的PHP代码执行漏洞。这个蠕虫可自动寻找目标并自我繁殖。在此我并不打算冒着触犯法律的风险而去破坏一些系统，而是通过阐述这项技术并发布相关的模块代码，以此来推动未来的PHP蠕虫的发展。

This paper gives an overview of the current understanding of the observations of black carbon(BC) in snow and ice, and the estimates of BC deposition and its radiative forcing over the Arctic. Both of the observations and model results show that, in spring, the average BC concentration and the resulting radiative forcing in Russian Arctic > Canadian and Alaskan Arctic > Arctic Ocean and Greenland. The observed BC concentration presented a signi?cant decrease trend from the Arctic coastal regions to the center of Arctic Ocean. In summer, due to the combined effects of BC accumulation and enlarged snow grain size, the averaged radiative forcing per unit area over the Arctic Ocean is larger than that over each sector of the Arctic in spring. However, because summer sea ice is always covered by a large fraction of melt ponds, the role of BC in sea ice albedo evolution during this period is secondary. Multi-model mean results indicate that the annual mean radiative forcing from all sources of BC in snow and ice over the Arctic was ~0.17 W m^(-2). Wet deposition is the dominant removal mechanism in the Arctic, which accounts for more than 90% of the total deposition. In the last part, we discuss the uncertainties in present modeling studies, and suggest potential approaches to reduce the uncertainties.

BACKGROUnD: less attention is directed toward gaining a better understanding of the burden and prevention of injuries, in low and middle income countries(LMICs). We report the establishment of a trauma registry at the Adult Emergency and Trauma Centre(AETC) at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital(QECH) in Blantyre, Malawi and identify high risk geographic areas. METHODS: We devised a paper based two-page trauma registry form. Ten data clerks and all AETC clinicians were trained to complete demographic and clinical details respectively. descriptive data, regression and hotspot analyses were done using STATA 15 statistical package and ArcGIS(16) software ***: There were 3,747 patients from May 2013 to May 2015. The most common mechanisms of injury were assault(38.2%), and road traffi c injuries(31.6%). The majority had soft tissue injury(53.1%), while 23.8% had no diagnosis indicated. Fractures(OR 19.94 [15.34–25.93]), head injury and internal organ injury(OR 29.5 [16.29–53.4]), and use of ambulance(OR 1.57 [1.06–2.33]) were found to be predictive of increased odds of being admitted to hospital while assault(OR 0.69 [0.52–0.91]) was found to be associated with less odds of being admitted to hospital. Hot spot analysis showed that at 99% confidence interval, ndirande, Mbayani and Limbe were the top hot spots for injury occurrence. COnCLUSIOn: We have described the process of establishing an integrated and potentially sustainable trauma registry. Signifi cant data were captured to provide details on the epidemiology of trauma and insight on how care could be improved at AETC and surrounding health facilities. This approach may be relevant in similar poor resource settings.
